塑料方桶5 升和 10 升Hello! We'll suggest the right size for your product, calculate pallets, and quote a price for your order.
A product in a bucket sold through a marketplace passes through more hands than one sold at a bazaar: your warehouse, the marketplace warehouse, the sorting center, the truck, and the pickup point. So sellers choose packaging by shipping weight and size, by how much space it takes in their own storage, and by whether buyers recognize the brand from the photo. HTI Group molds buckets from 560 ml to 21 L and jerry cans in 5 and 10 L. We supply online sellers in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan from our factory in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ).
Online, buyers compare the price per kilogram and read how the product arrived for others. The bucket size affects both. Here are a few rules sellers rely on.
First purchases are trial buys; repeat orders go bigger. Check the sizes you sell, and the calculator shows how many units come per pallet and how much truck space the kit takes.
Pallet and unit counts follow factory standards; truck loading is an estimate. The order calculator shows the exact layout.
For a parcel, two things matter: the empty weight of the packaging, which adds to the product weight, and the two dimensions you use to pick a box or bag. The table collects these figures for the sizes most common in online store listings. For buckets we give the top diameter; for the jerry can, the width.
| Product | Empty weight | Volume | Top or width / height, mm | Empty weight |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Samples: spices, tea, bath salts | low bucket with lugs | 560 ml | 118 / 80 | 23 g |
| Scrub, mask, or paste in a gift size | tall bucket without handle | 850 ml | 118 / 124 | 32.5 g |
| Honey, urbech, nut butter | bucket with plastic handle | 1 L | 132,5 / 121 | 36 g |
| Treats, dry food, seeds | bucket with bail handle | 2.3 L | 175 / 132 | 62 g |
| Litter, salt, large-kibble food | bucket with bail handle or plastic handle | 5.6 L | 224 / 193 | 156 g |
| Car shampoo, washer fluid, detergents | jerry can with screw cap | 5 L | 163 / 240 | 240 g |
A liter of honey weighs about 1.42 kg, and the 1 L bucket itself weighs 36 g, so the packaging barely affects shipping weight. Dimensions matter more: the 560 ml and 850 ml buckets share a 118 mm top, but they are 80 mm and 124 mm tall and need different boxes. Pick your box size from these figures, and check the marketplace's packaging requirements in its own rules.
The seller is responsible for the product until it reaches the buyer, but only sees it in their own warehouse. So check your packaging at every leg of the journey: storage, order packing, transit, and pickup.

Many online sellers work out of a garage, an apartment, or a small rented unit. Empty buckets nest inside each other, so a pallet of 1 L buckets (6,480 units) becomes a few tight stacks. Your shelves stay free for finished goods, not for the air inside empty packaging.
At the sorting center, parcels get stacked and flipped over. The bucket lid snaps into a double rim and holds by its fit, not by tape. Still, it makes sense to bag liquid and loose products: that costs less than any back-and-forth over a return.
When buyers pick up an order, they first look at the OPEN seal under the rim. If it is intact, nobody opened the bucket after you filled it, either in a warehouse or in transit. This heads off some disputed reviews about short or swapped products.
Buyers should recognize the bucket in the parcel as the one they saw in the listing. In-mold labeling (IML) fuses the artwork into the wall during molding, so the image looks the same in photos and in person. One design across three or four sizes turns your products into a recognizable series.
We ship packaging to the seller: you fill your product first, then deliver it to the marketplace under its rules. You can pick up pallets from the factory warehouse in the Bishkek FEZ, Ak-Chiy village. Our own delivery trucks cover Bishkek and the Chuy Region. For sellers in Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karakol, Talas, and Naryn, we ship by freight carrier. Online stores in Kazakhstan (Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda) receive buckets and jerry cans by the pallet within the EAEU. Your sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when processing your order. Stock up on packaging before sales seasons and holidays: empty buckets can wait on the shelf, but at the last minute you may have nothing to pack your product in.

Nut butters, cosmetics, and car care products each have a page that helps you pick a size. Nearby, you'll find pages for packers and manufacturers who sell the same products offline.

Each marketplace has its own rules, and they change over time, so we don't restate them here. Check your seller dashboard. On our side, we provide exact dimensions, empty weight, and a description of the lid and the OPEN seal for your review.
Your sales manager prices the order: sizes, quantity, handle, color, and printing all matter. Tell us how many products are in your line and your expected monthly sales, and we will estimate the whole kit. Phone: +996 222 600 292.
Yes. To start, a label on a standard bucket is enough. For an ongoing product line, IML works well: a film with your artwork is fused into the wall during molding. You prepare the artwork for each size together with your sales manager. Learn more about the technology on the IML printing page.
The lid snaps into a double rim with an OPEN tamper-evident tear strip underneath. For liquid and loose products, we recommend also putting the bucket in a bag, as you would with any packaging. Before launch, it helps to send a test parcel to yourself.
Yes, by the pallet within the EAEU: to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda, and other cities. You can combine buckets, containers, and jerry cans in one shipment. Your sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when processing your order.
Empty jerry cans don't nest inside each other, so a pallet holds 180 jerry cans in the 5 L size or 100 in the 10 L size. If you sell liquids, set aside space for them in your storage in advance.
The catalog has product pages for every size, with dimensions and weight. If you sell through retail chains as well as online, see the page for packers and wholesalers: it covers how to plan mixed pallets.
Tell us what you sell, how much one unit weighs, and how many orders you expect per month. A sales manager will suggest the bucket size and color, give you dimensions for choosing a box, and estimate your order.
