You can buy plastic buckets in Kazakhstan direct from the HTI Group factory: 14 sizes from 560 ml to 21 L, in white and clear, with tamper-evident tear-strip lids. They're used for honey and sour cream, pastry fillings and marinades, paint, putty, and household cleaning products. We mold the buckets from polypropylene in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ) and ship them in full pallets via a freight carrier to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda, and other cities, all within the EAEU. How we deliverAll packaging for Kazakhstan ships from one site: the finished-goods warehouse at our plant in the Bishkek FEZ, Ak-Chiy village. Your order is palletized and handed over to a freight carrier that takes it to your city. Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan are both EAEU members, so no customs clearance is needed, and your sales manager prepares the full set of documents for the order. Give them your city, bucket size, and quantity, and they'll calculate the pallets and choose the right truck.
Our main shipping method for Kazakhstan: buckets travel on pallets, and your sales manager plans the truck for your route. One shipment can combine different bucket sizes, containers, and jerry cans.
The cargo crosses a border between members of the same economic union, so no customs clearance is needed. We prepare the documents for your order together with the shipment.

Height is given without the lid; with the lid on, the body is 6-10 mm taller. The 800 and 850 ml each come in two versions that differ in handle and empty weight. The 18 and 21 L buckets share the same 332 mm diameter and differ only in height.

All our bucket bodies and lids are molded from polypropylene, and the version is chosen to suit the product and the shelf. The handle depends on the size; the wall color and decoration depend on how you sell. Make these choices before ordering: they affect both how your product looks in the store and the cost of the order.
The lid snaps onto the bucket rim and opens by pulling the tear strip. Once torn off, it can't be put back, so shoppers can see at a glance whether the bucket has been opened.
Up to one liter, there's either no handle at all or a plastic or molded-in one. From 2.3 L, buckets get a metal bail handle, and from 8 L, the bail gets a plastic grip so a full bucket is comfortable to carry.
Both versions use the same polypropylene and have the same dimensions. A clear wall shows off the product, which is how pickles, kurt, and honey are sold. A white wall takes labels and printing more evenly.

Buckets ship in full pallets, so orders are calculated by units per pallet. A 13.6 m semi-trailer holds 33-34 pallets of buckets up to one liter, or 18 pallets of 2.3 L buckets. Pallets of 3 L and larger buckets are taller and go in a mega trailer: 18 pallets of the 3-15 L sizes, or 10 pallets of 18 and 21 L buckets.
There's no fixed price list on the site: the bucket price for Kazakhstan is calculated for each specific shipment, and your sales manager quotes it. For an accurate quote, we need just four things: how many buckets, what size, which version, and which city they're going to.
The more pallets in your order, the lower the unit price. Your sales manager will tell you the next price break for your volume, so sometimes it pays to top up your order to a full pallet.
