Plastic packaging manufacturer HTI Group
HTI Group is a plastic packaging manufacturer in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ), in Ak-Chiy village. Here we mold food-grade polypropylene buckets from 560 ml to 21 L, food containers and trays, and 5 and 10 L jerry cans. With in-mold labeling (IML), we fuse graphics into the bucket wall as it's molded. We ship finished packaging by the pallet to businesses in Kyrgyzstan and buyers in Kazakhstan.

Inside the plant
From polypropylene to the pallet
We mold all HTI buckets, lids, containers, and jerry cans in-house at our plant in the Bishkek FEZ. For you, that means questions about dimensions, capacity, versions, and branding are settled directly with the manufacturer, not through a chain of middlemen. Here are the four stages your packaging goes through before it ships.
Molding the body and lid
The bucket body and lid are injection-molded from polypropylene. The wall comes out smooth and seamless, and the tapered body lets empty buckets nest inside each other. Containers, trays, and jerry cans are molded the same way; on jerry cans, the handle is formed together with the body.
IML right in the mold
When you need your brand on the packaging, a printed film label is placed in the mold before injection. The plastic flows around it, and the image becomes part of the wall: it won't rub off or peel, and it stands up to washing. You finalize the artwork and print run with your sales manager in advance.
Handle by product weight
A plastic handle is enough for light retail sizes, while heavier sizes get a galvanized steel bail handle, and from 8 L up it comes with a plastic grip so a full bucket doesn't dig into your palm. The smallest bucket, 560 ml, makes do with side lugs, and the 900 ml bucket has a handle molded into the wall.
Warehouse and pallets
Finished packaging is stored in the factory warehouse and ships by the pallet. Buckets and containers travel in nested stacks, jerry cans in rows. Different products can be combined into one shipment to match your order. Units per pallet are known in advance: for example, 7,200 of the 850 ml buckets or 100 of the 10 L jerry cans.

How we work
How your order travels from phone call to shipment
We work with large manufacturers, small producers, and packers just launching a product. The process is the same for everyone; only the order size differs.
1Call or send a request: tell us your product, fill size, and approximate usage, by phone at +996 222 600 292 or via the form on our site.
2Selection: your sales manager suggests the size, handle, color, and branding method, with several options at once if needed.
3Quote: your sales manager calculates the order price and number of pallets for your request.
4Artwork, if you need branding: for IML, it's approved before molding starts.
5Shipment: pickup from the warehouse, our own trucks in Bishkek and Chuy Region, a freight carrier to other regions, or pallets to Kazakhstan.
Logistics
Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan: how packaging gets there
All orders ship from our plant in the Bishkek FEZ, Ak-Chiy village; we have no warehouses in other cities. You can pick up your order by the pallet in your own truck. Our own delivery trucks serve businesses in Bishkek and Chuy Region. For the southern and mountain regions, including Osh, Jalal-Abad, Naryn, Talas, and Karakol, we use freight carriers. Packaging for Kazakhstan ships by the pallet within the EAEU: to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda, and beyond. Your sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when you place the order. If your order combines buckets, containers, and jerry cans, it all goes in one truck.
