In Kyrgyzstan, you can buy plastic packaging directly from HTI Group: our molding shop and finished-goods warehouse share one site in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ), Ak-Chiy village. We make 30 products: two jerry cans (5 and 10 L), five food containers from 250 to 750 ml, nine sizes of medical waste buckets (1 to 21 L), and fourteen sizes of food-grade buckets from 560 ml to 21 L. Orders are packed in full pallets. Pick yours up in your own truck or have it delivered: our trucks serve buyers in Bishkek and Chuy Region, and a freight carrier takes pallets to Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karakol, Naryn, Talas, and Batken.

How we deliverThe finished-goods warehouse is at the plant: Bishkek FEZ, Ak-Chiy village. Buyers from any city can pick up pallets in their own truck; your sales manager confirms the loading date and time once the order is placed.
Our own trucks serve Bishkek, Tokmok, Kant, Kara-Balta, Sokuluk, Belovodskoye, Kemin, and villages across Chuy Region, delivering pallets right to the gate of your plant, warehouse, or store.
For Issyk-Kul, Naryn, Talas, Jalal-Abad, Osh, and Batken Regions, we hand pallets over to a freight carrier. You receive the cargo in your city, and your sales manager quotes the shipping cost.
Each product here comes with a quick note for whoever is planning the shipment: who in Kyrgyzstan usually needs it, how many units come on one pallet, and how it behaves in a mixed load. Buckets nest inside each other and take up little space, jerry cans can't be nested like that, and containers weigh next to nothing.
Retail sizes: 6,480 to 7,200 buckets per pallet.

Down south, to Osh and Kara-Suu, the 800 ml bucket travels by freight carrier: 6,480 per pallet, with a plastic or molded-in handle. Specify the version in your request.
The 850 ml bucket has the same 118 mm diameter as the 560 ml size and the same pallet quantity, 7,200 per pallet, which makes a mixed shipment easier to plan for a dried apricot packer in Batken.
For honey sold at roadside stands, buyers choose the 900 ml bucket with a molded-in handle: 7,200 buckets per pallet hold 6,480 liters of product. Pallets go to Toktogul by freight carrier.
Bishkek jam and sauce makers can pick up one-liter buckets themselves from the Ak-Chiy warehouse right next to the capital: 6,480 per pallet, plastic handle, 36 g empty weight.
Salad makers in Osh and Jalal-Abad receive the 2.3 L bucket by freight carrier: 3,300 per pallet with a metal bail handle, and food containers ride alongside in the same truck.
Three liters is the go-to size for honey and pickles around Issyk-Kul: 2,800 buckets per pallet, Ø 200 × 137 mm, metal bail handle. A freight carrier takes the pallets to Karakol and Balykchy.
The 3.8 L bucket has the same 200 mm diameter and the same 2,800 per pallet as the three-liter size, so teahouses in Jalal-Abad can easily order both in one shipment. Metal bail handle.
Pickle makers in Tokmok and Kemin get the 5.6 L bucket on our own trucks: 1,920 buckets per pallet hold about 10,750 liters. Metal bail handle, 156 g empty weight.
The 8 L bucket is wide, 276 mm across the top, so a pallet holds 840. We ship it to dairies in Naryn by freight carrier, with a plastic grip on the bail handle.
Nut and dried fruit wholesalers in Jalal-Abad order the 11.5 L bucket in pallets of 816: Ø 295 × 234 mm, bail handle with plastic grip, buckets nested in stacks.

The 250 ml hexagonal container is the lightest load in the range: 13 g each, 17,600 per pallet. For wholesalers supplying cafes and guesthouses around Issyk-Kul, we add it to a mixed shipment.
The 385 ml container is round, with no handle, Ø 118 × 54 mm, 7,200 per pallet. Our truck delivers it to Bishkek delis together with 560 ml buckets of the same diameter.
Salad stalls at the Osh and Kara-Suu markets order the 400 ml hexagonal container by the pallet of 17,600. Each one weighs just 16.5 g, so this light load goes south by freight carrier.
The 550 ml round container has its own pallet quantity: 10,800 per pallet, 18.8 g each. IML printing goes on both the body and the lid, so Bishkek pastry shops agree on the print run in advance.
The 750 ml flat tray, 122 × 173 mm, is popular with food delivery services in Bishkek and Osh: 15,000 per pallet, 21 g each. In a mixed load, the trays ride alongside the buckets.

The 10 L jerry can measures 201 × 234 × 296 mm: only 100 fit on a pallet, making a bulky but light load. We ship it to detergent manufacturers in Osh by freight carrier.

