Jerry cans in 5 and 10 L sizes for antifreeze, windshield washer fluid, car shampoo, and touchless car wash concentrates. The cap screws onto a threaded neck, the handle is molded as one piece with the body, and the flat front panel takes your brand's label. We mold them in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ) and ship by the pallet to filling plants, car washes, and auto repair shops in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. Antifreeze is heavier than water: a liter weighs about 1.07 kg, so a five-liter jerry can holds 5.35 kg net. Five liters or ten
The size is set not by the liquid itself but by whoever uses it. A driver takes one jerry can home, a car wash goes through dozens of liters a week, and a filling plant thinks in tonnes and truckloads. If you're unsure, start with the points below and check the details with our sales manager.

A filling plant counts liters, while carriers and warehouse staff count kilograms. Here are both figures for two best-selling liquids: ready-to-use antifreeze and water-based summer washer fluid. Gross weight is the product plus the empty jerry can, not including the pallet itself. For shampoos and foam, take the density from the product data sheet.

A pallet holds almost half as many ten-liter jerry cans, yet more antifreeze: 1,070 kg versus 963 kg. Forklift operators and carriers work with gross weight, so add the packaging and the pallet itself to these figures. Concentrates and winter formulas have their own density: send us the product data sheet, and our sales manager will recalculate the shipment.
Where the jerry cans work
Filling plant, car wash, auto repair shop
Car care products travel from the plant through the warehouse and the store to a car wash or service bay. Each link expects something different from the packaging: stability under the filling nozzle, a comfortable handle, room for the brand. The same design handles all four jobs; only the size and the label change. That's why many filling plants order both sizes: five-liter for stores, ten-liter for car washes and vehicle fleets.
Filling plant
The flat front panel takes a label without wrinkles, and the rectangular body with ribs at the base stands steady under the filling nozzle and on the conveyor. The cap goes on right after filling, and the jerry can moves to the pallet. Identical dimensions across the whole batch make packing and stacking easier.
Car wash
Touchless wash concentrates, wax, and wheel cleaners are easier to buy in 10 L jerry cans: there's less empty packaging left after each shift. The threaded cap is screwed back on after each use, so the can never stands open in the bay. The molded-in handle makes it easy to carry from the storeroom to the wash bay.
Auto repair shop
Technicians top up antifreeze and washer fluid straight from the five-liter jerry can. They hold it in one hand by the molded-in handle, and the narrow neck pours a thin stream into the reservoir, with no need for a funnel at every bay. What's left is capped and put back on the rack until the next car.
Auto parts store
Shoppers take the jerry can off the shelf and carry it home in the trunk, so a flat base and a sturdy handle matter. The label on the front panel works like a shop window: the brand is visible from the aisle. Next to other makers' cans, the winner is the one that shows its purpose and size in big letters.

Shipping to bottlers and retail chains
Plants with their own truck pick up pallets of packaging from the factory warehouse in the Bishkek FEZ, Ak-Chiy village. We deliver jerry cans with our own trucks to car care product makers in Bishkek and across Chuy Region. Pallets go to Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karakol, Naryn, and Talas through a freight carrier. For filling plants and wholesalers in Almaty, Shymkent, Astana, and Karaganda, we ship pallets within the EAEU. Keep in mind that an empty jerry can takes up as much space in the truck as a full one, so a truck of jerry cans fills up faster than a truck of buckets. Your sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when you place the order. Demand for washer fluid and antifreeze climbs in season, so it's best to order packaging early.
