This is a preliminary estimate: pallets are single-stacked in blocks along the truck body, internal body dimensions are standard, and the load on each pallet is for illustration only. Your freight carrier confirms the exact loading plan, and our sales manager confirms the price and lead time. How to use the calculator
On desktop, the order is on the left and the truck is on the right. On a phone, the truck is at the top with three tabs below it: "Order," "Vehicle," and "Summary."
Choose an item and enter the quantity in units or pallets. The minus and plus buttons change the quantity by one pallet, and the mark on the slider shows a full truckload. An order can include up to 8 items.
A truck and trailer (8 m each), a 13.6 m mega trailer, or a custom body built to your dimensions. The default is a truck and trailer: if your order fits in the truck, the trailer isn't needed and the calculator shows the truck alone.
The "3D" and "2D" buttons above the truck switch between the perspective view and a flat diagram with side and top views. Your order stays the same, the page doesn't reload, and your choice is saved.
In 3D, the near walls are transparent so you can see the load. The "Walls" button closes the body completely, "Dimensions" labels the length, width, and height, and "Loading" shows the order in which the pallets go in.
Only know how much product you have? Click "By product," pick your product, and enter the amount in kilograms, tonnes, or liters. The list shows how much of each packaging option you need, and the "Add to order" button adds it to the estimate.
You can add the order to your cart and request a quote, send it via WhatsApp, or copy the link: it opens the same estimate on another device.
The calculator uses units per pallet from factory spec sheets and truck body dimensions, with no prices or lead times.
Units per pallet come from the factory spec sheet: for example, 6,480 buckets (1 L) or 816 buckets (11.5 L). A partial pallet still takes up a full pallet space in the truck.
If you only know your product quantity, click "By product" and enter it in kilograms, tonnes, or liters. We calculate the number of buckets from the bucket capacity and the product density.
We compare each pallet with the body height. Truck-and-trailer and mega trailer bodies are 3 m high, so pallets of all 30 items fit (the tallest is 2.86 m). With a custom body, the calculator flags pallets that are too tall for it.
For each item, we choose whether to place pallets across or along the body to fit more. Different items go in blocks, one after another. A truck and trailer has two separate bodies: a pallet can't straddle them, so each body is calculated on its own.
How many pallets of each item fit in a truck when it ships on its own. Truck-and-trailer and mega trailer bodies are 3 m high, so pallets of all items fit.

It depends on the size. For 1 L buckets, a pallet holds 6,480, and a truck and trailer takes 38 pallets: 246,240 buckets. For 21 L buckets, a pallet holds 600, and a truck and trailer takes 12 pallets: 7,200 buckets. Load data for all 30 items is in the table above.
A truck and trailer has two bodies, each 8 m long and 3 m high: pallets of all items fit, and a small order ships in a single truck without the trailer. You can choose a 13.6 m mega trailer or a custom body in the calculator.
Yes. Add several items to your order, and the calculator places them in blocks along the body and shows how much space is left. The plan is approximate, so confirm the final layout with your freight carrier.
Click "By product" in the calculator, choose your product, and enter the quantity in kilograms, tonnes, or liters. The calculator shows how much of each packaging option you need and adds the one you pick to your order. Densities for honey, jam, sour cream, oil, and other products come from our packaging guides. For any other product, enter its density in kg/L.
Both use the same calculation. 3D shows the body and pallets in perspective: you can rotate and zoom the truck, view it from four sides, and close the walls with one button. 2D draws side and top views, like a simple loading drawing. The "3D / 2D" switch is above the diagram, and your order is kept when you switch. If three-dimensional graphics are turned off in your browser, the calculator shows the flat diagram automatically.
