塑料方桶5 升和 10 升Hello! We'll suggest the right size for your product, calculate pallets, and quote a price for your order.

An 850 ml plastic bucket with a tight-fitting lid and a tamper-evident tear strip. Tall and slim: the top diameter is just 118 mm, while the body stands 124 mm high. Made for ice cream, ayran, yogurt and kurt. Available in two versions: with a separate plastic handle or with a molded-in one. Molded in Bishkek, shipped across Kyrgyzstan and to Kazakhstan.

Our catalog lists two items in this size, with identical dimensions and different empty weights. The table below shows the base version; the differences are covered in a separate section. There is no medical-grade version in this size. Our 850 ml buckets for Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan are molded in Bishkek.
560 ml: Ø 118 × 80 mm800 ml: Ø 131 × 91 mm900 ml: Ø 127 × 134 mm
This is the most elongated of our small buckets (tallest for its width): with a 118 mm top, the body rises to 124 mm. That works well on a display shelf - more units fit along each meter than with a wider body. Brim-full capacity is 955 ml, about 100 ml above nominal.
Filling is planned in milliliters, but purchasing runs in tonnes. Below are the conversions for the products most often packed in this size.
| Product | Density | Net weight at an 850 ml fill | Buckets per 1 tonne | Pallets of buckets per 1 tonne |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ice cream | 0.60 kg/L | 0.51 kg | 1,961 | 0.27 |
| Sour cream 20% | 1.00 kg/L | 0.85 kg | 1,176 | 0.16 |
| Ayran and yogurt | 1.03 kg/L | 0.88 kg | 1,136 | 0.16 |
| Kurt | 1.10 kg/L | 0.94 kg | 1,064 | 0.15 |
| Honey | 1.42 kg/L | 1.21 kg | 826 | 0.11 |
Densities are typical reference values. For ice cream they depend most on overrun, for kurt on how dry it is, so net weight for your recipe is calculated separately. The pallet column assumes 7,200 units per pallet.
Each pallet holds 7,200 buckets and stands 2.44 m high. A standard 13.6 m truck takes 34 pallets, or 244,800 units. Enter your quantity or product weight to see pallets, packaging weight and truck load.
Trailers and containers are calculated on standard internal dimensions, with single-stacked pallets (no double stacking). Your sales manager will confirm the price and lead time for the order.
The catalog lists two items in the 850 ml size. Their dimensions match to the millimeter: 118 mm top, 92 mm bottom, 124 mm body height. They share the same pallet quantity too - 7,200 units. Where they differ is empty weight and handle.

An 850 ml bucket is a dairy-counter and ice cream freezer format. The pack is opened at home, so a tamper-evident lid and a handle matter more here than body strength. The tall, slim shape saves space on the shelf and in the cold room.
Half a kilo at a density of 0.6 kg per liter. Polypropylene keeps its properties in the cold, and the white body holds a label well - one that has to survive the ice cream freezer.
From 880 grams to a kilo, depending on the product. The tight lid keeps out stray odors in a shared cold room.
Over a kilo net - a popular size for shops and markets. In the clear version, the color of the honey shows through the wall.
Takeaway ready meals for delis. The slim body lines up neatly in a display case, and the 100 milliliters of headspace absorb expansion as the food cools.
Supplied with the bucket, it snaps onto the rim and opens via a tamper-evident tear strip. For dairy retail this is the key sign of first opening: once torn, the strip cannot be closed again.
In the base version it is a separate plastic handle weighing 1.3 grams. The second version has a molded-in handle, formed in one piece with the body. Metal is not needed at this size: a full pack of ayran weighs less than a kilo.
The white body is chosen for labels and full-coverage printing - the standard option for the dairy aisle. The clear one is chosen for honey and pickles, when the product sells itself.
Labels for small orders, IML for ongoing production runs. In an ice cream freezer or cold room, an in-mold label performs better than a glued one: condensation does not affect it.
Next to it in the range are the 560 ml and 900 ml sizes. All three share one pallet quantity - 7,200 units - so compare them not by unit count, but by how much product one pallet space carries.
All three hold 7,200 units per pallet, but the product carried per space differs: 4,032 liters for 560 ml, 6,120 for 850 ml and 6,480 for 900 ml. Packaging per liter follows the same order: 41.1 grams, 38.2 and 37.8. So in this group, the larger the size, the better it scores on both counts, while warehouse space stays the same.
This size is kept in stock at our main factory warehouse. Our manager gives lead time and freight cost when you order: terms for Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan are calculated separately.
How we deliverMolding and warehousing are on one site in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone, Ak-Chiy village. A pallet of 7,200 units is available for pickup. We serve dairies in Bishkek and Chuy Region with our own vehicles; orders to Osh, Jalal-Abad and Karakol go by carrier.
All cities and regionsSmall containers pack densely for shipping to Kazakhstan: 7,200 units per pallet space, so a dairy's monthly needs are often covered by one or two pallets. We supply Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda and other cities, with deliveries within the EAEU.
All cities and regionsDimensions, volume and pallet quantity are the same: 118 mm top, 92 mm bottom, 124 mm height, 7,200 units per pallet. The difference is the handle and empty weight: PKS850 has a separate handle, PKS850H a molded-in one, and they weigh 32.5 grams versus 28.5 - that is 38.2 and 33.5 grams of polypropylene per liter of product.
That depends on current mold scheduling, so our sales manager confirms availability when quoting. If material usage matters to you, mention it when you order.
There is no fixed price on the website: it depends on run size, version, color, printing and delivery distance. Call +996 222 600 292 or request a callback.
Because both have the same top diameter - 118 mm - and stacking is based on footprint. Only the body height differs: 80 mm versus 124. In liters of product, one pallet space carries 6,120 instead of 4,032.
Yes, ice cream is packed in this size. Polypropylene keeps its properties in the cold. Leave headspace: for the 850 ml size it is about 100 milliliters, which the product needs to expand.
Not in this size. The medical line starts at 1 liter and covers 1, 2.3, 3, 3.8, 5.6, 11.2, 11.5, 18 and 21 L.
Yes, in pallets of 7,200 units to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda and other cities. Deliveries are within the EAEU, and freight is priced by the number of pallet spaces.

Yes. For a trial order we apply a label; for ongoing production we use IML: the film is fused into the wall during molding and holds up better than a glued label in a cold room.
