At HTI, the food-grade version covers our entire bucket lineup from 560 ml to 21 L: 14 sizes, white or clear polypropylene, a flat lid that seats into a double rim, and a tamper-evident seal. Producers fill them with sour cream and mayonnaise, jam and honey, pickles, Korean-style salads, fish, and ice cream. We mold the buckets in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ). We ship them to dairy and sauce plants, deli kitchens, and packers across Kyrgyzstan and to Kazakhstan.
The table on this page covers three products: mayonnaise, jam, and pickles in brine. The calculator does the same for any size. Pick a product or enter your own weight per liter to get net weight, weight with packaging, and headroom to the brim.
Choose a size above, and the calculator will show its row from this page's table.
Enter the net weight and the calculator will pick packaging from this page.
We ship in full pallets, so the pallet count is rounded up.

333.5 mmA food-grade bucket looks simple from the outside, but with food every detail matters. What is the body molded from? How does the lid seat? What proves the package is intact, and in what condition does the packaging reach your plant? Below are four features that technologists and buyers usually check on the first order before they put a bucket into regular production. They are the same across the whole lineup, from the 560 ml bucket to the 21 L bucket.

We mold the body and lid from polypropylene, a material widely used for food packaging. The wall is smooth, with no seams or pores. You can scrape out thick product with a spatula and rinse the empty bucket easily. The packaging is light, so it's easy to unload by hand.
The flat lid locks into both rings of the rim and holds all the way around. The flat top works as a platform: you stack the next closed bucket on it, so your finished-goods warehouse grows up, not out. The wide opening lets you fill without a funnel.
An OPEN tamper-evident tear strip with raised lettering is molded under the lid rim. The lid can only come off for the first time once the strip is torn away, and the strip can't be put back. Stores and shoppers can tell at a glance whether the package was opened after filling.
The tapered body lets empty buckets nest inside each other. One pallet holds 7,200 of the 560 ml buckets or 816 of the 15 L buckets. You don't need a separate warehouse for packaging stock: keep it next to the filling line.
Technologists write recipes in kilograms, but packaging is ordered in liters. Here we convert each bucket's nominal capacity into the weight of three typical products: mayonnaise and sauces (about 0.94 kg per liter), jam and preserves (about 1.33 kg), and pickles with brine (about 1.05 kg). The "Brim-full" column shows the full capacity of the body. The difference from nominal capacity is the headspace under the lid. Figures are rounded. Actual weight depends on the recipe and fat content, so weigh it again during a trial fill.

The same packaging gives very different net weights: a 21 L bucket holds about 19.7 kg of mayonnaise but almost 28 kg of jam. So choose the size by the weight you sell, not by the liter size you're used to. The 800, 850, and 900 ml and the 3, 11.5, and 18 L sizes are not in the table. Calculate their weight the same way: nominal capacity times product density.

Choose a food-grade bucket based on the product and on who will open it: a shopper at home, a cook on the serving line, or a packer at the next processing stage. Answer the questions below to narrow the 14 sizes down to two or three. The more precise your answers, the fewer unused items will sit in your packaging warehouse.
Food-grade buckets also vary by size, handle type, body color, and printing. Open the feature you need: each one has its own table and calculations.

You can pick up your order from the factory warehouse in the Bishkek FEZ, Ak-Chiy village. We deliver to dairy and sauce plants in Bishkek and Chuy Region with our own delivery trucks. Producers in Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karakol, Naryn, and Talas receive buckets via a freight carrier. We ship by the pallet to Kazakhstan within the EAEU, including Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, and Karaganda. Our sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when you place your order. If you fill several sizes, combine them in one request so the packaging arrives on one truck. Plan orders for the summer peak in advance. During pickle, jam, and ice cream season, filling lines run at full capacity and packaging sells out faster than usual.

All 14 sizes in the lineup: 560, 800, 850, and 900 ml, and 1, 2.3, 3, 3.8, 5.6, 8, 11.5, 15, 18, and 21 L. Each size comes in white or clear. You'll find dimensions and empty weight for each item in the Buckets by size section.
Clear polypropylene shows the product through the wall, so shoppers see right away what's inside: jam, cucumbers, mushrooms, or honey. A white body is neutral and works as a background for a label or IML. Producers usually choose it for sour cream, mayonnaise, and products sold under a brand.
By the OPEN tear strip with raised lettering under the lid rim. As long as it's intact, nobody has opened the package since filling. A torn strip is visible right away, and nobody will take that bucket off the shelf.
Yes, but fill to nominal capacity, not to the brim. The headroom lets the lid seat evenly in the rim without squeezing out liquid as you close it. It differs by size: 90 ml for a 560 ml bucket and almost 1.9 L for an 18 L bucket.
Our sales manager quotes a price for each order. It depends on size, quantity, color, handle, and printing. Call +996 222 600 292 and tell us your product and monthly output. If you need several sizes or both colors, list them all at once to get a single estimate.
Yes. We can apply a label to the finished bucket, which works well for a launch or seasonal lines. For regular order volumes, IML is the better fit: the label is fused into the wall during molding, so it doesn't rub off or peel during washing.
Yes, by the pallet within the EAEU: to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda, and other cities. Our sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when you place your order. Empty buckets travel nested, so even a large order takes up only a few pallet spaces.
Our catalog lists every food-grade bucket with dimensions, empty weight, and handle options. Choosing packaging for a specific product? See the Packaging by application section, with separate pages for honey, pickles, sauces, dairy products, and ready meals. To compare sizes by height, opening diameter, and units per pallet, use the buckets by size section.
Tell us your product, the fill weight per pack, and your approximate monthly output. A sales manager will pick a bucket with the right brim-full headroom, calculate pallets, and suggest a printing option. For a new product, start with a small order of two or three sizes. Then keep the one that performs best on the filling line and in sales.
