How to order packaging from Kyrgyzstan to Kazakhstan, step by step

The HTI Group plant is located in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ), in Ak-Chiy village, and buyers anywhere in Kazakhstan can order from it, whether it's a salad kitchen in Almaty, an apiary near Taldykorgan, or a paint plant in Karaganda. Ordering from abroad only looks complicated. In practice, it comes down to five clear steps: choose your packaging, calculate pallets, send a request, get a quote, and arrange shipping. Below, we go through each step and what to prepare in advance.

From tonnes of product per month to pallets of packaging in your request

Orders from Kazakhstan are counted in pallets. Enter how much product you package per month and choose your packaging: the tool shows the number of buckets and pallets, rounded up. The "By weight" tab picks a size for your net weight, and "By packaging" opens the matching row of the table in this article.

Step 2. Pallet calculation

How much packaging fits on a pallet and what it weighs

Freight carriers count cargo in pallets and kilograms, while you order packaging in units. The table helps you convert one to the other. The last column is a guide to the weight of the packaging itself, based on the item weight in our catalog, excluding handles and the wooden pallet. Our sales manager confirms the exact weight and volume of each pallet when you place your order.

Buckets nest inside each other, so a pallet of empty buckets is dense: hundreds or thousands of units on one pallet. Jerry cans don't nest, so a pallet of 100 jerry cans of 10 L weighs only about 42 kg but takes up just as much room in the truck. If your order doesn't divide evenly into pallets, the remainder still ships as a separate pallet: 10,000 one-liter buckets make one full pallet plus a second one just over half full.

Five steps from idea to unloading

Your first order takes longer than the ones after it: you choose your packaging once, approve the artwork, and get used to ordering in pallets. Repeat orders usually come down to a single phone call with the quantity. Here's the whole process.

1Choose packaging for your product: dimensions, weight, and units per pallet are listed on every page of the Buckets by size section.
2Convert your needs into pallets using the table above and estimate how much packaging you go through in a month or a season.
3Call +996 222 600 292 or send a request listing the items, version, printing, and destination city.
4Get a quote: our sales manager gives you the price for your order, the delivery method, and shipping time and cost when you place the order.
5Receive the goods: count the pallets, check the stacks and lids, and pass any questions to our sales manager right away.

Step 3. Request

What to include in your request for an accurate estimate

The more complete your first request, the fewer follow-up calls you'll get and the sooner you'll have a quote. Our sales manager in Kyrgyzstan can't see your facility, so describe the job as if you were explaining it to a new buyer on your team. Cover these four points and you're set.

Items and quantities

List every size you need and the quantity of each in units or pallets. If you pack one product in several sizes, say so: our sales manager will suggest how to build a mixed order of several items. Buckets, food containers, and jerry cans can all go on one request.

Version

Body color: white, a custom color (Pantone match), or clear. Handle: metal bail or plastic, and the 800 and 900 ml sizes also come in a version with a molded-in handle. These details affect both the price and exactly what goes on the truck. If you're unsure, describe your product and we'll suggest the right version.

Printing

Do you need your brand on the bucket, and if so, how: a label on the finished packaging, or in-mold labeling (IML), where the image is fused into the wall during molding. IML requires artwork, which you approve with our sales manager before the print run. Without printing, the packaging ships plain.

Destination and unloading conditions

Give the city and address where the pallets should go, and whether there's a forklift or loading dock on site. If you plan to pick up the packaging in your own truck, say so. Send your company details too, so our sales manager can prepare the shipping documents.

Step 4. Shipping

Two ways to get pallets in Kazakhstan

We don't have a separate warehouse in Kazakhstan; all packaging ships from the Bishkek FEZ, Ak-Chiy village. The first option is delivery by freight carrier: pallets go to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda, Aktobe, Pavlodar, and other cities within the EAEU. The second is pickup: you send your own truck or a hired one to the plant, and the pallets are loaded straight from the warehouse. The choice depends on your order size and whether you already have a trusted carrier on this route. Either way, our sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when you place the order, based on the number of pallets and the destination city. Sort out which documents your accounting team needs to accept the goods before shipment, so the cargo isn't left waiting for paperwork.
