塑料方桶5 升和 10 升Hello! We'll suggest the right size for your product, calculate pallets, and quote a price for your order.
You can buy plastic buckets in Kyrgyzstan right where they're made: at the HTI Group factory near Bishkek, in Ak-Chiy village inside the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ), where we've been molding since 1999. The range covers 16 items from 560 ml to 21 L for honey, kurt, and sour cream; dried fruit and pickles; and paint and construction mixes. Molding and the warehouse share one site: you can pick up your order yourself, our own delivery trucks cover Bishkek and Chuy Region, and a freight carrier ships buckets to Karakol, Naryn, Talas, and the south, including Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken.
How you get your packaging depends on how far you are from the factory. The diagram splits the map into four rings: the warehouse in the Bishkek FEZ at the center, then the capital with Chuy Region, the cities of the other regions, and Kazakhstan. Find your ring, and you'll see who delivers your order.
How we deliverThe molding shop and the finished-goods warehouse share one site in Ak-Chiy village, Bishkek FEZ. You can collect pallets of buckets in your own vehicle; pickup is arranged when you place your order.
Our own delivery trucks bring packaging to the capital, Tokmok, Kant, Kara-Balta, and villages across the Chuy Valley. Your sales manager confirms the address and a convenient unloading time along with your order.
Pallets of buckets go by freight carrier to the south (Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken), to Issyk-Kul (Karakol and Balykchy), and to Naryn and Talas. Your sales manager quotes the shipping cost.
Buckets are molded and stored on one site, in Ak-Chiy village in the Bishkek FEZ, and every shipment starts here. Bishkek producers and buyers in Chuy Region get their packaging on our own trucks or pick it up themselves. Buckets go by freight carrier to Issyk-Kul, Naryn, Talas, and the south: Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken. Your sales manager quotes the shipping method and cost once the city and the pallet count are known.
Come to the factory warehouse in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone and load the pallets into your own vehicle. The loading time is scheduled in advance once your order is placed.
Our own delivery trucks bring buckets across Bishkek and to Tokmok, Kant, Kara-Balta, Sokuluk, and other towns in Chuy Region, right to your production site or warehouse.
For cities in Osh, Jalal-Abad, Issyk-Kul, Naryn, Talas, and Batken Regions, we hand the pallets over to a freight carrier. You receive the cargo in your own city.
The factory makes thirty products: food-grade and medical waste buckets, containers, and jerry cans. Each one comes with a real-life example from Kyrgyzstan: an apiary in Toktogul, a dairy in the Chuy Valley, apricot drying in Batken, the salad row at a bazaar, a painting crew on a new build. Here are the products most often packed in buckets in Kyrgyzstan, from honey and kurt to putty. Next to each product are the sizes that beekeepers, dairies, food processors, and builders choose for it. Don't see yours? Tell your sales manager the product's density and the net weight per pack, and they'll recommend the right bucket.
For retail, the 1 L is most popular; for wholesale, 11.5, 15, 18, and 21 L.
In a clear bucket, the product is visible from across the counter.
For dairies and cafe kitchens: 11.5 L.
Small buckets for gifts and retail; 11.5 L for wholesalers.
Usually 2.3 to 5.6 L: brine adds weight, so the bucket is carried by its bail handle.
Small packs go to stores; larger ones to teahouses and canteens.
The empty bucket weighs 450 g and measures 303 mm across the top.
816 buckets per pallet, 295 mm top diameter.
Usually 8 to 21 L: all of these have a plastic grip on the bail handle.
Gel and bonding primer go in the 560 ml; putty and water-based paint in 3.8 L and up.
One table covers the whole food-grade bucket range: nominal and brim-full capacity, top diameter, body height, empty weight, handle, and units per pallet. There are 16 items but 14 sizes, because the 800 and 850 ml buckets each come in two versions. Use these figures to check whether a bucket will fit on a refrigerator shelf and under a filling nozzle.

