Plastic food containersin Kyrgyzstan
The easiest way to buy food containers in Kyrgyzstan is from the people who make them. HTI Group molds five containers with lids (hexagonal 250 and 400 ml, round 385 and 550 ml, and a flat 750 ml tray) and keeps them in stock at its warehouse in Ak-Chiy village near Bishkek. Delis, cafes, dairies, salad producers, market sellers, and honey packers all buy them. Pick up your order yourself, get it delivered by our own trucks in Bishkek and the Chuy Region, or have a freight carrier ship it to Osh, Karakol, and other cities.
What kitchens and food plants in Kyrgyzstanorder along with containers
Cafes and food plants usually add larger packaging to their container orders. The list covers all 30 products from the factory and how they are used in Kyrgyzstan: buckets for kaymak, honey, pickles, and preserves, jerry cans for kitchen cleaning products, and yellow and red buckets for first-aid stations. The five containers you came here for get the most detail.
Hexagonal and round containers and trays: the go-to packaging for markets, delis, and cafes across the country.
Kaymak, suzma, salads, and preserves for markets and stores.
Sauces, honey, sour cream, and marinades for cafes and delis.
Vegetables, oil, flour, and dried fruit for stocking up.
5 L and 10 L jerry cans for detergents and cleaning products in kitchens and plants.

The medic at a dairy farm in the Chuy Region checks the milking staff before each shift. Gloves and tongue depressors go into a yellow 2.3 L bucket that weighs 62 g and has a plastic handle.
Medical room of a guesthouse on Issyk-Kul: the lid of the 3.8 L bucket has a 75 mm opening, and the nurse takes wipes out through it. For needles, choose the version with a valve.
First-aid station at a cannery during the processing season: a 5.6 L bucket for wipes stands at the entrance, and a second one, with a needle-removal valve, is in the treatment room. Empty weight: 153 g.

A district hospital receives its packaging on the same delivery as the containers for its kitchen: a red 21 L bucket for Class C waste, with a plastic handle and an empty weight of 620 g.
Salads, sour cream, and honey each call for a different container. Products are on the left. On the right are the sizes buyers in Bishkek and the regions order for them most often. When two sizes fit, the net weight of the portion and the way the pack sits on the shelf decide. Don't see your product? Ask our sales manager.
The range has three body shapes, and the shape decides how the packaging sits in a display case or refrigerator. Enter your shelf height and the tool shows how many containers of each type fit in a stack. The count uses the body height: 50 mm for the hexagonal 250 ml, 54 mm for the round 385 ml, and 77 and 80 mm for the 400 and 550 ml containers.
Usable shelf height
mm
Enter the shelf height in millimeters to get the number of containers per stack for four models.
The calculation uses the body without the lid, so leave a little extra room at the top.
The 750 ml tray is not included in the calculation: it is chosen by bottom area, and our sales manager confirms the dimensions.
How it's made
Container body, lid,and printing
A food container is a body and a lid that arrive together. Both are injection-molded from food-grade polypropylene at our plant in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone. Below are the four things cafes, kitchens, and market sellers ask about most before they order a batch.
Shows if it's been opened
The catalog lists the closure system and tamper evidence for each container in the range. If a lid has been removed, you can tell. That helps for products on an open store shelf or a market stall.
Food-grade polypropylene
The body and lid are molded from food-grade polypropylene, and the catalog cards list the resin as virgin. Containers come clear or in a solid custom color (Pantone match). Through the clear walls of the 750 ml tray, you see the whole dish.
No handle: packaging made for the shelf
None of the round containers, hexagonal containers, or trays has a bail handle. This is packaging for display cases, refrigerators, and shoppers' bags. If you need a handle, see our food-grade buckets from 800 ml.
Your business name on the wall
On request, the factory applies a label to any model, and four containers can also carry in-mold labeling (IML): on the 250, 385, and 400 ml the image is fused into the lid, and on the 550 ml into both lid and body. We agree on the artwork with your cafe, kitchen, or apiary name before the batch is molded.
Range table
All five containers:dimensions, weight, and units per pallet
The whole range is in one table below. For each model you see how much product it holds, the body shape and top size, the empty weight, and how many units fit on a pallet. Round containers list a diameter, while hexagonal containers and the tray list length and width. Compare neighboring rows.
The "Model" column shows the factory designation from the catalog. The hexagonal 250 and 400 ml containers share the same 110 × 100.5 mm top and differ in body height. The round 385 and 550 ml containers share a 118 mm top diameter.
Straight-line distance from the factory. Click a city to open its page.
Molding and the finished-goods warehouse sit side by side in the Bishkek FEZ at Ak-Chiy, so containers reach you without intermediate warehouses. You can get your order in three ways: pick it up yourself, wait for our truck in Bishkek or the Chuy Region, or receive the shipment from a freight carrier in your own city: Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karakol, Naryn, Talas, or Batken. The warehouse ships full pallets only, and you can load buckets and jerry cans onto the same truck as your containers.
Pickup at the Ak-Chiy factory warehouse
The factory warehouse offers pickup: you arrive with your own vehicle and collect your pallets right where the containers were molded. Before you set out, confirm the order contents and loading time with our sales manager.
Our truck: Bishkek and Chuy Region
Our own delivery trucks carry containers across Bishkek and the Chuy Region, for example to Tokmok, Kant, or Kara-Balta. Give the address of your cafe, workshop, or market stall in your request.
Freight carrier
For all other cities - Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karakol, Naryn, Talas, Batken - we ship the order with a freight carrier. The carrier takes the pallets at the factory warehouse, and you receive them in your own city.
How much to order
How many palletsyour container order takes
Small packaging stacks tightly, so even a large order volume takes up little space. The calculator divides the quantity you need by the units per pallet and rounds up: only full pallets leave the warehouse. For example, 20,000 round 550 ml containers at 10,800 per pallet come to two pallets, or 21,600 units with room to spare.