We sell packaging in full pallets, so it pays to convert any request into pallets right away. Choose products and enter quantities: the calculator rounds each item up to full pallets, adds them up, and shows how much truck space your order will take. Buckets, containers, and jerry cans are counted together, since mixed shipments are routine for us.
Once an order grows to a full truckload, you count pallets, not units. The table shows product groups, units per pallet, and pallets per vehicle under our loading standards for four types of transport: a standard semi-trailer and a mega trailer (both 13.6 m long), plus 40 ft HC and 20 ft shipping containers. Buckets from 3 L up go only in a mega trailer, because their pallets are taller.

Figures are estimates for a full truck of a single product. Small buckets fit 34 pallets to a semi-trailer, jerry cans 20, and 18 and 21 L buckets 10 to a mega trailer. For a mixed load of buckets, containers, and jerry cans, ask your sales manager or use the order calculator.
Every shipment starts at the same point: the gates of our factory warehouse in Ak-Chiy, inside the Bishkek FEZ. From there, the route depends on where you are. Workshops, stores, and clinics in the capital, as well as buyers across Chuy Region, either wait for our truck or come to collect their pallets. Beyond the Chuy Valley (to Issyk-Kul, Naryn and Talas regions, and south as far as Osh and Batken), packaging travels by freight carrier. Buyers in Kazakhstan receive their pallets through a freight carrier, with delivery within the EAEU. Different products can go in one shipment.
Ideal if you have your own truck or a hired one. Tell your sales manager the pickup date and the number of pallets, and the warehouse will have your order ready for loading. Pickup is open to Bishkek producers and to wholesalers from other regions alike.
Within the capital and out to Tokmok, Kant, Kara-Balta, Sokuluk, Belovodskoye, and Kemin, HTI's own trucks deliver the pallets. All we need is the delivery address and a contact for the person receiving the goods.
For Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karakol, Naryn, Talas, Batken, and other cities outside Chuy Region, we hand the pallets over to a freight carrier. Tell your sales manager the city and the number of pallets, and they'll work out the shipping.

How we deliverYou won't find a fixed price list here: HTI packaging is sold in bulk orders, and the unit price depends on how many pallets you order, what's on them, and where they're going. A 13 g container and a 620 g bucket use very different amounts of resin, and pickup from Ak-Chiy costs nothing like shipping to Batken. Your sales manager will prepare a quote based on your request.
The larger the order, the lower the unit price. We count in pallets: 600 of the 21 L buckets and 17,600 of the 250 ml containers each make up one pallet.
The heavier the product, the more resin it takes. The 250 ml hexagonal container weighs 13 g, the one-liter bucket 36 g, the 10 L jerry can 420 g, and the 21 L bucket 620 g.
White, clear, or colored walls; a plain product, a label, or IML printing; the type of handle and lid: each of these choices changes the order price.
Pickup, a run by our own truck within Chuy Region, and freight carrier shipping to another region are all priced differently. We quote the total once we know the city and the number of pallets.

Thirty products in four categories. Food-grade buckets come in 14 sizes, from 560 ml for the smallest to 21 L for the largest. Medical waste buckets come in 9 sizes, from one liter up to the same 21 L. There are five food containers (250, 385, 400, 550, and 750 ml) and two jerry cans (5 and 10 L). All buckets, containers, and jerry cans are molded from polypropylene.

Yes. Orders are built from full pallets, and pallets of different products can share one truck: for example, 1 L buckets, 400 ml containers, and 5 L jerry cans. Their pallet quantities differ (6,480, 17,600, and 180 units per pallet), so your sales manager or the order calculator works out a mixed shipment.
If your order for Osh or Karakol has grown to a full truckload, here's how to count it. Under our loading standards, a 13.6 m semi-trailer takes 34 pallets of buckets up to 900 ml, 33 pallets of one-liter buckets, 18 pallets of 2.3 L buckets, or 20 pallets of jerry cans. Buckets from 3 to 15 L need a mega trailer, which takes 18 pallets; for 18 and 21 L buckets, it takes 10. These figures apply when the whole truck carries a single product.
Your sales manager will confirm the minimum order, which depends on the product and version. We ship in full pallets, and a pallet holds anywhere from 100 of the 10 L jerry cans to 17,600 of the 250 ml containers. Pricing is calculated per order, based on the number of pallets, product weight, version, and how you receive the goods. There's no price list on the website. Yes. Pallets travel by freight carrier to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, and other cities across the border. Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan are both EAEU members, so delivery stays within the union. Our sales manager prepares the shipping documents and plans the truck around your order. Buyers in Kazakhstan have a dedicated delivery page on our website.
Each product's catalog card lists its dimensions, weight, handle, lid, and units per pallet, and you can add it to your cart right from there.
