塑料方桶5 升和 10 升Hello! We'll suggest the right size for your product, calculate pallets, and quote a price for your order.

A 560 ml plastic bucket with a tight-fitting lid and a tamper-evident tear strip. It is the smallest size in our range and the only one that comes with no handle at all. Made for single-serve portions of sour cream, gel, concrete primer and pickles. Molded in Bishkek, shipped across Kyrgyzstan and to Kazakhstan.
Full configurator - body and lid colors, IML printing with your logo, a PDF mock-up for your order. Your sales manager will give you an access code. Get a code
Once you send a request, your sales manager will confirm the price, lead time and delivery. Need less than a pallet? Put the quantity in the comment.
This size is made in a food-grade version only: there is no medical version in this volume. We mold 560 ml buckets for Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan at our own plant in Bishkek.
800 ml: Ø 131 × 91 mm850 ml: Ø 118 × 124 mm900 ml: Ø 127 × 134 mm
At 80 mm tall with a 118 mm opening, this bucket is clearly wider than it is high. Filled to the brim it holds 650 milliliters, so the headspace above nominal is 90 milliliters, or about 16%. That is a lot for such a small pack, and it is there for a reason: it lets the lid seat on the rim without squeezing product out when it is pressed on by machine.
The filling line counts in milliliters, while purchasing buys in tonnes. This table converts one into the other for the products most often packed in this size.
| Product | Density | Net weight at 560 ml fill | Buckets per 1 tonne | Pallets of buckets per 1 tonne |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sour cream 20% | 1.00 kg/L | 0.56 kg | 1,786 | 0.25 |
| Gel and paste | 1.05 kg/L | 0.59 kg | 1,695 | 0.24 |
| Concrete primer | 1.40 kg/L | 0.78 kg | 1,282 | 0.18 |
| Honey | 1.42 kg/L | 0.80 kg | 1,250 | 0.17 |
| Water-based paint | 1.50 kg/L | 0.84 kg | 1,190 | 0.17 |
Densities are for reference only. The real figure depends on the mix formulation and the fat content of the product, so we will recalculate the net weight for your case. The last column is based on 7,200 buckets per pallet.
A pallet holds 7,200 buckets and stands 2.06 m high. A standard 13.6 m truck takes 34 pallets, or 244,800 pieces. Enter your quantity or product weight, and we will show the pallets, empty weight and truck load.
Trailers and containers are calculated on standard internal dimensions, with single-stacked pallets (no double stacking). Your sales manager will confirm the price and lead time for the order.
It is not a markup or a quirk of this particular item, it is geometry. Every bucket needs a wall, a base and a lid, however much it holds. The smaller the volume, the larger the share of raw material that goes into the shell.

A 560 ml bucket is a portion, not bulk stock. This size is chosen where the pack itself is the unit of sale: a deli counter, a trial pack of a building mix, one family's portion. There is no handle, and none is needed: a full bucket weighs less than a kilogram.

Just over half a kilo is the familiar pack size for a display case. Polypropylene easily handles washing and cold rooms, and the lid keeps out foreign odors.
780 g of ready-mixed product. This pack size is used for test patches, small repairs and as a sample for customers.
Takeaway salads, starters and pickles for delis and ready-meal outlets. The 90 milliliters of headspace to the brim absorbs brine expansion during chilling.
800 g of honey. In the clear version the color shows through the wall, so the bucket can go straight on the counter without extra merchandising.
Supplied with the bucket, it seats on the rim and opens via the tamper-evident tear strip. In retail this is the key sign of first opening: once torn, the strip cannot be put back.
None, and this is the only item in the range without one. A full bucket weighs less than a kilogram, so there is no need for a bail handle, and without one the buckets stack more easily in a display case.
White buckets take labels and full-surface printing - the main choice for the dairy shelf. Clear ones are used for honey, pickles and gels, when the contents should be visible.
Labels suit trial and small orders. For ongoing production we use IML: the film is fused into the wall during molding and will not peel off from fridge condensation.
Next to it in the range are the 800 and 850 ml sizes. They differ in more than capacity: the 560 and 850 ml buckets share the same opening and the same pallet quantity, while the middle size is wider than both.
The 560 and 850 ml sizes share one opening - 118 millimeters - and both stack 7,200 to a pallet. What differs is height: 80 millimeters versus 124. The middle size is wider, at 131 millimeters, so fewer fit on a pallet - 6,480. The most material-efficient of the three is the middle size, at 36.9 grams per liter; the 560 ml has the highest figure in the whole range, 41.1.
Small sizes are stocked in our main warehouse together with the rest of the range. Your manager will confirm the shipping date and rate when you order: terms differ for Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
How we deliverProduction and warehouse share one site in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone, Ak-Chiy village. A pallet of 7,200 buckets is available for pickup. Within Bishkek and the Chuy Region we deliver with our own trucks; to the southern regions and Issyk-Kul we hand orders over to a carrier.
All cities and regionsPallet density here is the highest in the range, so the small size is the most cost-effective to ship to Kazakhstan: one pallet space holds 7,200 packs. We ship to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda and other cities; deliveries are within the EAEU.
All cities and regionsBecause every pack needs walls, a base and a lid, and as the size goes down, volume shrinks faster than surface area. At 560 milliliters that works out to 41.1 grams of polypropylene per liter of product, at 11.5 liters to 26.7. It is a matter of geometry, not of this particular item.
It does not need one: a full bucket weighs less than a kilogram and is easy to carry in one hand. Without a bail handle, the packs also sit closer together in a display case and on a pallet.
There is no list price on the website: the cost depends on order size, color, branding and delivery route. Call +996 222 600 292 or send a request, and your sales manager will get back to you with a quote.
7,200 pieces - the best figure in the range, on a par with the 850 and 900 ml sizes. A small deli's monthly need often fits into a single pallet space.
Polypropylene withstands hot-fill temperatures, but the exact settings depend on the product and your equipment. Agree the parameters with your manager before you start a production run.
Not in this size. Medical buckets start at 1 liter: 1, 2.3, 3, 3.8, 5.6, 11.2, 11.5, 18 and 21 liters.
Yes, in pallets of 7,200 pieces to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda and other cities. Deliveries are within the EAEU, and the rate is based on the number of pallet spaces.
Pickup from our warehouse in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone, Ak-Chiy village. We deliver ourselves within Bishkek and the Chuy Region, and ship to Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karakol and other cities through a freight carrier.
Yes. For small runs we apply a label, for ongoing production we use IML - the artwork is fused into the wall during molding.
