1. General Provisions
1.1 This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) regulates the relations between HTI Group Company (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and users of the Company's official website (hereinafter referred to as the Site). 1.2 The use of materials and services of the Site is regulated by the norms of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 1.3. Entry to the Site, use of its materials and services means that the user (hereinafter - the User) accepts and undertakes to comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Intellectual Property
2.1 All materials posted on the Site, including text information, graphics, photos, logos, are the property of the Company and are protected by copyright. 2.2 The use of materials without the consent of the copyright holder is not allowed. When quoting materials of the Site, including those protected by copyright, reference to the Site is mandatory.

3. Use of the Site
3.1 The User has the right to view and download materials from the Site exclusively for personal non-commercial use. 3.2. It is prohibited to modify the materials of the Site, distribute, reproduce, publicly display or otherwise use them for commercial purposes without the written permission of the Company. 3.3. The Company has the right to change the content of the Site, as well as the terms of this Agreement at any time, notifying the User by posting an updated version of the Agreement on the Site.

4. Obligations of the User
4.1 The User undertakes to use the Site only for legitimate purposes and not to take actions that may cause damage to the Company or third parties. 4.2. The User undertakes not to place on the Site information and materials that may violate the rights and interests of third parties, as well as the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 4.3. The User undertakes not to make attempts to obtain unauthorized access to the services of the Site and its systems.

5. Privacy Policy
5.1 The Company collects and processes the User's personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data protection. 5.2. Personal data provided by the User when using the Site shall be used exclusively for the purposes specified in the Privacy Policy posted on the Site.

6. Limitation of liability
6.1 The Company shall not be liable for any damage that may be caused to the User as a result of using the Site. 6.2. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Site and is not responsible for temporary failures and interruptions in its operation.

7. Final provisions
7.1 This Agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Site. 7.2. All disputes arising between the Company and the User shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 7.3. In case any provision of this Agreement is recognized invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain in force.
