塑料方桶5 升和 10 升Hello! We'll suggest the right size for your product, calculate pallets, and quote a price for your order.
A fish processing plant handles wet, heavy product. The catch comes in, gets salted and marinated, then goes out as preserves, by-weight fish, and smoked slices. Each stage needs its own packaging. HTI Group molds buckets from 560 ml to 21 L, containers, trays, and jerry cans in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ). We send them to processors in Issyk-Kul, the Chuy Valley, and Kazakhstan in a single shipment.
Shop-floor packaging goes back to the wash station, and retail packaging leaves with the product. Build a kit stage by stage: the calculator adds up pallets, units, and volume, and "Startup minimum" picks four items for a new plant.
Pallet and unit counts follow factory standards; truck loading is an estimate. The order calculator shows the exact layout.
Rows follow the product flow, from receiving the catch to store counters and restaurants. Each stage lists the packaging and size, with a link to a page with dimensions. Empty weight matters to the technologist who calculates gross weight for the waybill and label, and to the warehouse staff who estimate rack load.
| Stage | Process | Empty weight | Volume | Tare weight |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Catch intake | sorting, rinsing, and weighing each batch | bucket with bail handle and plastic grip | 15 L | 450 g |
| Salting and marinating | whole fish in brine, spiced cure | bucket with bail handle and plastic grip | 21 L | 620 g |
| Marinades and oils | vinegar marinade, oil for preserved fish | jerry can with screw cap | 10 L | 420 g |
| Caviar | caviar in sauce, caviar spread | low bucket with lugs | 560 ml | 23 g |
| Preserves in oil | herring and mackerel pieces | bucket with plastic handle | 1 L | 36 g |
| By weight for stores | whole spice-cured fish | bucket with bail handle | 5.6 L | 156 g |
| Smoked slices | cold- and hot-smoked slices | flat tray | 750 ml | 21 g |
| Deli and salad bar | fish salad, single-serve caviar | hexagonal container | 250 ml | 13 g |
The first three rows are shop-floor packaging: it moves between the cutting table, salting tanks, and cold room, then goes back to the wash station. The other five leave with the product, so appearance, the OPEN tab, and label space matter. The buckets for fish and caviar page shows how much headspace to leave for brine and oil.
Fish processors need packaging that works hard. It gets washed several times a shift, carried full, and set down on wet floors. Retail packaging only comes in at the plant exit. Here is what to consider when you order, whether your plant is on Issyk-Kul, near Balkhash, or by the Kapshagay Reservoir.

A 21 L bucket of fish and brine weighs over twenty kilograms, and workers carry it in wet gloves. Larger sizes come with a metal bail handle and plastic grip. The grip sits in your palm and doesn't cut into it on the way from salting to the cold room.
Keep herring, trout, caviar, and marinades in separate buckets, and don't move one product into a bucket used for another. Mark the lid with a marker or a colored sticker, and nobody in the warehouse will mix up salted fish and marinade.
Fish arrives unevenly. On a good day you get several times more than usual, and you need enough packaging right away. Empty buckets nest inside each other, so your stock for a peak week stands in stacks by the wall and stays out of the way of cutting.
Buyers of preserves want to know nobody opened the package after it left the plant. Under the lid rim is an OPEN tamper-evident tear strip with embossed lettering. While it's intact, the bucket of herring or caviar hasn't been opened in transit or in the store.
A small plant just starting processing doesn't need every size at once. Cover salting, one retail item, and by-weight sales, then add the rest as orders from stores and restaurants come in. Extra sizes with no buyer yet only take up shelf space you need for salt, spices, and finished goods.
We have no warehouses by the lakes. All packaging ships from the Bishkek FEZ in Ak-Chiy village, where you can pick up pallets at the factory warehouse. We deliver to plants in Bishkek and Chuy Region with our own delivery trucks. To Issyk-Kul (Balykchy, Cholpon-Ata, Karakol) and other towns in Kyrgyzstan, we ship via a freight carrier. Processors in Kazakhstan, including those near Balkhash and in Konaev, get packaging by the pallet within the EAEU. Buckets, trays, and jerry cans go in one truck. Our sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when you place the order, so discuss your fishing-season order in advance.

If you carry salted fish by hand, choose 15 L. A full bucket is noticeably lighter, and the lid snaps onto the double rim the same way.
Yes. Delis, restaurants, and delivery services use the flat tray for cold- and hot-smoked slices. It's made of polypropylene, closes with a lid, and weighs 21 g empty.
Yes. The 250 ml hexagonal container works for single-serve caviar and fish salads at delis. For self-service shelves, buyers more often choose the 560 ml bucket with an OPEN tab.
Yes, for liquids: vinegar marinade, vegetable oil for preserves, and water. We ship 5 L and 10 L jerry cans with screw caps in the same order. Learn more on the jerry cans for oil page.

Yes. For a trial order, we apply a label. For ongoing production, choose IML (in-mold labeling): the image is fused into the wall during molding and becomes part of the body. Learn about the technology on the IML printing page.
Yes, by the pallet within the EAEU: to Balkhash, Konaev, Almaty, and other cities. Our sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when you place the order.
Our catalog lists all buckets, trays, containers, and jerry cans with dimensions and units per pallet. If you also make pickles and marinated vegetables, see how canneries build their lineup.
Tell us what fish you receive, what you make from it, and where you sell it. Our sales manager will match your products to sizes, calculate pallets, and combine everything into one shipment. If your plant works with a trout farm or contract fishermen, give us your approximate monthly supply: it determines how much packaging to keep in stock.
