Packaging for cleaning companies

A cleaning company keeps its chemicals in its own warehouse but works at dozens of client sites: offices, shopping malls, cafes, and post-renovation apartments. Concentrate has to be delivered and diluted, wipes soaked, and dirty mop pads sent back to the laundry. For these jobs, HTI Group molds 5 and 10 L jerry cans and buckets with lids from 1 to 18 L. We ship them from the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ) across Kyrgyzstan and to Kazakhstan.

Chemicals in transit, a tidy job site

Cleaners arrive at a site with whatever fits in the vehicle and on the cart. If the packaging is awkward, the client's utility room fills up with old water bottles holding some unknown liquid and torn bags of powder. Here is how buckets and jerry cans keep field work organized.

Concentrate travels sealed

Concentrate goes from the warehouse to the site in a 5 L jerry can. The screw cap seals the neck, the handle is molded into the body, and the flat front panel fits a label with the product name and dilution rate. On site, the technician pours the needed dose into a dispenser and screws the cap back on.

Wipes already soaked

Many crews soak wipes and mop pads in advance: they place them in an 11.5 L bucket, pour in working solution, and close the lid. On site, the cleaner just takes out a ready wipe, and the closed bucket rides upright in the van next to the cart.

Chemicals apart from food

In a cafe or office kitchen, food packaging and cleaning products often sit side by side. Label every bucket and jerry can of cleaning product in large letters: name, dilution, date. Never reuse packaging that held chemicals for food.

Deep-cleaning seasons

In spring and after renovations, deep-cleaning orders rise and concentrates run out faster. Empty buckets nest inside each other, so you can keep a peak-season supply stacked in a corner of the warehouse and buy more jerry cans as orders grow.

Crew kit

Jerry cans for the warehouse, buckets for the job site

Cleaning companies buy jerry cans often and in small lots, and buckets less often and by the pallet. Build a kit by work step: the calculator shows the unit count and truck space for the whole kit.

    How to choose

A packaging kit for one crew

It's easier to plan packaging per crew than for the whole company: how many jerry cans and buckets go out with the crew to the site, and how many stay in the warehouse. A kit like this is easy to multiply when you take on new sites. For a crew that services cafe kitchens, add a 3.8 L bucket for dishwasher tablets and salt.

    From warehouse to cleaning cart

For a cleaning company, packaging passes through three points: the central warehouse, the vehicle that delivers supplies, and the site itself. The table shows what you need at each step and what goes in it. Units per pallet help when your warehouse is a single room in an office basement.

Empty jerry cans don't nest, so a pallet of a hundred 10 L jerry cans takes as much space as a pallet of concentrate. Buckets, on the other hand, ship in stacks. That's why cleaning companies usually keep a small stock of jerry cans and reorder them more often, while buying buckets less often and by the pallet. To choose buckets for pastes and powders, see the buckets for household cleaning products page.

    Logistics

Delivery to your cleaning company's warehouse

Packaging ships from our plant in the Bishkek FEZ, Ak-Chiy village, and you can pick up pallets with your own truck. We deliver with our own trucks to companies in Bishkek and the Chuy Region, and ship via freight carrier to Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karakol, Cholpon-Ata, and other cities in Kyrgyzstan. Cleaning services in Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, and Karaganda get pallet shipments within the EAEU. Jerry cans and buckets can travel in one truck, but jerry can space is calculated separately because they don't nest. Your sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when you place the order. Companies with sites in several cities usually keep packaging stock at a central warehouse and send it to branches along with the chemicals.

    Questions and answers

All about jerry cans and buckets for cleaning

Didn't find your answer?A sales manager replies Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Bishkek time

Yes, many companies do this: they buy concentrate in bulk and take it to sites in 5 L jerry cans. Before the first fill, check how the packaging holds up with your product, and label every jerry can.

An 11.5 L bucket with lid: its 295 mm opening easily fits a stack of wipes or mop pads. The bail handle with plastic grip makes it easier to carry full from the vehicle to the site.

For mopping itself, crews usually use wringer buckets on a cart. Our buckets with lids do a different job: storing and transporting solution, pastes, powders, and dirty mop pads.

Our buckets come in white or clear, and the standard jerry can color is white. Use labels and colored stickers on the lid and body for a color-coded zone system.

Your sales manager quotes the price for each order based on jerry cans, buckets, quantity, and printing. Call +996 222 600 292 and tell us how many crews you have and which products they use.

Yes. On buckets, we use a label or IML (in-mold labeling), where the image is fused into the wall during molding. The jerry can has a flat front panel for a label. Learn more on our IML printing page.

Yes, by the pallet within the EAEU: to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda, and other cities. Your sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when you place the order.

    Catalog

Packaging for on-site cleaning in the HTI catalog

Jerry can and bucket dimensions, empty weights, and units per pallet are in the catalog. Post-renovation cleanup often starts with hauling away leftover mixes, so check the buckets for construction mixes page. If you also bottle your own cleaning products, see the section for household cleaning product manufacturers.
