塑料方桶5 升和 10 升Hello! We'll suggest the right size for your product, calculate pallets, and quote a price for your order.
A metal bail handle matters when a filled bucket weighs several kilograms and people lift it all day: from the conveyor to the pallet, from the truck to the store's back room, from the floor up a stepladder. We fit it on our buckets from 2.3 to 21 L. Small buckets get a 13.4 g galvanized wire bail, and from 8 L up the bail has a plastic grip. We mold the buckets in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ) and ship them across Kyrgyzstan and to Kazakhstan.
Match the bail to the load. Pick a size and a product: the calculator shows the net weight and the full bucket weight the handle will carry. "Which bail" opens the table row: plastic grip, bail weight, and empty weight.
Choose a size above, and the calculator will show its row from this page's table.
Enter the net weight and the calculator will pick packaging from this page.
We ship in full pallets, so the pallet count is rounded up.

333.5 mmFor 2.3, 3, 3.8, and 5.6 L buckets, you can order either a metal or a plastic handle. Product weight is only part of the decision. The rest depends on what happens to the bucket after filling: it sits on a store shelf, rides home in a shopper's bag, or serves as a household item for years. Here are a few guidelines our manufacturing clients rely on.
Choose the handle on a plastic bucket for the load it has to carry. For each size with a metal handle, the table shows whether it has a plastic grip, how much the bail itself weighs (where known), and the weight in your hand when the bucket holds a product of about 1 kg per liter, such as sour cream. With honey or jam, the load is 1.3-1.4 times heavier.

| 5.6 L | PK56 | no | ask your sales manager | 156 g | about 5.8 kg |

| 15 L | PK150 | yes | 40 g | 450 g | about 15.5 kg |

The line is at 8 L. Below it, thin wire is enough. Above it, a full bucket weighs eight kilograms or more, and without a grip the bail starts cutting into your fingers. On the 18 L bucket, the metal weighs 60 g, four and a half times more than on small sizes: filled with honey, this bucket weighs 25-26 kg. The 3 L and 3.8 L buckets share the same bail and the same 200 mm opening.
A metal handle seems like a small detail until you carry a twenty-liter bucket across the plant yard or up to the third floor with no elevator. It decides whether the bucket survives a jerk during loading, whether you can hang it on a hook, and whether your packers need rags under their fingers. Below are four details that set our bail apart, and why they matter to wholesale buyers.

We bend the bail from galvanized steel wire. The zinc coating protects the metal in damp rooms: a pickling shop, a bucket washing area, or a cold room where the bucket sits in condensation for weeks. So the risk of rust streaks on the white body near the handle mounts is much lower than with plain steel.
From 8 L up, the bail carries a plastic tube grip. The load rests on the full width of your palm, not on thin wire, so workers carry a full 15 L bucket across the shop without gloves. Buckets up to 5.6 L have no grip: the load is several times lighter, and you barely feel the wire in your hand.
The bail gets heavier as the size grows: 13.4 g on 2.3, 3, and 3.8 L, 40 g on 8 and 15 L, and 60 g on 18 L. The heavier the product, the sturdier the handle. That gives you a safety margin for the jerk when someone lifts a full bucket off the top tier of a pallet with one hand.
After paint, putty, or pickles, a bucket with a metal handle rarely ends up in the trash. People take it to the garden for berries, irrigation water, or poultry feed. For the manufacturer, that is long-lasting advertising, especially when the logo is applied with in-mold labeling (IML) and does not wash off.
We ship buckets with metal handles by the pallet from our factory warehouse in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ), Ak-Chiy village. Pickup from the factory warehouse is also available. Empty buckets nest inside each other, so even large sizes take little space: a pallet holds 816 of the 15 L buckets or 600 of the 21 L buckets. We deliver across Bishkek and Chuy Region with our own trucks. Orders for Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karakol, Naryn, and Talas go through a freight carrier. For paint and food producers in Kazakhstan, we ship pallets to Almaty, Shymkent, Astana, and Karaganda within the EAEU. Our sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when you place the order. If your plant needs both small buckets without a grip and large ones with a grip, order them together and get them on one truck.

With a metal bail, you choose the size, body color, and printing. If your fill weight is light, compare it with the plastic handle: it has its own page.

Up to 5.6 L, it is a wire bail without a grip. From 8 L up, the bail has a plastic grip. Buckets of 1 L and smaller have no metal handle: they get a molded-in plastic handle or no handle at all.
The grip is a plastic tube on the metal handle. It spreads the weight over a larger area, so a 15-20 kg bucket does not cut into your palm. For workers who carry dozens of full buckets per shift, that is a noticeable difference.
Yes. The 3 L and 3.8 L buckets are available with a 5.0 g plastic handle, and the 2.3 L bucket with a 3.4 g one. Choose metal when the product is heavy or the full bucket is carried often. Choose plastic for light retail products, where a neat handle without metal matters.
The empty weight of the 18 L bucket is 526 g, and the bail with plastic grip weighs 60 g. This size comes with no other handle: the steel bail is designed for heavy fills.

Yes. For small orders, we put a label on the finished bucket. For large volumes, IML works best: the label is fused into the wall during molding and does not wear off in washing. You agree on the artwork with your sales manager.
Yes, by the pallet within the EAEU: to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda, and other cities. Our sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when you place the order. The number of buckets per pallet depends on the size.
Dimensions, empty weight, and units per pallet for each size are on the pages of the "Buckets by size" section. If your product is light and you need a neat handle for retail, see buckets with plastic handle.
Tell us the product, the fill weight per bucket, and how the bucket will be moved: by hand around the plant, on a cart, or only on a pallet. Our sales manager will suggest the size and bail type. If the size you chose offers both handle options, they will explain the difference using your product as an example.
