塑料方桶5 升和 10 升Hello! We'll suggest the right size for your product, calculate pallets, and quote a price for your order.
The smallest bucket in the range and its nearest neighbor do different jobs. The 560 ml has no handle at all, just lugs on the body, and sits in the display case as a ready portion. The 800 ml comes with a plastic or a molded-in handle and leaves the shop in the customer's hand. The difference is 240 ml in volume and 11 mm in height. Below are the figures, a calculation for an order of sour cream and our verdict on which bucket suits whom.
Data comes from the product pages of both buckets; calculations assume filling to the nominal capacity. We used about 1.0 kg per liter for sour cream, about 1.42 kg for honey and about 0.94 kg for mayonnaise. The last row shows how many containers you need for the same 100 kg of sour cream.
| Parameter | 560 ml bucket | 800 ml bucket |
|---|---|---|
| Model | PKS560 | PKS800 |
| Nominal / brim-full | 560 / 650 ml | 800 / 900 ml |
| Top × height | 118 × 80 mm | 131 × 91 mm |
| Empty bucket weight | 23 g | 29.5 g |
| Handle | none, lugs on the body only | plastic 1.3 g or molded-in |
| Sour cream / honey / mayonnaise | 0.56 / 0.80 / 0.53 kg | 0.80 / 1.14 / 0.75 kg |
| Per pallet: buckets / liters filled | 7 200 / 4 032 | 6 480 / 5 184 |
| Buckets per 100 kg of sour cream | 179 | 125 |
A pallet takes 720 more small buckets, but the 800 ml pallet carries more product by volume: 1,152 liters more. For the same 100 kg of sour cream, the 560 ml needs 54 more buckets, lids and labels. That is the price of the single-serve format, and it is worth paying if your customers really want a small portion.

Choose a product and a monthly volume - we will compare net weight, pieces per tonne, liters per pallet and how many pallets each item needs per month. Calculated on nominal capacity and the product weight per liter from our selection pages.
There are only 240 ml between these buckets, and a shopper will hardly notice the difference by eye. The handle, though, they will spot at once. So the choice usually starts with how the product will be sold and how it will be carried home.

The 560 ml bucket has no handle, just lugs on the body. It needs no extra part on the line, and nothing sticks up above the lid in a chilled display. A full bucket of sour cream weighs under 600 g and is easy to pick up in one hand.
The standard 800 ml bucket comes with a plastic handle weighing just 1.3 g, which is a separate part. In the second version the handle is molded in: it is formed together with the body, so it will not slip off or get lost on the way home. Our sales manager will confirm which version is molded for your run.
The 560 ml is the lowest bucket in the range: 80 mm tall with a 118 mm opening. On a shallow deli shelf or in a chilled counter it does not hide behind other products. The 800 ml is 11 mm taller and 13 mm wider, so it needs a little more space.
560 ml holds about 560 g of sour cream or 0.80 kg of honey, a trial size or enough for one meal. 800 ml gives almost a kilogram of sour cream and 1.14 kg of honey, a familiar family size. If the shelf already carries 1-liter packs, the small bucket will find its own niche, while 800 ml sits too close to the liter.
If the product is eaten straight away or used in one go, 560 ml is enough. If it is carried home and opened several times, you need the 800 ml with a handle. Here is how that works in practice:

Detailed dimensions, color options and applications are on the 560 ml bucket and 800 ml bucket pages. Other sizes up to 1 liter are collected in the small buckets section.
Small buckets travel nested in stacks: 7,200 per pallet for the 560 ml and 6,480 for the 800 ml. Orders ship from our plant warehouse in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone, Ak-Chiy village, and you can collect them yourself. We serve Bishkek and the Chuy Region with our own vehicles, and a freight carrier delivers to Osh, Jalal-Abad, Batken, Karakol and Naryn. To Kazakhstan we ship by the pallet within the EAEU: Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda, Pavlodar and other cities. Our manager will tell you the transit time and cost when you place the order. Both sizes can be ordered in one shipment.

No, this size is made without a handle, with lugs on the body only. If the bucket needs to be carried by hand, choose the 800 ml with a plastic or molded-in handle.
The 1.3 g plastic handle is a separate part attached to the bucket. The molded-in handle is formed together with the body during molding and is one piece with it.
The 560 ml holds about 560 g of sour cream or 0.80 kg of honey; the 800 ml about 800 g of sour cream or 1.14 kg of honey. The remaining 90 and 100 ml to the brim are left empty so the lid sits tight.
The 800 ml: 100 kg of sour cream takes 125 buckets instead of 179, and plastic per liter is about 36.9 g versus 41.1 g. People choose the 560 ml not to save money but for the small portion.
Our sales manager prices each order based on run size, color, the handle version for the 800 ml and printing. Call +996 222 600 292 for a quote; you can request both sizes at once.
Yes. Orders travel on pallets within the EAEU to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda and other cities. Our manager will confirm delivery time and cost when processing your order.
Yes. Labels suit small runs, while IML is for regular production: the image is fused into the wall during molding and does not wash off. The 800 ml wall is 11 mm taller, so it has more room for artwork.
Describe your product, pack weight and point of sale: a deli fridge, a dairy counter, a bazaar. Our manager will suggest the size and handle version, and your first order can combine both sizes so you can compare sales.
