Wholesale buckets with lids
For a packer, a bucket without a reliable lid is just a bowl. All 14 HTI sizes, from 560 ml to 21 L, come with a flat lid that snaps into a double rim and has an OPEN tamper-evident tear strip, so you can always tell if a bucket has been opened. The body comes in white or clear. Mix any sizes in one wholesale order, shipped from our plant in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ) across Kyrgyzstan and to Kazakhstan.

What the lid on an HTI bucket can do
Nobody thinks about the lid until it fails: it won't seat after filling, shifts in the truck, or fails to show that the bucket has been opened. That's why it pays to evaluate the lid separately from the body when you buy wholesale. Here are four features that food, paint, and dry construction mix producers rely on.
Double rim
The edge of the lid locks into two rings at the top of the bucket and seats evenly all the way around, with no tilt to one side. To close, press down with your palms around the edge; to open, pull the edge up once the tear strip is off. The even fit shows on the shelf too: a row of buckets with evenly seated lids looks neat.
OPEN seal
A tear strip embossed with OPEN is molded under the rim. The lid won't come off the first time while the strip is intact, and the strip can't be put back unnoticed. A store receiving the shipment can check a whole row of buckets at a glance.
Flat top
The flat lid works as a platform: closed buckets stack on top of each other, so finished goods take up less floor space. Empty buckets nest inside each other, so your packaging stock stays compact before filling too.
White or clear body
Every size comes in two polypropylene colors. Through the clear wall, shoppers see the product without removing the lid or touching the seal, while the white body gives a clean background for a label or in-mold labeling (IML).

Opening, headspace, and weight under the lid
The lid seats into the rim, so there is headspace above the nominal fill. Choose a size to see the top diameter, brim-full capacity, and headspace. "By weight" converts liters into kilograms of product, and "Order" converts them into pallets.

Lid diameter and headspace by size
The lid fits over the bucket's opening, so its size is set by the top diameter. The second key spec for filling is headspace: how much more fits between the nominal fill line and the brim. That gap lets you close the bucket without squeezing product out from under the lid. Sizes with the same top diameter sit next to each other in the table.

Three pairs share the same top diameter: 560 and 850 ml (118 mm), 3 and 3.8 L (200 mm), and 18 and 21 L (332 mm). If you fill both sizes in a pair, the lids on your line go onto the same diameter; your sales manager will confirm whether the lids are interchangeable for your specific order. The 21 L bucket has the least room above nominal, so fill it with extra care.
How to choose

The lid works the same way across the whole range, so your choice comes down to size, color, and handle. A few tips will help you get your wholesale order right. If you're torn between two options, order a trial batch of both and compare them on your filling line.
1Fill to the nominal line, not the brim: the remaining space lets the lid snap into the rim without squeezing out product.

Buckets with lids built for the road
You can pick up a wholesale order of buckets with lids yourself: pallets are loaded at our factory warehouse in Ak-Chiy village, Bishkek FEZ. In Bishkek and across Chuy Region, our own delivery trucks bring the packaging to you. Buckets go to Osh, Jalal-Abad, Naryn, Talas, Karakol, and other cities in Kyrgyzstan via a freight carrier. For Kazakhstan, including Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda, and other cities, we palletize the order and ship it within the EAEU. Your sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when you place the order. Empty buckets are nested, so even a large order takes up only a modest number of pallet spaces. If one shipment combines white and clear buckets in different sizes, your sales manager rolls them into a single pallet count.

Yes, every HTI bucket ships with a flat lid matched to its top diameter. In your request, just list the size, body color, and handle; there's no need to add the lid as a separate line.
Check the tear strip embossed with OPEN under the lid rim. As long as it's intact, the bucket hasn't been opened since filling. A torn-off strip is obvious right away, even if the lid has been put back on.
Yes, the lid seats back into the double rim and closes the bucket so you can store what's left. At that point, though, tamper evidence no longer works: the strip has been torn off, and it shows.
