塑料方桶5 升和 10 升Hello! We'll suggest the right size for your product, calculate pallets, and quote a price for your order.

Hexagonal 400 ml plastic food container with a tight lid and a tamper-evident tear strip. The top of the body matches our 250 ml single-serve container at 110 × 100.5 mm, but it is taller: 77 mm versus 50 mm. A good fit for cottage cheese, sour cream, salads, and honey. We mold it in Bishkek and ship across Kyrgyzstan and to Kazakhstan.
Full configurator: body and lid colors, IML printing with your logo, and a PDF artwork proof for your order. Your sales manager provides the access code. Get the code

The body is hexagonal with rounded edges. The top and bottom dimensions and the units per pallet match the 250 ml container. Only the height differs. There is no medical version of these containers: they are food-grade packaging. We mold 400 ml containers for Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan at our plant in Bishkek.

Headspace is 50 ml, the same as on the 250 ml single-serve container. But as a share of nominal capacity it is half as much: one eighth versus one fifth. In practice, you can fill the 400 ml container closer to the brim without the lid pushing product out.
Your filling line measures in milliliters, but pricing and purchasing run on kilograms. Below are conversions for the products most often packed in this size.
| Product | Density | Net weight at 400 ml fill | Units per 1 t | Pallets per 1 t |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Salad with dressing | 0.90 kg/L | 0.36 kg | 2,778 | 0.16 |
| 20% sour cream | 1.00 kg/L | 0.40 kg | 2,500 | 0.14 |
| Cottage cheese | 1.05 kg/L | 0.42 kg | 2,381 | 0.14 |
| Sauces and pastes | 1.10 kg/L | 0.44 kg | 2,273 | 0.13 |
| Honey | 1.42 kg/L | 0.57 kg | 1,754 | 0.10 |
Density values are typical figures for rough estimates. The actual figure depends on the recipe: for a salad, on the dressing; for cottage cheese, on how much whey is pressed out. Send us the actual density and we will recalculate the net weight. Pallet figures assume 17,600 containers.
A pallet holds 17,600 containers and stands 2.59 m tall. A standard 13.6 m semi-trailer takes 34 pallets, or 598,400 containers. Enter your quantity or product weight to see the pallets, packaging weight, and truck load.
We base truck and container loads on typical internal dimensions, with single-stacked pallets. Your sales manager confirms the price and lead time for your order.
The 250 ml and 400 ml containers use the same body at different heights. Everything else matches: 110 by 100.5 mm at the top, 90 by 80 mm at the bottom, 17,600 pcs per pallet. Only the height differs: 50 mm versus 77 mm.

Four hundred milliliters is no longer a single-person portion. It is a family serving, or two lunches. Delis, dairies, and ready-meal producers choose this size when they need more volume but don't want to change the layout of their display.
Four hundred grams of sour cream, or slightly more cottage cheese. A convenient family size that saves shoppers a second trip to the store.
Main courses, salads, and side dishes for delivery and ready-lunch outlets. The straight sidewalls hold a label with ingredients and shelf life without distortion.
Five hundred seventy grams net: a size for market stalls and fairs. The clear version shows the color of the honey through the wall.
Adjika, lecho, pickles, marinades. The 50 ml of headspace below the brim absorbs the expansion of the brine as it cools.
Supplied with the container, the lid fits around the full perimeter and opens by tearing off the tamper-evident strip. The strip is single-use: it shows whether the package has been opened.
A hexagon with rounded edges. The lid is shared with the 250 ml single-serve container because the top size is identical, so you don't need to reconfigure your machine when you change portion size.
The white version suits labels and full-coverage printing. The clear version is for products that sell on sight: salads, cottage cheese, and honey.
For this container, IML goes on the lid: the image is fused into the lid during molding and will not peel off. The sidewall is decorated with an adhesive label. The wall is flat, so the image doesn't stretch or distort the way it does on a round body.
The nearest neighbor in the range is the 250 ml single-serve container. They share one body, which makes the comparison very clear: exactly one parameter changes.
| Item | Nominal capacity | Top dimensions | Height | Empty weight | Packaging per 1 L | Per pallet |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| PHD250 | 250 ml | 110 x 100.5 mm | 50 mm | 13 g | 52.0 g | 17,600 |
| PHD400 | 400 ml | 110 x 100.5 mm | 77 mm | 16.5 g | 41.3 g | 17,600 |
This container matches the single-serve one in everything except height, so choosing between them is a choice of portion size, not logistics: the pallet space is the same, but 7,040 liters of product ship versus 4,400. The third item in the range, the 750 ml flat tray, is different: it is wider, lower, and lighter on packaging, at 28 grams per liter versus 41.3, and one pallet space carries 11,250 liters. But it is a different body for a different purpose.
This item is always in stock at the factory warehouse. Delivery time and cost depend on the address and are confirmed when you place the order, separately for Kyrgyzstan and for Kazakhstan.
How we deliverOur molding shop and warehouse are side by side in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone, in Ak-Chiy village. A pallet of 17,600 containers is available for pickup from the factory warehouse. We deliver in Bishkek and the Chuy Region with our own trucks. For southern Kyrgyzstan and Issyk-Kul, we hand the order to a freight carrier.
Units per pallet are the same as for the single-serve container, 17,600 pcs, but one pallet space carries 7,040 liters of product instead of 4,400. On a haul to Astana or Shymkent, that directly cuts the number of pallet spaces you pay for. Shipping is within the EAEU.
In height only: 77 mm versus 50 mm. The top size, bottom size, and units per pallet are the same. On the display shelf the container takes the same footprint, and it holds 60% more product.
The top size does not change and the lid is the same, so the lid feeder stays as it is. Only the fill level changes. Confirm the details for your equipment with our sales manager before you start the production run.
There is no single price: it depends on order volume, color, decoration method, and delivery distance. Call +996 222 600 292 or leave your number to request a callback.
7,040 liters at 17,600 containers per pallet. For comparison, the 250 ml single-serve container carries 4,400 liters at the same units per pallet.
Because the body is taller while the wall area at the bottom and top stays the same. It uses 41.3 g of polypropylene per liter of product versus 52 g, almost a quarter less.
No. The entire food container range is food-grade. If you need medical packaging, see the buckets section: versions for each waste class start at 1 L.
Regularly. One pallet space is 17,600 containers, and we ship to destinations from Almaty and Astana to Kostanay and Kyzylorda. No customs clearance is needed because we operate within the EAEU, and freight is priced by the number of pallet spaces.
The warehouse is in Ak-Chiy village, in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone, and you can pick up your order there with your own truck. We deliver in Bishkek and the Chuy Region ourselves. For the south and Issyk-Kul, we hand the order to a freight carrier.
Yes. For a trial batch, we apply an adhesive label to the lid or the flat sidewall. For ongoing production, we do IML on the lid: the film is fused into it during molding.
Three things are enough: what you pack, its density, and how many tonnes per month. Our sales manager will work out the rest: the number of units, the number of pallets, and the total cost with delivery.
