A one-liter medical waste bucket in yellow or red, with a tight-fitting lid and a plastic handle. It is the most compact size in the HTI medical line: clinics keep it by the dental chair or on a cosmetologist's side table and swap it out as it fills. We mold it in Bishkek and ship to clinics and wholesalers in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.

The one-liter medical bucket uses the same body as the one-liter food-grade bucket, so the dimensions and weight are identical. What differs is the body color, the lid color, and the purpose. This version contains no metal at all: the handle is plastic too.
2.3 L: Ø 175 × 132 mm3 L: Ø 200 × 137 mm3.8 L: Ø 200 × 176 mm
The gap between the working liter and the brim-full capacity is 180 ml, almost a fifth of the volume. Leave this headroom empty: the lid should close without pressing down on the contents, so there is no need to fill the container to the brim.
Treatment rooms use one-liter containers one at a time but buy them in bulk. This table converts the number of buckets into liters, empty packaging weight, and share of a pallet, so you can see how much storage space a clinic or wholesaler will need.
| Buckets per order | Nominal liters | Brim-full liters | Empty bucket weight | Pallet fraction |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 100 | 100 L | 118 L | 3.6 kg | 1,5 % |
| 500 | 500 L | 590 L | 18 kg | 7,7 % |
| 1,000 | 1,000 L | 1,180 L | 36 kg | 15,4 % |
| 3,240 | 3,240 L | 3,823 L | 116.6 kg | 50 % |
| 6,480 | 6,480 L | 7,646 L | 233.3 kg | 100 % |
The figures are based on catalog data: 36 g per bucket, 1.18 L brim-full capacity, and 6,480 pcs per pallet. That is the densest packing in the entire medical line, so even a large stock of one-liter buckets takes up little warehouse space.
A pallet holds 6,480 buckets and stands 2.62 m tall. A standard 13.6 m truck takes 34 pallets, or 220,320 pcs. Enter your quantity and we'll show the pallets, tare weight, and truck loading.
We calculate trucks and containers using standard interior dimensions, with single-stacked pallets. Your sales manager confirms price and lead time.
One liter is the right size when the container sits within arm's reach of the specialist and is changed often: next to a dental chair, on a cosmetologist's side table, or in an injection room. A large bucket gets in the way there and takes a long time to fill, while a one-liter bucket is sealed and sent for disposal much more often.

The container sits on the cabinet by the chair for used needles and Class B waste (under Kyrgyz sanitary classification) after each appointment. The body is only 121 mm tall, so the bucket does not block the instruments on the next tray.
Treatment rooms that use disposable needles pick the one-liter size as a personal container for each chair. The yellow or red body sets it apart from a regular trash bin at a glance.
The catalog lists a second use: disinfectant wipes. The wipes bucket goes next to the waste container, but in the other color so staff never mix them up.
At 36 g, the bucket is easy to take along for home procedures or keep in a workplace first-aid room. A full container is carried by the handle and kept closed with the lid until handover.
The yellow bucket comes with a yellow lid that has a round red panel in the center; the red bucket gets a solid red lid. You can identify the container from above, even on a bottom shelf where the walls are hidden.
The handle is plastic and weighs 1.3 g. No steel bail handle and no clips: the medical version has no metal parts at all.
Under the rim is a tamper-evident OPEN tear strip with raised lettering. An intact or torn strip shows whether the lid has been removed.
The name of the clinic, department, or wholesaler is applied to the finished bucket with an adhesive label. The label area on the one-liter bucket is small, so it is best to agree on the artwork with your sales manager in advance.
If you need a one-liter bucket for a packing line rather than a treatment room, take a look at the food-grade version. Same body and dimensions, different color and purpose.

The medical line starts at one liter and goes up to 21 L. The next steps are 2.3 and 3 L: if a one-liter container fills up faster than staff can change it, it makes sense to move one size up.

The one-liter bucket uses more plastic per liter of capacity than its neighbors: 36 g versus 27 g for the 2.3 L bucket. But for a treatment room, fill speed matters more than grams. A one-liter bucket is sealed and handed over more often, so an open container never sits at the workstation for days.
One-liter medical buckets ship from the factory warehouse in Bishkek. Delivery cost and time depend on the address and the number of pallets; your sales manager confirms them when you place the order.
How we deliverProduction and the warehouse are in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ), in Ak-Chiy village, and you can collect pallets here with your own truck. We deliver orders to clinics in Bishkek and the Chuy Region ourselves, and ship to Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karakol, and other cities in the country by freight carrier.
We ship by the pallet to dental offices, cosmetology centers, and medical supply distributors in Kazakhstan: Almaty, Shymkent, Astana, Karaganda, and beyond. Shipments stay within the EAEU, and with 6,480 buckets on a single pallet the freight cost per unit stays low.
According to the catalog, it is for medical waste, including Class B, for used needles, and for disinfectant wipes. Which container goes with which type of waste in a treatment room is set by the facility's own internal procedures.
Only the color of the body and lid. The yellow bucket has a yellow lid with a round red center panel; the red one has a solid red lid. Capacity, dimensions, and weight are the same.
