塑料方桶5 升和 10 升Hello! We'll suggest the right size for your product, calculate pallets, and quote a price for your order.
In this pair the smaller bucket is the taller one: 292 mm for the 15 L versus 286 mm for the 18 L. All the extra volume of the larger bucket went into width - a 332 mm opening versus 303. As a result, only 600 of them fit on a pallet versus 816 of the smaller size, and a pallet of 15 L buckets carries more product. On the other hand, the 18 L shares its opening size with the 21 L bucket.
The first rows come from the two buckets' product cards; the rest are calculated. Product weight is given for a fill to nominal capacity with honey (about 1.42 kg/L) and mayonnaise (about 0.94 kg/L). We also show how many liters of product and how many kilograms of empty packaging go on one pallet.

Each 18 L bucket is bigger, but a pallet of 15 L buckets carries 1,440 more liters of product. The reason is width: a 332 mm opening takes up more pallet space than 303 mm, with no gain in height. If you plan orders by pallets and truckloads, the 15 L comes out ahead.

Choose a product and a monthly volume - we will compare net weight, pieces per tonne, liters per pallet and how many pallets each item needs per month. Calculated on nominal capacity and the product weight per liter from our selection pages.
These buckets have different body shapes, and the shape matters more than the 3-liter difference in nominal capacity: how many truckloads you need, what handle you carry it by, which neighbor in the range shares its opening size and how it works on site.

816 buckets of 15 liters versus 600 of 18 liters - that is 12,240 versus 10,800 liters per pallet. When shipping to Kazakhstan or southern Kyrgyzstan, where every pallet space counts, the smaller bucket cuts the number of truckloads for the same volume of product.
The 15-liter bucket comes with a 40 g metal bail handle with plastic grip. The 18 liter has a heavier one - 60 g with plastic grip - designed for the greater fill weight.
The 332 mm opening on the 18 liter is the same as on the 21-liter bucket, so the two large sizes fit easily into one range. Before planning a shared stock of lids, check their compatibility with a sales manager.
The wide, slightly shorter 18-liter bucket is easier to work with when product is scooped from the top: crystallized honey, pastes, thick sauces. In the 15 liter the product sits deeper, but the bucket takes up 29 mm less width on a shelf.
If the number of pallets and truckloads decides it - 15 liters. If the handle, wide access to the product or a shared opening size with the 21 liter matters more - 18 liters. By task:
Dimensions, versions and applications of each bucket are on the 15-liter bucket and 18-liter bucket pages. Neighboring pairs: 11.5 or 15 liters and 18 or 21 liters.
For 15-liter buckets the standard is 816 per pallet, for 18-liter buckets it is 600. Empty buckets of both sizes nest inside each other, so a pallet is a few tight stacks rather than a pile of packaging. Both sizes can share one truck. If you collect yourself, we load from the factory warehouse in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone, Ak-Chiy village. Within Bishkek and Chuy Region we deliver with our own trucks; to Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karakol, Naryn and Batken by carrier. Buckets go to Kazakhstan by the pallet within the EAEU: Almaty, Shymkent, Aktobe, Astana, Atyrau and other cities. A sales manager will confirm the lead time and delivery cost when you place your order.

The bodies are built differently: the 15 liter is narrow and tall (303 × 292 mm), the 18 liter is wide and slightly shorter (332 × 286 mm). The extra 3 liters of the larger bucket come from its width.
By liters per pallet - the 15 liter: 12,240 L versus 10,800 L. Shipments go by the pallet within the EAEU; a sales manager will confirm lead time and cost when you order.
No, it is made only with a 40 g metal bail handle with plastic grip. The 18 liter also has a metal handle - a 60 g bail with plastic grip.
About 21.3 kg and 25.6 kg at a honey density of roughly 1.42 kg/L. Including packaging, a full 18-liter bucket weighs about 26 kg and a 15 liter about 21.8 kg. The headspace to the brim - about 1.56 and 1.9 liters - is left empty.
No, the openings differ: 332 and 303 mm. The 332 mm opening of the 18 liter matches the 21-liter bucket.
A sales manager quotes for your specific order: quantity, color, handle type and branding. Call +996 222 600 292, ask for a price on both sizes and compare the cost per liter of product, taking pallets into account.
Yes, on both. Labels suit small orders, IML suits regular production: the artwork is fused into the wall during molding. The wall is wider on the 18 liter and taller on the 15 liter; the artwork for each bucket is agreed with a sales manager.
Tell us your product, monthly quantity and delivery address. A sales manager will compare the options by pallets and handles and suggest the one that works best for your supply chain.
