We sell plastic buckets in Astana direct from the factory. The capital is growing block by block: new residential complexes need painting and plastering, offices need cleaning and lunches, and farms in Akmola Region bring sour cream, cottage cheese, and meat into the city. HTI Group has packaging for each of these markets: buckets up to 21 L for finishing materials, trays and containers for lunches, and small buckets for dairy. We mold them in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ) and ship them to Astana by the pallet.
Suburbs and nearby districts: plastic buckets in Akmola Region.

The top of the table belongs to the finishing trades: the 15 and 21 L buckets with metal bail handles are built for heavy pastes and paint. The bottom rows are lightweight food packaging, where every gram counts. One order can combine items from both ends, say, if you're building and feeding your crew at the same time.
A putty or paint maker chooses its packaging once and then fills it for years. A mistake is costly: an awkward bucket frustrates tradespeople on site, and they switch to a competitor. Here's what to check in advance if you package finishing materials or household cleaning products for the Astana market.

The 18 and 21 L buckets share the same 332 mm opening. A roller or a wide putty knife goes in straight, and painters load paint right from the bucket without pouring it into a tray. The lid seats into a double rim, so a half-used bucket of paint can be closed in the evening and opened the next morning at the next apartment.
A full bucket of putty gets carried up the stairs in buildings where the elevator isn't running yet. The metal bail handle with a plastic grip takes the weight without digging into your fingers, so nobody needs to wrap a rag around the handle.
The OPEN tamper-evident tear strip, embossed below the rim, shows a building supply store whether the bucket has been opened. If someone tries to return an opened bucket of watered-down paint, it's obvious right away.
Services that clean business centers and residential complexes buy detergents in bulk. Concentrates go well in 11.5 and 15 L buckets, while 5 and 10 L jerry cans suit liquids dispensed in measured doses.
Lots of people in Astana work in offices and government agencies, and their lunch breaks are short. Canteens, caterers, and cafes near business centers pack lunches so they can be carried, opened, and eaten at a desk. During the long, windy winter, many would rather order lunch to their desk than walk a block to a cafe, so the packaging has to survive the trip from the kitchen to the office floor. Put together a set that fits your menu.

Choose an item and quantity, and we'll show the pallet count, units rounded up to full pallets, total nominal capacity in liters, empty packaging weight, and the truck you'll need.
We ship packaging for Astana from our plant in the Bishkek FEZ, Ak-Chiy village: HTI has no warehouse or office in the capital. Your order is packed onto pallets and travels with a freight carrier within the EAEU. The other option is to send your own truck straight to the plant and pick up the pallets yourself. Large construction buckets nest inside each other, so even 600 of the 21 L buckets fit on one pallet. Your sales manager will confirm transit time and freight cost when processing your order. Order extra packaging ahead of finishing season: at the height of construction, a packaging delay can stop your entire filling line.
For heavy pastes, the 11.5 and 15 L buckets with a metal bail handle and plastic grip work well. If your product is lighter and you sell in large packs, go with 18 or 21 L: the 332 mm opening easily takes a putty knife.
600. Exactly the same number of 18 L buckets fits too: they have the same 332 mm opening but a shorter body. A pallet holds 816 of the 15 L buckets.
No. We ship packaging by the pallet directly from our plant in the Bishkek FEZ within the EAEU. Orders are taken by phone at +996 222 600 292, where you can also sort out all the delivery details.

Yes. We can apply a label or use in-mold labeling (IML): the image is placed in the mold and fused into the wall during molding, so it won't rub off even after the bucket gets covered in paint and washed. Details on our IML page.
A handy set: a 750 ml flat tray for the main course, a 385 or 550 ml round container for soup, and a 250 ml hexagonal container for sauce. They're all polypropylene, close with a lid, and stack.
Timing depends on the carrier and the order size, so your sales manager will give you an exact date when you place the order. Packaging ships from Bishkek by the pallet within the EAEU.
The catalog lists buckets from 560 ml to 21 L, containers, trays, and jerry cans, with dimensions and units per pallet. For more on packaging for finishing materials, see our paint buckets page.

Tell us the material or product, your planned monthly output, and how you'll sell it: through building supply stores, directly to crews, or at retail. We'll suggest the size and handle type and work out how many pallets your first order will take. If you have several products, like primer, paint, and adhesive, list them all: we'll put together a lineup of different sizes so they don't get mixed up on store shelves.
