In Kazakhstan, you can buy plastic packaging with no middlemen, directly from HTI Group, the plant that molds it. Our lineup covers 30 products in four sections: food-grade buckets in 14 sizes (560 ml to 21 L), medical waste buckets in 9 sizes (1 to 21 L), five food containers from 250 to 750 ml, and two jerry cans, 5 and 10 L. We make the packaging in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ), Ak-Chiy village, load it onto pallets, and hand it over to a freight carrier, which takes it to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda, and other cities by semi-trailer or shipping container, all within the EAEU. These are estimates for a full load of a single product. An empty cell means there's no standard for that vehicle: for example, pallets of buckets from 3 L up are taller than standard and only go in a mega trailer. A mixed load of several items is planned by your sales manager or with the order calculator.
Packaging for Kazakhstan is loaded in one place: the warehouse at the HTI plant in Ak-Chiy village, Bishkek FEZ. Molding and finished-goods storage share one site, so food-grade and medical waste buckets, containers, and jerry cans are consolidated into one truck on the spot. The cargo travels by the pallet with a freight carrier, the delivery is documented as a shipment within the EAEU, and your sales manager prepares the shipping documents. Tell them the delivery city and what's in your order, and they'll choose the right vehicle for your pallets: a semi-trailer, a mega trailer, or a container.
A semi-trailer, mega trailer, or container is loaded for a single buyer. The loading table shows how many pallets of each product fit, and our sales manager confirms the final load plan.
If you don't need a full truck, an order of a few pallets can also go with a freight carrier. Packaging is sold in full pallets, and different products from the lineup ship side by side; your sales manager confirms the shipping method for your city.
Buyers with their own truck or freight forwarder pick up pallets from the factory warehouse near Bishkek. Loading time and shipping documents are arranged with your sales manager when you place the order.
Under each product, you'll find two things a purchasing manager needs: who in Kazakhstan usually orders it and how it behaves in shipping. Buckets nest inside each other, so a pallet holds hundreds or thousands of them; jerry cans are closed and don't nest; containers weigh just grams and take up little space. Buckets are grouped by vehicle: standard semi-trailer, mega trailer, and the largest sizes.

The calculator converts your order from units to pallets and shows how much of a truck it will fill. The warehouse ships full pallets only, so quantities are rounded up to whole pallets. For example, 50,000 hexagonal 250 ml containers come to 3 pallets (52,800 units), while 50,000 of the 5.6 L buckets take 27 pallets, or one and a half mega trailers.

How we deliverThere's no price list on this page: your sales manager prices packaging for Kazakhstan for each specific shipment. Four things affect the total: how many pallets you order, how much plastic goes into the product itself, which version you need, and where it's going. The more precisely you state these in your request, the fewer follow-up questions you'll get before the quote.
The unit price depends on the order size. Orders are counted in full pallets, and when quoting, your sales manager will tell you when it pays to add another pallet or fill a whole truck.
The price is based on the weight of plastic: a 250 ml container weighs 13 g, a 10 L jerry can 420 g, and a 21 L bucket 620 g. That's why items from different sections are priced separately.
Body color, handle type, and a label or IML printing all change the product price. Labels and IML are available on request, and artwork is approved with your sales manager before production starts.
Delivery is a separate line in the quote: it depends on the vehicle type, number of pallets, and delivery city. A full truckload and a few pallets are priced differently.

Yes. Molding and finished-goods storage share one site, so a single shipment can include pallets from all four sections. Keep in mind that pallets of buckets from 3 L up are taller than standard and travel in a mega trailer under our loading standards, so your sales manager picks the vehicle for a mixed order and plans how it's loaded.
Both Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan are EAEU members, so your packaging ships as a delivery within the union. Our sales manager prepares the full set of shipping documents, which travel with the cargo. When you place your order, ask them which documents your company will need to receive the goods.
It depends on the product. Under our loading standards, a standard 13.6 m semi-trailer takes 34 pallets of 560 to 900 ml buckets, 33 pallets of 1 L buckets, 18 pallets of 2.3 L buckets, and 20 pallets of jerry cans. Sizes from 3 to 15 L travel in a mega trailer at 18 pallets, and the 18 and 21 L buckets at 10 pallets. All figures are estimates for a truck loaded with a single product.
For some products, yes. Under our loading standards, a 40 ft HC container takes 25 pallets of small 560 to 900 ml buckets, the 385 ml round container, or the 750 ml tray, and a 20 ft container takes 11 pallets of the same products, except the 850 ml bucket. For jerry cans, it's 16 pallets in a 40 ft container and 8 in a 20 ft container. For all other products, the standards are given for a semi-trailer or mega trailer.
Orders are counted in full pallets, so the minimum in units differs for each product. A pallet holds 17,600 hexagonal 250 ml containers, 6,480 one-liter buckets, 600 of the 21 L buckets, or 100 of the 10 L jerry cans. Your sales manager will confirm the exact minimum for your order mix.
Shipping is priced for each specific shipment: it depends on the vehicle, number of pallets, and delivery city. There's no fixed rate table on the site. Send your sales manager your order details and address, and they'll plan the truck and quote the packaging and delivery cost in one reply.
Yes. On request, we apply a label or IML printing, which fuses the image into the product wall during molding. Among containers, IML is available for sizes from 250 to 550 ml; only the tray is made without it. Your sales manager will confirm which buckets can be decorated this way and what artwork is needed for your chosen size.
