塑料方桶5 升和 10 升Hello! We'll suggest the right size for your product, calculate pallets, and quote a price for your order.

A 900 ml plastic bucket with a molded-in handle, a tight-fitting lid and a tamper-evident tear strip. The largest of our small buckets: with the same pallet quantity, each pallet space carries more product than the neighboring sizes. Made for mayonnaise, sour cream, ice cream and kurt. Molded in Bishkek, shipped across Kyrgyzstan and to Kazakhstan.
Full configurator - body and lid colors, IML printing with your logo, a PDF mock-up for your order. Your sales manager will give you an access code. Get a code
Once you send a request, your sales manager will confirm the price, lead time and delivery. Need less than a pallet? Put the quantity in the comment.
This item is made only in a food-grade version with a molded-in handle; there is no medical-grade version in this size. Our 900 ml buckets for Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan are molded at our plant in Bishkek.
800 ml: Ø 131 × 91 mm850 ml: Ø 118 × 124 mm1 L: Ø 132.5 × 121 mm
The 127 mm top diameter compares with 118 mm on the neighboring small sizes - switching to this size means adjusting the lid feeder on your filling machine. Headspace is modest at 75 ml: the body is tall and fairly narrow, so extra volume builds up slowly.
The line fills milliliters, procurement counts tonnes. Below is the conversion for the products this size is most often bought for.
| Product | Density | Net weight at a 900 ml fill | Buckets per 1 tonne | Pallets of buckets per 1 tonne |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ice cream | 0.60 kg/L | 0.54 kg | 1,852 | 0.26 |
| Mayonnaise | 0.94 kg/L | 0.85 kg | 1,176 | 0.16 |
| Sour cream 20% | 1.00 kg/L | 0.90 kg | 1,111 | 0.15 |
| Kurt | 1.10 kg/L | 0.99 kg | 1,010 | 0.14 |
| Honey | 1.42 kg/L | 1.28 kg | 781 | 0.11 |
Densities are reference values, good for a rough estimate. For ice cream, overrun has a big effect; for kurt, the degree of drying. Send us your actual density and we will recalculate the net weight. The calculation assumes 7,200 units per pallet.
Each pallet holds 7,200 buckets and stands 2.24 m high. A standard 13.6 m truck takes 34 pallets, or 244,800 units. Enter your quantity or product weight to see pallets, packaging weight and truck load.
Trailers and containers are calculated on standard internal dimensions, with single-stacked pallets (no double stacking). Your sales manager will confirm the price and lead time for the order.
On most items in our range the handle is removable: it clips into lugs on the rim. This one is different - molded-in, meaning it is formed together with the bucket wall. It cannot be detached, and that changes how the bucket is used.

A 900 ml bucket is the choice when you want to move away from 1-liter packs but keep the look of a large pack on the shelf. The handle is molded into the body, so the bucket stays handy even after it reaches the customer's kitchen.
900 g of sour cream at a density of 1. A large size for families and for food service buying in small bulk.
Just over half a kilo at a density of 0.6. Polypropylene copes easily with an ice cream freezer, and the molded-in handle will not snap off in the cold.
850 g. A format for delis and small producers who use up a sauce within a few days.
From a kilo net. The clear version shows the product through the wall, and the handle lets customers carry the pack without a bag.
Supplied with the bucket, it snaps onto the rim and opens via a tamper-evident tear strip. The strip cannot be put back, so an opened pack is obvious at a glance.
Molded-in: formed in one piece with the body and not removable. Nothing to lose, nothing to fit on the line. There is no moving joint, so there is no gap for product to collect in during washing.
The white version is chosen for labels and full-coverage printing, the clear one for kurt, honey and pickles, when the product should be visible through the wall.
Glued labels for short runs, IML for ongoing production. With IML, the artwork is fused into the wall during molding and is unaffected by condensation in the cold room.
Next to it in the range are the 850 ml and 1-liter sizes. The comparison is not obvious: it matches the 850 ml on pallet quantity, and the 1-liter bucket on product volume per pallet space.
It shares the 850 ml size's pallet quantity of 7,200 units, but carries more product per pallet: 6,480 liters versus 6,120. The 1-liter bucket is a different story: fewer fit on a pallet, 6,480 units, yet in liters it comes to exactly the same - 6,480. The difference is that 1-liter buckets fill the same volume with fewer units, and so with less material: 36.0 grams per liter versus 37.8.
This item is stocked at our main factory warehouse alongside the rest of our small containers. Our manager gives lead times and freight costs when you place an order, separately for Kyrgyzstan and for Kazakhstan.
How we deliverMolds, molding and warehousing are all on one site in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone, Ak-Chiy village. A pallet of 7,200 units is available for pickup. We deliver with our own trucks in the capital and Chuy Region, and ship to the southern regions and Issyk-Kul by carrier.
All cities and regionsThis format packs densely for shipping to Kazakhstan: 7,200 units per pallet space, carrying 6,480 liters of product - more than the neighboring small sizes. We ship to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda and other cities, with deliveries within the EAEU.
All cities and regionsIt cannot be lost or removed, and the line needs no separate handle-fitting step: the bucket comes out of the mold ready to use. Also, a molded-in handle has no moving joint, so there is no gap where product collects when returnable containers are washed.
Because it is a different mold: 127 mm versus 118. If your filling machine is already set up for a 118 mm top, you will need to adjust the lid feeder when switching to 900 ml.
There is no single price: it depends on run size, color, printing method and delivery route. Call +996 222 600 292 or leave your number for a callback.
Product per pallet is the same - 6,480 liters for both. But with 1-liter buckets you fill the same volume with fewer units and use less material: 36.0 grams per liter versus 37.8. If the exact fill size is not critical, the liter is more economical.
75 milliliters: the ISO brim-full capacity is 975 ml. The body is tall and narrow, so headspace here is smaller than on wide buckets.
No, it is not made in this size. Medical-grade buckets come in 1, 2.3, 3, 3.8, 5.6, 11.2, 11.5, 18 and 21 L.
Yes, in pallets of 7,200 units to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda and other cities. Deliveries are within the EAEU, and freight is priced by the number of pallet spaces.
