塑料方桶5 升和 10 升Hello! We'll suggest the right size for your product, calculate pallets, and quote a price for your order.
Food containers get used up faster than any other packaging: a delivery kitchen or deli goes through them every shift. HTI molds five polypropylene formats: hexagonal 250 and 400 ml, round 385 and 550 ml, and a 750 ml flat tray, in colored or clear plastic, all with lids. Mix any formats in one wholesale order, shipped from our plant in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ) across Kyrgyzstan and to Kazakhstan.
Before you buy, it helps to see all formats side by side: shape, empty container weight, and product weight when filled to nominal. Tare weight matters at checkout, where it's subtracted from the item's weight, and the sour cream and mayonnaise weights help you check portions against your menu or recipe card. The last column lists the products each format is most often used for.
| Volume | Model | Shape | Tare weight, g | Sour cream / mayonnaise, g | What you pack |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 250 ml | PHD250 | hexagonal | 13 | 250 / 235 | single-serve sauces, sour cream, honey, and jam |
| 385 ml | PKS385 | round | 16 | 385 / 362 | single-serve salad, cottage cheese |
| 400 ml | PHD400 | hexagonal | 16.5 | 400 / 376 | suzma, kaymak, nuts, desserts |
| 550 ml | PKS550 | round | 18.8 | 550 / 517 | salads by weight, Korean carrot salad |
| 750 ml | FCD750 | flat tray | 21 | 750 / 705 | cold cuts, baked goods, single-portion meals |
A thousand of the lightest 250 ml containers weigh about 13 kg, and a thousand 750 ml trays about 21 kg, so the packaging adds almost no weight to the truck. The hexagonal and round formats are close in capacity (250 vs. 385 ml, 400 vs. 550 ml), so buyers usually choose by how they look in the display case and their usual portion size. Each format has its own lid sized to its opening, so in your request you just list the size, color, and quantity.

A delivery kitchen orders three formats at once; a dairy orders two. Pick your buyer type or set the pallets yourself, and the tool shows how many units you'll get, their total capacity, and how much of a truck they fill.
Pallet and unit counts follow factory standards; truck loading is an estimate. The order calculator shows the exact layout.
The same container range goes to very different customers, and each one builds an order in their own way. Below are typical wholesale scenarios: find the one closest to your business and start your estimate there. If your case combines two scenarios, that's fine: formats mix freely in one order.

They order several formats at once: a 750 ml tray for the main course, 385 or 550 ml for salad, and 250 ml for sauce. Orders repeat regularly, so it makes sense to agree on a standing mix with your sales manager and reorder it without starting the estimate from scratch.
The 250 and 400 ml hexagonal containers suit sour cream, cottage cheese, suzma, and kaymak. A colored body carries your dairy's brand on the label, while a clear one shows shoppers the product itself at the counter. You can get both in one order and see which sells better on your shelves.
Salads by weight, Korean carrot salad, cold cuts, and desserts need a clear wall and a known tare weight. The usual picks here are the round 385 and 550 ml containers and the 750 ml flat tray.
Almonds, raisins, dried apricots, sunflower seeds, and spices go into 250 and 400 ml containers. A lidded container beats a bag: it stands upright on the shelf and looks like a ready-made gift.
It's easier to size a wholesale container order from your sales, not from the packaging. Take your average number of orders or packs per day and go through the list below.
Containers are light and nest in stacks, so a wholesale order takes up only a few pallet spaces even with a large unit count. Pickup is from our factory warehouse in Ak-Chiy village, Bishkek FEZ. Cafes, delivery kitchens, and delis in Bishkek and Chuy Region get their orders on our own delivery trucks. Containers go to Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karakol, Naryn, Talas, and other cities in Kyrgyzstan via a freight carrier. For Kazakhstan, including Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda, and other cities, we build the pallets and ship within the EAEU. Your sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when you place the order. If you need buckets or jerry cans along with the containers, they go in the same shipment.

Buckets for prep and jerry cans for oil can go in the same order as your containers. Our wholesale pages are below.

Yes, most wholesale buyers do: sauces, salads, and main courses each need different packaging. List the formats and the quantity of each, and your sales manager will combine them into one quote.
Your sales manager will give you the minimum along with the price quote, since it depends on format, color, and printing. If you're launching a new menu, start with a trial order of several formats, then restock whichever sells best.
A sales manager quotes each order. The price depends on format, quantity, color, and printing. Call +996 222 600 292 and give us your approximate weekly or monthly usage.
Yes. For short runs and promotions, a label on the lid or side works well. For ongoing production, we use IML: the label is fused in during molding, into the lid for 250, 385, and 400 ml, and into the lid and body for 550 ml. Learn more on our IML printing page.
It depends on the product. A clear body shows off salad, cold cuts, or dessert without opening, so shoppers buy with their eyes. A colored body hides the contents and serves as a backdrop for your brand; it's the choice for sour cream, sauces, and products sold on the strength of the brand.
Yes, by the pallet within the EAEU: to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda, and other cities. Your sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when you place the order.
The catalog lists every format with its dimensions and weight. If you also need buckets for prep or sauces, check out wholesale plastic buckets: you can add them to the same shipment.
Send us your menu items and approximate portion weights. A sales manager will match a container to each item, estimate your total usage, and suggest a mix that's easy to order in one batch. For chains and caterers, we'll also work out how much storage space a month's supply will take.
