塑料方桶5 升和 10 升Hello! We'll suggest the right size for your product, calculate pallets, and quote a price for your order.
From the outside these buckets are near twins: a 332 mm opening, a lid of the same diameter and the same pallet quantity - 600 pieces. The difference is height: 286 mm versus 333.5 mm. Below, all the figures sit side by side, followed by a clear verdict on which bucket suits which job. We mold both sizes in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone and ship across Kyrgyzstan and to Kazakhstan.
All figures come from the spec sheets of the two buckets. Matching rows show what the pair has in common, and differing rows show what changes when you go up a size. Product weight is calculated for honey (about 1.42 kg per liter) and mayonnaise (about 0.94 kg per liter) filled to nominal capacity.
| Parameter | 18 L bucket | 21 L bucket |
|---|---|---|
| Model | PK180 | PK210 |
| Brim-full capacity | 19.9 L | 21.9 L |
| Opening diameter | 332 mm | 332 mm |
| Height | 286 mm | 333.5 mm |
| Empty bucket weight | 526 g | 620 g |
| Handle | metal, 60 g, with plastic grip | metal bail with plastic grip |
| Per pallet: buckets / liters filled | 600 / 10 800 | 600 / 12 600 |
| Honey / mayonnaise per bucket | 25.6 / 16.9 kg | 29.8 / 19.7 kg |
A pallet of 21 L buckets carries 1,800 more liters of product, while the empty bucket is only 94 g heavier. On the other hand, the 18 L has twice the headspace above nominal - 1.9 L versus 0.9 L. If neither matters to you, the 21 L wins on logistics.

Choose a product and a monthly volume - we will compare net weight, pieces per tonne, liters per pallet and how many pallets each item needs per month. Calculated on nominal capacity and the product weight per liter from our selection pages.
In the warehouse these buckets are easy to mix up unless you look at the height. But on the production floor and on the road the difference shows straight away: in the weight of a full bucket, the handle, the space left under the lid and how the bucket sits on a shelf.

Filled with honey, the 18 L holds about 25.6 kg of product and the 21 L about 29.8 kg. Those extra 4 kilograms add up when a bucket is lifted dozens of times a shift, so if you carry by hand, the smaller size is worth a look.
Both the 18 and 21 L come with a 60 g metal bail handle and a plastic grip, so the handle does not affect your choice of size.
The 18 L has almost 1.9 L between nominal and brim, the 21 L about 0.9 L. More headspace helps with pickles in brine, which splash easily when the lid is pressed onto the rim, and with filling by weight, when the product volume slightly exceeds nominal.
The 21 L is 47.5 mm taller. If your racking, cold room or trailer is height-limited, the difference adds up with every tier when stacking: three tiers high it is already 142.5 mm.
The short verdict: the 21 L pays off when every liter in the truck counts, the 18 L when weight in hand, height and choice of handle matter more.
Full spec sheets are on the 18 liter bucket and 21 liter bucket pages. You will also find applications and FAQs for each size there.
Both models have the same pallet quantity - 600 buckets - so swapping one size for the other does not change the number of pallets in your order. You can collect buckets from the factory warehouse in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone, Ak-Chiy village. Within Bishkek and the Chuy Region our own trucks deliver; to Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karakol, Naryn, Talas and other cities of Kyrgyzstan a freight carrier does. To Kazakhstan - Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda and other cities - buckets go in pallets within the EAEU. Your sales manager will confirm delivery time and cost when you order. If you need both sizes, they can be combined in one shipment.

In height and capacity. The 21 L body is 47.5 mm taller and holds 21.9 L to the brim versus 19.9 L. Both have a 332 mm opening and the same handle - a 60 g steel bail handle with a plastic grip.
Both buckets have the same 332 mm opening, so the lid diameter is the same. If you want to keep a shared stock of lids for both sizes, check compatibility with your sales manager when ordering.
About 25.6 kg in the 18 L and about 29.8 kg in the 21 L, at a honey density of roughly 1.42 kg/L. Fill to nominal capacity: the headspace to the brim is there so the lid seats evenly.
The 21 L: a pallet takes the same 600 buckets, but you ship 12,600 liters of product versus 10,800. If trailer or racking height is limited, though, the 18 L is 47.5 mm lower.
Your sales manager calculates the price for your order based on size, quantity, handle type, color and branding. Call +996 222 600 292 - you can ask for a quote on both sizes at once to compare.
Yes, with a label on the finished bucket or by IML, where the artwork is fused into the wall during molding. The taller wall of the 21 L gives a little more space for the artwork.
Yes, in pallets within the EAEU - to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda and other cities. Your sales manager will confirm delivery time and cost when you order.
Tell us your product, fill weight and how the bucket will be carried and stored. Your sales manager will suggest the size and handle, and if in doubt you can order a trial batch of both buckets and compare them on your own line.
