Round 550 ml plastic container with a tight lid and a tamper-evident tear strip. Made for cottage cheese, honey, salads, and takeout pickles. The most economical round container in the range: 34.2 g of plastic per liter of product. We mold it in Bishkek and ship across Kyrgyzstan and to Kazakhstan.
Full configurator: body and lid colors, IML printing with your logo, and a PDF artwork proof for your order. Your sales manager provides the access code. Get the code

The container is round, with a 118 mm top diameter, the same as the neighboring items in the small range. There is no medical version: these are food-grade containers. We mold 550 ml containers for Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan at our plant in Bishkek.
385 ml: 118 × 54 mm400 ml: 110 × 77 mm
Brim-full capacity is 575 ml, a margin of only 25 ml. That is normal for a container: the lid sits inside the rim and takes almost no volume, so the nominal size is close to the full capacity.
Filling is measured in milliliters, but purchasing and price lists run in kilograms. Below is the conversion for the products that 550 ml is most often chosen for.
| Product | Density | Net weight at 550 ml fill | Units per 1 t | Pallets per 1 t |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Honey | 1.42 kg/L | 0.78 kg | 1,280 | 0.12 |
| Jam and preserves | 1.33 kg/L | 0.73 kg | 1,367 | 0.13 |
| Cottage cheese | 1.05 kg/L | 0.58 kg | 1,732 | 0.16 |
| 20% sour cream | 1.00 kg/L | 0.55 kg | 1,818 | 0.17 |
| Dressed salads | 0.95 kg/L | 0.52 kg | 1,914 | 0.18 |
Densities are typical values: our sales manager will recalculate the net weight using your recipe's actual data. Pallet figures assume 10,800 containers, the densest load among our small round packaging.
A pallet holds 10,800 containers and stands 2.82 m tall. A mega trailer with 3 m interior height takes 34 pallets, or 367,200 containers. Enter your quantity or product weight to see the pallets, packaging weight, and truck load.
We base truck and container loads on typical internal dimensions, with single-stacked pallets. Your sales manager confirms the price and lead time for your order.
Five hundred fifty milliliters is enough for two or three meals: a little over half a kilo of cottage cheese, or three quarters of a kilo of honey. Delis, ready-meal outlets, dairy workshops, and small apiaries in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan all use this format.

The main dairy-counter format after the 1 L bucket. The tight lid keeps the product sealed in cold storage and blocks outside odors.
Dressed salads, appetizers, and side dishes to go. The 118 mm opening lets you spoon in the product without smearing it on the rim.
Three quarters of a kilo of honey is a handy gift and trial size. The clear body shows the product's color through the wall.
Cucumbers, wild garlic, mushrooms, and assorted pickles for retail. The 25 ml of headspace is enough because the lid sits inside the rim.
Comes with the container and sits inside the rim, so the nominal capacity almost equals the brim-full capacity. It opens by tearing off the tamper-evident strip, which can't be put back.
Clear bodies are the pick for cottage cheese, salads, and honey: shoppers see the product without opening the pack. White is chosen for full-coverage printing and for light-sensitive products.
A label on the finished container, or in-mold labeling (IML), where the film is fused into the wall during molding. On small retail packs, IML looks neater and does not peel off from condensation.
Empty containers nest inside each other, which is why a pallet holds 10,800 pcs. Filled ones stack in a display two or three tiers high without deforming the rim.
Its closest neighbors by top diameter are the 385 ml container and the 560 ml bucket. All three measure 118 mm across the top, and beyond that come the differences that decide the choice.

In plastic use per liter, the 550 ml container beats both neighbors by a clear margin: 34.2 g versus 41.6 g and 41.1 g. It also fits more on a pallet than either of them: 10,800 pcs. If your product needs neither the low, wide body of the 385 ml container nor the handle of the 560 ml bucket, this is the best-value option in the group.
The 118 mm top diameter is no accident. Five small-packaging models share it: the 385 ml and 550 ml containers and the 560 ml, 850 ml, and 850H buckets. Body height and shape differ, but the top diameter is the same.
385 ml container, 550 ml container, 560 ml bucket, and 850 ml bucket with its 850H version. Height varies from 54 mm to 124 mm.
The capping unit and rim positioning are set up once for the whole group. Switching from one size to another changes only the feed height.
A round lid label and IML for one top diameter take a single tooling set for five products instead of five sets.
A common diameter does not mean common logistics: the 550 ml container has 10,800 pcs per pallet, the 385 ml container 7,200, and the 560 ml bucket also 7,200.
Our sales manager will confirm lid interchangeability between specific models for your order. A matching top diameter is about line setup and tooling. It is not an automatic guarantee that a lid from one model will fit another.
550 ml containers ship from the same Bishkek warehouse as the rest of the range. Our sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when you place the order, separately for Kyrgyzstan and for Kazakhstan.
How we deliverOur molding shop and finished-goods warehouse share one site in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone, in Ak-Chiy village. A pallet of 10,800 containers is available for pickup from the factory warehouse. We deliver in Bishkek and the Chuy Region with our own trucks, and ship to Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Karakol through a freight carrier.
Small packaging travels very compactly to Kazakhstan: 10,800 pcs in a single pallet space. A deli's or dairy's monthly need often fits on one pallet. We deliver to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda, and other cities, with paperwork handled within the EAEU.
There is no price list on the site: we quote per order, based on order volume, version, decoration, and delivery distance. Call +996 222 600 292 or request a callback.
No, the container has no handle and none is planned. If you need a handle, the closest size is the 560 ml bucket, which has the same 118 mm top diameter.
10,800 pcs. That is more than the neighboring items with the same top diameter: the 385 ml container and the 560 ml bucket hold 7,200 pcs per pallet.
Polypropylene withstands hot filling and washing, but confirm the specific filling temperature for your product with our sales manager before starting the production run.
Yes, polypropylene keeps its properties in the cold. Just note that the headspace here is small, only 25 ml, so don't fill the container to the top before freezing.
Yes, in pallets of 10,800 pcs to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda, and other cities. Paperwork is handled within the EAEU, and the rate is based on the number of pallets.

Yes. A label works for small orders, and IML for regular production runs: the film is fused into the wall during molding and holds up in a refrigerated display case better than an adhesive label.
Tell us what you pack, in which version, and how many pieces per month. Our sales manager will convert that into pallets and quote a price with delivery to your city.
