Mixed orders

Packaging for packers and wholesalers

If you pack honey, spices, or household cleaning products, or supply stores in the regions, you need a set of sizes, not just one. That means three or four bucket sizes, sometimes jerry cans, all under one brand. We ship these mixed orders from our factory in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ). We deliver across Kyrgyzstan and ship by the pallet to Kazakhstan. Below: how to count pallets, build a range for a retail chain or marketplace, and make your product line easy to recognize.

How to build your range

A lineup for retail chains, bazaars, and marketplaces

Build your packaging range around the product and the sales channel, not the price list. Take the numbers from the table above, then decide with a few simple rules.

1Three sizes per product: trial, standard, and family. For honey or jam, that is usually 560 ml, 1 L, and 2.3 L.560 ml bucket1 L bucket2.3 L bucket
2For retail chains, choose buckets with the OPEN tamper-evident tear strip and one consistent design from the start. This makes range approval easier.
3For online stores and marketplaces, small buckets up to 1 liter work well: the packaging is light, and the lid snaps into a double rim.
4For an established brand, choose IML (in-mold labeling) buckets: each product in the series gets its own artwork, while the body stays the same.

A mixed order: sizes, pallets, and the truck

Wholesalers count pallets and trucks, not units. Add the sizes in your range. The calculator totals the pallets, shows units and liters of packaging, and estimates truck loading based on factory standards.

    How much packaging comes on one pallet

    Wholesalers count pallets and trucks, not units. The table turns your range into pallet loads. It shows how many empty buckets or jerry cans of one size fit on a pallet and what total packaging volume that adds up to. The last column is simply nominal capacity times quantity; brim-full capacity is not counted.

    The difference is noticeable: a pallet of 21 L buckets adds up to 12,600 liters of packaging, while a pallet of 560 ml buckets is just over 4,000. Jerry cans do not nest, so only 100 or 180 fit on a pallet. For a mixed order, your sales manager plans the pallet layout. Give the quantity for each size, and you get the number of packages and pallets per truck.

    Batch, brand, shelf, and the road

    Packers and wholesalers make their money on turnover. For them, packaging is mostly about logistics and brand recognition. Here are four questions a wholesale buyer settles before sending a request to the factory.

    Mixed order

    One order can combine several bucket sizes and jerry cans. Empty buckets nest inside each other, and jerry cans ship as separate packages. You get one truck from the factory instead of three deliveries from different suppliers. That means fewer receiving checks and less paperwork at your warehouse.

    One brand across sizes

    We apply your logo with a label or with IML, which fuses the artwork into the wall during molding. Three pairs of sizes have the same opening diameter: 560 and 850 ml (118 mm), 3 and 3.8 L (200 mm), 18 and 21 L (332 mm). On the shelf, each pair looks like one series in two heights.

    Retail chain requirements

    Retail chains and convenience stores often ask whether you can tell if a package has been opened. HTI buckets have an OPEN tamper-evident tear strip under the lid rim, so that question is settled right away. Learn more on our tamper-evident buckets page.

    Regions and Kazakhstan

    If you truck goods to Osh, Karakol, or Almaty, you need light, compact packaging. A 1 L bucket weighs 36 g, and empty stacks take up little space in the truck and the warehouse.

    How we deliver

    We assemble your order at the factory warehouse in the Bishkek FEZ, Ak-Chiy village. You can pick up full pallets here with your own transport. Wholesalers in Bishkek and Chuy Region get delivery on our own trucks. Orders for Osh, Jalal-Abad, Batken, Talas, Naryn, and Karakol ship by freight carrier, and we can send them straight to your regional warehouse. For wholesalers in Kazakhstan, from Almaty and Shymkent to Astana, Karaganda, and Oskemen (Ust-Kamenogorsk), we ship by the pallet within the EAEU. Regular buyers can set up scheduled shipments to match their turnover. Your sales manager confirms delivery time and cost for each shipment when you place the order.

    Yes. Buckets in several sizes and 5 L and 10 L jerry cans go out in one shipment. Give the quantity for each item, and your sales manager will plan the pallets.

    It depends on the size: 7,200 pcs of 560, 850, and 900 ml; 6,480 of 1 L; 3,300 of 2.3 L; 2,800 of 3 and 3.8 L; 1,920 of 5.6 L; 816 of 11.5 and 15 L; 600 of 18 and 21 L. Jerry cans: 180 of 5 L and 100 of 10 L.

    For ongoing production, choose IML: the image is fused into the wall during molding. We adapt the artwork to each size so the series looks consistent. For a trial order, a label on the finished bucket is enough.

    White or clear food-grade buckets with the OPEN tamper-evident tear strip. White works well for labels and IML, and clear shows the product through the wall. Check your chain's requirements with its buyer in advance.

    Your sales manager quotes a price for your order. It depends on sizes, quantity, handle, color, and printing. For a mixed order, the quote covers the whole set of items at once.