Regions
HTI containers and packagingacross Kyrgyzstan's regions
Seven regions and 33 cities of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek and Osh among them, have their own pages on our site, showing which farms, cafes, and workshops buy plastic packaging there and how orders reach them. Find your city in the list below: the examples on its page are local.
We don't publish a price list: our sales manager calculates the cost of containers for each request. To get an accurate quote the first time, tell us four things that determine it: how many pieces you need, which item, which version, and how you want to receive the order.
1
Order volume
On small packaging, order volume affects the price most: the more pallets in an order, the bigger the difference per piece. It helps to plan your needs by the month or by the season.
2
Container weight
The cost is driven by the weight of the polypropylene. The 250 ml container weighs 13 g, the round 385 and 550 ml containers weigh 16 and 18.8 g, the 400 ml hexagonal container weighs 16.5 g, and the 750 ml tray weighs 21 g.
3
Shape and decoration
Round, hexagonal, or tray; clear or colored body; plain wall, label, or IML printing: each of these choices changes the order quote.
4
How you receive the order
Pick it up yourself, wait for the factory truck in Bishkek or the Chuy Region, or receive the load from a freight carrier in another city. Each option has its own line in the quote.
Our sales manager quotes the order price: call +996,222,600,292, message us on WhatsApp, or send a request from the site.

Five models in three shapes. Hexagonal: 250 and 400 ml, top 110 × 100.5 mm. Round: 385 and 550 ml, top diameter 118 mm. Flat tray: 750 ml, top 122 × 173 mm. There are no other containers in the range. If you need a larger size, see our food-grade buckets from 560 ml.
Food-grade polypropylene, made by injection molding. The catalog cards state that the resin is virgin and food-grade. The plant has operated since 1999 and uses the same method to mold food-grade buckets and jerry cans.
Yes, all five models come with a lid. You can buy plastic food containers with lids in a single order, with no need to source lids separately. The height in the size table is for the body without the lid, so leave some extra room under a low refrigerator shelf.
Yes. A label can go on any container in the range, and the 250, 385, 400, and 550 ml containers are also available with IML printing: the image is fused in during molding. We approve the artwork with your cafe, workshop, or apiary name before the order goes into production. Our sales manager can advise which option suits your quantity.
It depends on the model: 7,200 pcs for the round 385 ml container, 10,800 for the round 550 ml, 15,000 for the 750 ml tray, and 17,600 for the hexagonal 250 and 400 ml. Hexagonal containers pack more tightly than round ones, so they have the highest count per pallet.
Yes. Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Karakol, as well as Naryn, Talas, and Batken, receive containers through a freight carrier: we hand the pallets over at the factory warehouse. In Bishkek and the Chuy Region, the factory truck delivers the order. We also build separate pallets for buyers in Kazakhstan, as shipments within the EAEU.
Catalog
Container product pagesin the factory catalog
Each of the five models has a product page with photos, dimensions, weight, and units per pallet, and you can add it to your cart right there. The catalog also lists food-grade and medical waste buckets and jerry cans that can go on the same truck.
