Plastic food containers with lids direct from the factory
Round and hexagonal containers from 250 to 550 ml and a flat 750 ml tray, made of food-grade polypropylene for cottage cheese, salads, deli foods, desserts, and food delivery. Clear or in a custom color (Pantone match), each with its own lid.

Fill weight
How many grams fit in a container
Choose a product to see the fill weight for each format, based on nominal capacity. For cottage cheese spread, we use factory data: 385 ml holds about 400 g, 550 ml about 580 g.

We calculate from nominal capacity and the product's weight per liter. Your technologist decides how much to fill on the line, allowing for the lid and the heaped top of the product.

Frequently asked questions about food containers
Sizes, fill weights, lids, pallets, colors, and printing.
Five: 250, 385, 400, 550, and 750 ml. All are molded from food-grade polypropylene at our Bishkek plant. Each has its own lid, and none has a handle.
Most buyers pick the 385 and 550 ml: the 385 ml holds about 400 grams of cottage cheese spread, the 550 ml about 580. For smaller portions, use the hexagonal 250 ml container, and for cold cuts, the flat 750 ml tray.
Only the body height. The round 385 and 550 ml containers share a Ø 118 mm top and are 54 and 80 mm tall. The hexagonal 250 and 400 ml containers share a 110 × 100.5 mm top and are 50 and 77 mm tall. Each pair uses the same lid.
From 17,600 containers for the hexagonal 250 and 400 ml to 7,200 for the 385 ml. Units per pallet for each size are in the table.
Yes: clear or a solid custom color (Pantone match). Mention the color in the comment on your request.
Yes: with a label on the finished packaging, or with in-mold labeling (IML), where the label is fused into the wall during molding. On the 250, 385, and 400 ml containers, IML goes on the lid; on the 550 ml, on both the lid and the body. The 750 ml tray is decorated with a label.