Units per pallet is how many buckets we stack on one pallet. It's the basis for both truck space and shipping costs within Kyrgyzstan. Enter the size and quantity, and the calculator converts units into pallets and shows how much truck space they'll take. We ship full pallets only.
The same bucket looks different at a beekeeper's roadside stand and on a supermarket shelf. Three things make the difference: a clear or white wall, the handle, and the decoration. The lid is the same on all of them, with tamper evidence built in. You choose when you order, and your sales manager can advise what suits your product.
In a clear bucket, the product sells itself: shoppers see the color of the honey, the kurt balls, the vegetables in brine. This version is the pick for bazaars and display cases, where people buy with their eyes.
A white bucket is the backdrop for a label or in-mold labeling (IML), where the design is fused into the wall during molding. Decoration is available on request; you discuss artwork and run size with your sales manager.
The 560 ml bucket has no handle; the others up to one liter have a plastic or molded-in handle. From 2.3 to 5.6 L, a metal bail handle. From 8 L up, the bail handle has a plastic grip.
The lid snaps onto the rim and opens by pulling off the tear strip. A torn strip can't be put back, so it's clear the bucket has already been opened.

Seven regions and 33 cities, including Bishkek and Osh, each have their own page: what drives the local economy, what packaging buyers there ask for, and how it gets there, whether by pickup, on our own trucks, or by freight carrier. Choose your region or go straight to your city.
All packaging and deliveryThere's no price list on this page, and that's on purpose: the same bucket is priced differently in a one-pallet order and a ten-pallet one, with or without a label, picked up at the factory or shipped to Osh. Your sales manager prices your specific order, and the price is made up of four parts.
Buckets ship in full pallets, which keeps the unit cost down. A larger order costs less per bucket, and your sales manager will give you the price breaks for your quantity.
The price tracks the bucket's weight. The 560 ml bucket weighs 23 grams, the one-liter weighs 36, the 5.6 L weighs 156, and the largest, the 21 L, weighs 620 grams.
Plastic handle or metal bail, clear or white wall, plain bucket, label, or IML: every choice changes the production cost.
Pickup, delivery on our own trucks within Chuy Region, a freight carrier to another city, and shipping to Kazakhstan are each priced separately.
Our sales manager quotes the order price: call +996,222,600,292, message us on WhatsApp, or send a request from the site.
At the HTI Group factory: production and the warehouse are in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone, in Ak-Chiy village. A sales manager handles wholesale orders, and the factory's phone and WhatsApp number is +996 222 600 292. You can also add buckets to your cart from the product pages in our catalog. Every size has its own lid with a tear strip.
There's no single price list: the cost depends on order size, product weight, version, and how you receive the order. A one-liter bucket and a 21 L bucket differ in polypropylene weight by a factor of about seventeen, which explains the price gap. Tell your sales manager the size and quantity, and they'll price your order.
Your sales manager sets the minimum order for each specific size and version: it's one figure for retail buckets up to a liter and another for large packaging. We ship full pallets, and units per pallet for all 16 items are listed in the size table on this page.
Yes. The buckets are stored in the finished-goods warehouse next to the molding shop in Ak-Chiy village, Bishkek FEZ. Pickup is arranged when you place your order: your sales manager will set a time when the pallets will be ready to load into your vehicle.
Packaging goes to cities outside Chuy Region by freight carrier. You tell us the city and the order, and your sales manager works out the pallets and the shipping cost. Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karakol, and some thirty other cities have their own pages with buckets matched to local products.
Buckets from 2.3 L up have a metal bail handle, and from 8 L, it also has a plastic grip. Buckets up to 1 L have a plastic handle or one molded into the body, and the smallest, the 560 ml, comes without a handle, with side lugs.
Yes. The 560 ml to 21 L range is molded from polypropylene and designed for packing, storing, and transporting food: honey, dairy, pickles, and sauces. The same buckets are also used for paint and mixes. For medical waste, the factory makes a separate line of yellow and red buckets.
Honey is heavier than water: a one-liter bucket holds about 1.42 kg, a 3 L about 4.3 kg, and a 21 L about 29.8 kg. For retail, the 1 L is most popular; apiaries selling wholesale use 11.5 to 21 L. A clear wall shows off the honey's color, and a white one suits an apiary label.
Yes. We can apply a label or use IML printing, where the image is fused into the wall during molding. Both are available on request. Send your artwork to your sales manager, and they'll tell you which method suits your size and the minimum run.
Each bucket has its own catalog page with dimensions, handle, and units per pallet, and you can add it to your cart from there. You'll also find food containers, 5 and 10 L jerry cans, and medical waste buckets, all molded at one factory and shipped from one warehouse.

Tell us what you pack, what size you need, and how many buckets you use a month. Our sales manager will pick the right item, work out the pallets, and suggest how to get them to you: pickup, our own trucks, or a freight carrier.
