1. General Provisions
This policy of personal data processing is made in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Personal Information" and determines the order of processing and use of personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data of "HTI Group" LLC (hereinafter - the Holder).
The Holder puts the most important purpose and condition of realization of the activity observance of rights and freedoms of the person and the citizen at processing and use of the personal data, including protection of the rights to inviolability of private life, personal and family secret.
This policy of the Holder regarding the processing and use of personal data (hereinafter - the Policy) applies to all information that the Holder can obtain about visitors to the website https://hti-group.ru.

2. Basic concepts used in the Policy
Automated processing of personal data - processing of personal data with the help of means of computer technology;
Blocking of personal data - temporary cessation of transfer, clarification, use and destruction of personal data;
Website - a set of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases, ensuring their availability on the Internet at the network address https://hti-group.ru ;

Holder (holder) of personal data array - state authorities, local self-government bodies and legal entities authorized to determine the purposes, categories of personal data and control the collection, storage, processing and use of personal data in accordance with this Law.

Distributors - official representatives of the Holder, specified on the Website of the Holder; Information system of personal data - a set of personal data contained in databases, and providing their processing of information technologies and technical means;

Depersonalization of personal data - removal from personal data of that part of it which allows to identify it with a particular person.

Processing of personal data - any operation or set of operations performed independently by the holder (owner) of personal data or on its behalf, by automatic means or without such means, for the purposes of collection, recording, storage, actualization, grouping, blocking, erasure and destruction of personal data;

Personal Data - recorded information on a tangible medium about a specific person, identified with a specific person or which can be identified with a specific person, allowing to identify that person directly or indirectly, by reference to one or more factors specific to their biological, economic, cultural, civil or social identity;

User - any visitor to the https://hti-group.ru website;

Transfer of personal data - provision of personal data by the Holder to third parties;

Collection of personal data - the procedure of obtaining personal data by the Holder (holder) of the array of personal data from the subjects of this data or from other sources in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Cross-border transfer of personal data - transfer of Personal Data by the Holder to holders under the jurisdiction of other states;

Destruction (erasure or destruction) of personal data - actions of the Holder of Personal Data to bring this data in a state that does not allow to restore their content

3. The Holder may process and use the following Personal Data of the User:
Surname, first name, patronymic;
E-mail address;
Telephone numbers;
The site also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including cookies) with the help of Internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics and others).
The aforementioned anonymized data are hereinafter referred to as Personal Data.

4. Purposes of Personal Data processing
The purpose of processing the User's Personal Data is to provide the User with access to services, information and/or materials contained on the Website.
Also, the Holder has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User can always opt out of receiving informational messages by sending the Holder an e-mail to info@hti-group.ru with the note "Opt-out of notification of new products and services and special offers".
The anonymized data of the Users, collected by means of Internet statistics services, serve to collect information about the Users' actions on the site, to improve the quality of the site and its content.


5. Legal grounds for processing and use of personal data
The Holder processes and uses the Personal Data of the User only in case of their filling and/or sending by the User himself through special forms located on the website https://hti-group.ru. By filling in the relevant forms and/or sending their personal data to the Holder, the User expresses their consent to this Policy.
The Holder processes anonymized data about the User in case it is allowed in the settings of the User's browser (enabled saving of cookies and use of JavaScript technology).

6. Procedure for collection, storage, transfer and other types of processing of personal data
Safety of the personal data which are processed by the Holder, is provided by realization of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary for performance in full volume of requirements of the current legislation in the field of protection of personal data.
The Holder provides safety of personal data and takes all possible measures excluding access to personal data of unauthorized persons.
Personal data of the User will never, under no circumstances will be transferred to third parties, except for their transfer to Distributors for the purposes set forth in this Policy, and cases related to the execution of the current legislation.
In case of identification of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently, by sending the Holder a notice to the e-mail address of the Holder info@hti-group.ru with the note "Personal Data Update".
The period of processing of personal data is unlimited. The User can at any time withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data by sending the Holder a notice by e-mail to the e-mail address of the Holder info@hti-group.ru with the note "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".

7. Transboundary transfer of personal data
The Holder has the right to carry out cross-border transfer of Personal Data to Distributors for the purposes specified in this Policy.
In other cases at trans-border transfer of Personal Data the Holder proceeds from the existence of an international agreement between the parties, according to which the receiving party provides an adequate level of protection of rights and freedoms of subjects of Personal Data and protection of Personal Data, established in the Kyrgyz Republic.

8. Final Provisions
The User may obtain any clarifications on questions of interest regarding the processing of his/her Personal Data by contacting the Holder via e-mail at info@hti-group.ru.
This document will reflect any changes in the policy of processing of Personal Data by the Holder. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
