塑料方桶5 升和 10 升Hello! We'll suggest the right size for your product, calculate pallets, and quote a price for your order.

An 800 milliliter plastic bucket with a tight-fitting lid and a tamper-evident tear strip. The go-to format for dairies: sour cream, ayran, yogurt, ice cream and retail honey. Available in two versions: with a detachable plastic handle or a molded-in one. Molded in Bishkek and shipped across Kyrgyzstan and to Kazakhstan.
Full configurator - body and lid colors, IML printing with your logo, a PDF mock-up for your order. Your sales manager will give you an access code. Get a code
Once you send a request, your sales manager will confirm the price, lead time and delivery. Need less than a pallet? Put the quantity in the comment.
The catalog lists two items in this size, with the same body height and the same pallet quantity. The table below shows the base version; the second version's differences are covered in a separate block. We mold the 800 milliliter buckets for Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan at our own plant in Bishkek.
560 ml: Ø 118 × 80 mm850 ml: Ø 118 × 124 mm900 ml: Ø 127 × 134 mm
Filled to the brim, it holds 900 milliliters - a hundred more than the nominal capacity. For dairy filling, this headspace matters: it lets the lid seat on the rim without squeezing product out when it is sealed on an automatic line.
Your line measures in liters, but price lists and shipments go by the kilogram. Below are conversions for the products most often packed in 800 milliliters.
| Product | Density | Net weight at an 800 ml fill | Buckets per 1 tonne | Pallets of buckets per 1 tonne |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sour cream 20% | 1.00 kg/L | 0.80 kg | 1,250 | 0.19 |
| Ayran and yogurt | 1.03 kg/L | 0.82 kg | 1,214 | 0.19 |
| Honey | 1.42 kg/L | 1.14 kg | 880 | 0.14 |
| Ice cream | 0.60 kg/L | 0.48 kg | 2,083 | 0.32 |
| Pickles in brine | 1.05 kg/L | 0.84 kg | 1,190 | 0.18 |
Densities are reference values; for ice cream they depend heavily on overrun. A manager will recalculate the net weight for your recipe using actual data. Pallets are calculated at 6,480 buckets.
A pallet holds 6,480 buckets and stands 2.24 m high. A standard 13.6 m truck takes 34 pallets, or 220,320 buckets. Enter your quantity or product weight to see the pallets, empty weight and truck load.
Trailers and containers are calculated on standard internal dimensions, with single-stacked pallets (no double stacking). Your sales manager will confirm the price and lead time for the order.
An 800 ml bucket is the standard dairy-counter pack: just under a kilo of sour cream, about a liter of ayran, half a kilo of ice cream. The format is designed to be opened at home, so a lid with a tamper-evident seal and a handle matter more here than body strength.

The core dairy format. Polypropylene withstands washing and freezing, and the tight lid keeps out odors in the cold store.
Half a kilo of ice cream at a density of 0.6 kilograms per liter. The white body takes a label well, and the label has to survive the chest freezer.
Just over a kilo - a popular pack size for shops and fairs. The clear version shows the color of the honey through the wall.
Cucumbers, wild garlic, salads and takeaway snacks for delis and ready-meal outlets. The 100 milliliter headspace contains the brine when temperatures change.
Supplied with the bucket, it seats on the rim and opens by pulling the tear strip. In dairy retail this is the key proof that the pack is unopened: once torn, the strip cannot be closed again.
At 800 ml there is no need for metal: a full bucket of sour cream weighs less than a kilo. The base version has a plastic handle weighing 1.3 grams. On the version with a molded-in handle, it is formed in one piece with the body and arches over the lid, so it cannot get lost.
The white body is chosen for labels and full-coverage print - it is the main option on dairy shelves. Clear is chosen for honey and pickles, when the product itself does the selling.
A label on the finished bucket, or IML fused into the wall during molding. For dairy lines IML is the better choice: the artwork does not peel off from condensation in the cold store.
Next to it in the range are 560 and 850 milliliters. The difference is not only in volume: these three items have different body shapes, and pallet quantities do not behave the way volume would suggest.

The 850 milliliter bucket holds more, yet more of them fit on a pallet than the smaller one: 7,200 versus 6,480. The reason is the shape - it is narrow and tall, with a top diameter of just 118 millimeters versus 131. On plastic per liter, though, 800 milliliters wins: 36.9 grams versus 38.2 and 41.1.
The catalog lists two items in this size. Volume, body height and pallet quantity are identical: 800 milliliters, 91 millimeters and 6,480 pcs. They differ in top diameter, handle and empty weight - and that decides which bucket suits your line better.
131 millimeters on the base version and 141 on the version with a molded-in handle. The 10-millimeter difference matters if your filling machine is already set up for a specific opening.
The base version has a 1.3 gram plastic handle. On the second, the handle is molded in - formed in one piece with the body, so it cannot come off.
29.5 grams versus 32. Over a run of 1 million buckets, that adds up to a difference of 2.5 tonnes of raw material, with the same volume of product inside.
6,480 pcs for both versions. Logistically there is no difference: the order takes the same space in the truck.
In short: if your line is already set up and every gram of material counts, choose the base version. If the bucket goes into the customer's hands and the handle must not get lost, choose the version with a molded-in handle. A manager will confirm which of the two versions is molded for your run when quoting.
The 800 milliliter buckets ship from the same Bishkek warehouse as the rest of the range. A manager confirms lead time and cost when you place the order - separately for Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
How we deliverMolding and the warehouse are on one site in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone, Ak-Chiy village. A pallet of 6,480 buckets can be picked up from our warehouse; we deliver with our own truck within Bishkek and Chuy Region, and ship to Osh, Jalal-Abad and Karakol by carrier.
All cities and regionsSmall packs ship to Kazakhstan efficiently: 6,480 buckets take up a single pallet space, so a dairy's monthly needs often come to one or two pallets. We ship to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda and other cities. Both countries are in the EAEU, so no customs clearance is needed.
All cities and regionsVolume, body height and pallet quantity are the same. They differ in top diameter - 131 millimeters versus 141, empty weight - 29.5 grams versus 32, and handle: the base version has a detachable 1.3 gram plastic handle, the second has a handle molded into the body.
We don't publish a price list: the price depends on your order - version, run size, print and delivery distance. Call +996 222 600 292 or request a callback.
6,480 for both versions. By comparison, 7,200 of the 850 milliliter bucket fit on a pallet - it is narrower, though taller.
Dimensions and tolerances are listed in the table: top diameter 131 millimeters on the base version and 141 on the version with a molded-in handle, with a dimensional tolerance of ±2 mm. Confirm the version for your specific filling machine with a sales manager before ordering a production run.
Polypropylene keeps its properties in the cold, which is why ice cream is packed in this size. Leave headspace for the product to expand: for this size it is 100 milliliters.
Yes, in pallets of 6,480 to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda and other cities. Both countries are in the EAEU, so no customs clearance is needed. The rate depends on the number of pallets.

Yes. Labels suit small orders, IML suits regular production runs: the film is fused into the wall during molding and holds up in the cold store better than an adhesive label.
