Bays, tires, car wash

Packaging for auto repair shops and service stations

An auto repair shop goes through a lot of small supplies. Mechanics use hand paste, the tire shop uses mounting paste, and the service bay uses Litol grease. Customers get washer fluid top-ups, and the car wash runs on shampoo. All of it arrives in different packaging and ends up scattered around the bay. At our plant in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ), HTI Group molds buckets from 800 ml to 21 liters with tight-fitting lids, plus 5 and 10 L jerry cans. Your shop supplies stay where they belong.

How a service bay works

Dirty hands, clean supplies

Everything in a service bay is covered in oil, dust, and rubber crumbs. An open jar gets dirty fast, and the product inside is soon spoiled. That sets the main requirements for packaging in a repair shop. Each area of the shop has its own.

Service bay and workbench

Mechanics scoop Litol and graphite grease with a spatula or grease gun from an 800 ml bucket kept within reach. After the job, they press the lid back into the rim. Debris from grinders and wheel wells stays out of the grease.

Tire season

In spring and fall, tire shops work nonstop and dip a brush into mounting paste dozens of times a day. The 3 and 3.8 L buckets have a 200 mm opening, so the brush goes in easily and doesn't scrape paste off the rim. Mechanics use the bail handle to carry the bucket from the tire changer to the balancer.

Small parts in plain sight

Trim clips, hose clamps, push pins, and washers get lost in cardboard boxes. A 2.3 L clear bucket shows what's inside through the wall, and the lid keeps small parts free of dust. Empty buckets stack until you need them.

Washer fluid and shampoo in jerry cans

Shops buy washer fluid and antifreeze in bulk, pour them into 5 L jerry cans, and carry the cans to the cars. You pour straight from a 5 L can into the reservoir and screw the cap back on after each car. Car washes use 10 L cans because foam and shampoo run out fast.

    How to choose

A starter packaging kit for service stations

When you open a shop, you don't need every size. Five items cover your daily supplies. Add large buckets once trucks and heavy equipment start coming in. A shop that services taxis or a corporate fleet will need bulk sizes sooner, because it goes through dozens of liters of grease and washer fluid a week.

Service bay, car wash, storeroom: what goes where

A small repair shop is several work areas under one roof, and each has its own supplies. Below, they're matched to packaging. If your shop repacks fluids or pastes under its own brand, use the same table for products you sell to customers.

Buckets up to 3 liters sit on a workbench or shelf and get opened several times a shift. They need a wide opening and a lid that seats into the double rim. Jerry cans work where fluids are poured: at the top-up station and the car wash. For a detailed guide on which buckets suit which greases, see buckets for grease.

    Logistics

Packaging in time for tire-change season

Repair shops peak in spring and fall, when drivers switch tires and get their cars ready for winter. Shops use more paste, washer fluid, and antifreeze in those weeks than usual, so order packaging before the season starts. You can pick up pallets from our factory warehouse in the Bishkek FEZ, Ak-Chiy village. Within Bishkek and the Chuy Region, our own delivery trucks bring them to you. We ship to Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karakol, Talas, and Naryn by freight carrier. Repair shops and car care retailers in Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, and Karaganda get packaging by the pallet within the EAEU. Your sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when you place the order.

    Questions and answers

Questions from mechanics and shop owners

Didn't find your answer?A sales manager replies Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Bishkek time

Yes. That's exactly what our 5 L jerry cans with screw caps are for. You buy washer fluid in bulk and carry a jerry can to the cars. Label each can so nobody mixes up washer fluid and antifreeze.

A 3 or 3.8 L bucket is the most convenient: the 200 mm opening fits a brush easily, and the metal bail handle lets you carry the bucket between machines. A small tire shop can get by with a 2.3 L bucket.

Polypropylene buckets are a standard choice for mineral-based greases such as Litol and Solidol. For products with solvents or aggressive additives, run a test fill before you switch your whole stock.

Yes. A 2.3 or 3 L clear bucket with a lid makes a handy organizer for clips, clamps, and washers: you can see what's inside, and the bucket fits on a rack shelf.

A sales manager prices each order based on the jerry cans, buckets, quantity, and printing. Call +996 222 600 292 and list your shop's work areas, and we'll price the whole set.

Yes. Shops that sell their own washer fluid or paste put a label on the flat front panel of the jerry can and order in-mold labeling (IML) for buckets: the label is fused into the wall during molding. Learn more on the IML printing page.

Yes. We ship by the pallet within the EAEU to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda, and other cities. Buckets and jerry cans travel on the same truck. Your sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when you place the order.

Opening a shop or a new bay?

List your work areas (service bay, tire shop, car wash, storage) and tell us how many cars you service a day. A sales manager will pick the jerry cans and buckets and tell you what to buy now and what to add later. If your shop has a retail counter, tell us what you sell, and we'll price that packaging too.
