塑料方桶5 升和 10 升Hello! We'll suggest the right size for your product, calculate pallets, and quote a price for your order.

A flat, rectangular 750 ml tray with a tight-fitting lid. The elongated 122 by 173 mm body lets the food lie in a single layer, fully visible from above. It suits sliced meats and cheeses, main courses, salads, and fish. It is the most economical packaging in our food container line. We mold it in Bishkek and ship across Kyrgyzstan and to Kazakhstan.

Our sales manager confirms price, lead time, and delivery after you send a request. Need less than a pallet? Enter the quantity in the comment.
The tray's shape sets it apart from the rest of the line. It is long and low, while the 250 and 400 ml containers are upright. This packaging comes in a food-grade version only, with no medical version. We mold 750 ml trays for Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan at our plant in Bishkek.
Note the taper: the top measures 122 by 173 mm, the bottom 63.5 by 115 mm. The difference is large, and it is there for stacking. Empty trays nest deep inside each other, which is how 15,000 fit on a pallet. A filled tray rests on its 63.5 by 115 mm bottom, so it needs a flat shelf. Our sales manager will confirm the exact wall height for your line from a sample. This is the one parameter worth checking on a real tray, not in a table.
Production plans fill volume in milliliters, while purchasing counts in tonnes. This table links the two for the products most often packed in this tray.
| Product | Density | Net weight at 750 ml fill | Units per 1 t | Pallets per 1 t |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Salad with dressing | 0.90 kg/L | 0.68 kg | 1,471 | 0.10 |
| 20% sour cream | 1.00 kg/L | 0.75 kg | 1,333 | 0.09 |
| Cottage cheese | 1.05 kg/L | 0.79 kg | 1,266 | 0.08 |
| Sauces and pastes | 1.10 kg/L | 0.83 kg | 1,205 | 0.08 |
| Honey | 1.42 kg/L | 1.07 kg | 935 | 0.06 |
Densities are for reference. For salad, density depends heavily on the dressing. For a prepared meal, it depends on the ratio of side dish to main. Tell us the actual value and we will recalculate the net weight. The calculation assumes a pallet of 15,000 trays.
A pallet holds 15,000 trays and stands 2.11 m tall. A standard 13.6 m semi-trailer takes 34 pallets, or 510,000 trays. Enter your quantity or product weight to see the pallets, packaging weight, and truck load.
We base truck and container loads on typical internal dimensions, with single-stacked pallets. Your sales manager confirms the price and lead time for your order.
The other items in the line are upright boxes. Here the body is turned the other way: 122 by 173 mm at the top, so noticeably longer than it is wide, and very low. You choose this shape for presentation, not for volume.

Choose the tray when the product sells on looks. Cold cuts, a main course with a side, fish, a salad: all of it should lie flat and be fully visible through the lid. It is the go-to format for food delivery and deli display cases in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
The side dish and the main course sit next to each other in one layer and do not mix in transit. This is the main format for food delivery.
The long 173 mm body takes fillets and slices whole, with no folding. The product shows through the lid, so customers do not need to open the pack.
680 g of salad with dressing. The low wall lets you lay the food out evenly and neatly instead of piling it up.
Pastries, rolls, and desserts that cannot be stacked. The flat shape keeps each item looking as it did when it left the kitchen.
It comes with the tray and fits around the full perimeter. In the clear version, it works as a display window: customers can judge the dish without opening the pack.
An elongated rectangle, 122 by 173 mm at the top, with a low wall. The food lies in a single layer, and the trays fit row after row into a hotel pan or a display shelf.
Choose the white body for printing and for dishes that look neater against a contrasting background. Choose the clear one for a display where the whole product should show.
The label works for a logo and for ingredient information. It is applied to the finished tray, so the order can be small.
Next to it in the line are the upright 250 ml and 400 ml containers. Choosing between them and the tray is not about volume. It is about how the product should look on display.
The tray wins on both cost columns: 28 g of packaging per liter versus 41.3 g and 52 g, and 11,250 liters of product per pallet space versus 7,040 and 4,400. The upright containers win elsewhere: they have height, so they are the choice for liquid products and pre-portioned single servings. Choose the tray when the product should lie flat and be fully visible.
Trays are stocked in the main factory warehouse with the rest of our food-grade packaging. Our sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when you place the order, separately for Kyrgyzstan and for Kazakhstan.
How we deliverMolds, molding, and the warehouse are all on one site in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone, in Ak-Chiy village. A pallet of 15,000 trays is available for pickup from the factory warehouse. We serve delis and food delivery services in Bishkek and the Chuy Region with our own trucks, and a freight carrier takes orders to Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Karakol.
Measured by product per pallet space, this is the best item in the food container line at 11,250 liters. On a long haul to Almaty, Astana, or Shymkent, the smaller number of pallet spaces shows up in your freight bill. Shipments go within the EAEU.
In proportions. The 250 and 400 ml containers are upright, while the tray is long and low: 122 by 173 mm at the top. The food lies in a single layer and shows fully from above, not just the top layer.
Twenty-eight grams of polypropylene per liter, against 41.3 and 52 for the upright containers. With a large bottom and lid area, volume builds up faster than the side wall area grows.
15,000 pcs. Empty trays nest deep inside each other thanks to the pronounced taper: 122 by 173 mm at the top, 63.5 by 115 mm at the bottom.
There is no fixed price on the site. The cost depends on the order volume, color, decoration, and delivery route. Call +996 222 600 292 or request a callback.
That is its main use. The side dish and the main course sit next to each other in one layer and don't mix in transit, and the lid fits around the full perimeter.
Filled trays are designed for single-layer display: they rest on a 63.5 by 115 mm base. For multi-tier display, use shelving or a hotel pan, not a stack.
No, the tray is food-grade only. For medical waste we offer buckets, which have their own version and their own color coding. See the relevant section of the catalog.
Yes. A pallet holds 15,000 trays, which is 11,250 liters of product. That is the best figure in the line, and on a long haul it shows up in the freight rate. We ship to cities from Almaty and Shymkent to Pavlodar and Semey, with paperwork handled within the EAEU.
Yes, with an adhesive label applied to the finished tray. You can also put the ingredients and date on it.
Describe your dish or product and tell us how many portions you sell per month. Our sales manager will convert that into trays, prepare a specification, and quote the price including freight.
