塑料方桶5 升和 10 升Hello! We'll suggest the right size for your product, calculate pallets, and quote a price for your order.
Convenience stores and farm shops make their money on what they pack themselves: cottage cheese and sour cream by weight, pickles from the barrel, honey from bulk cans, nuts, and salads from their own kitchen. That takes packaging your staff can fill fast at the scale. Your customers need to see the product and know nobody opened it before them. HTI Group supplies stores in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan with 250-750 ml containers, plus white and clear buckets from 560 ml to 11.5 L.
A small store doesn't need the whole lineup at once. Start with packaging for your three or four best-selling bulk items. See what sells fastest, then add the rest with your next delivery. A typical starter kit looks like this.
A convenience store doesn't need the whole lineup. The "Starter kit" preset covers your best-selling bulk items. Add more departments yourself from there. The calculator shows how many units of each item come on a pallet.
Pallet and unit counts follow factory standards; truck loading is an estimate. The order calculator shows the exact layout.
Your counter staff work with a scale, so the table lists the empty weight of each item next to its volume. Enter it with the Tare key, and your customer pays only for the product. Rows run from a single serving to the bucket your store uses to buy stock from a farmer or supplier.
| Department | What you pack | Empty weight | Volume | Empty weight |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Dairy by weight | cottage cheese, sour cream in portions | hexagonal container with lid | 250 ml | 13 g |
| Dairy by weight | family-size cottage cheese, suzma | hexagonal container, 27 mm taller | 400 ml | 16.5 g |
| In-house deli | salads, plov, sides to go | flat tray | 750 ml | 21 g |
| Dry goods by weight | nuts, dried fruit, candy | low clear bucket with lugs | 560 ml | 23 g |
| Honey and jam | honey from bulk cans, jam | bucket with plastic handle | 1 L | 36 g |
| Pickles | cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage in brine | clear bucket with bail handle | 2.3 L | 62 g |
| Back room and receiving | bulk sour cream, cottage cheese, honey for repacking | bucket with bail handle and plastic grip | 11.5 L | 307 g |
The weights vary a lot: an empty 11.5 L bucket weighs 307 g, and a 250 ml container weighs 13 g. If you don't subtract the tare, customers pay cottage cheese prices for plastic, and they notice fast. The easiest fix is a separate tare memory on your scale for each item you pack at the counter.

In a small store, nobody reads labels for long. Customers look at the product, the lid, and how your staff handle it. Four packaging features answer their questions before they ask out loud.

Clear polypropylene shows the texture of cottage cheese, the color of honey, whole cucumbers in brine, and nuts. Customers choose with their eyes, your staff don't have to open every pack for display, and the fridge shelf looks full even when stock is low.
Many shops pack in the morning for the whole day, and some of the product waits in a self-service fridge. The OPEN tamper-evident tear strip under the bucket rim shows the lid hasn't come off since packing. For a farm shop, it's also an argument for local products over imported ones.
A wide opening with no shoulders lets your staff spoon or tong the product right on the scale platform. The lid snaps on by hand with no tools, so the line doesn't wait while someone fights with the packaging. At rush hour, this matters more than any other spec.
A farm shop doesn't sell just cottage cheese. It sells cottage cheese from a specific farm. We apply your name and phone number with a label. On repeat bucket orders, we use in-mold labeling (IML), where the image is fused into the wall. The product gets eaten, but the bucket with your shop's name stays in the customer's kitchen.
Most stores don't have their own truck or a big warehouse. It pays to order less often but buy several weeks' worth at once. Containers and buckets arrive in nested stacks and take up one shelf in the back room. Stores in Bishkek and the Chuy Region get orders on our own delivery trucks. You can also pick up pallets yourself in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ), Ak-Chiy village. For shops in Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karakol, Talas, and Naryn, we ship by freight carrier. We ship orders by the pallet to Kazakhstan within the EAEU, from Almaty and Taraz to Astana. Your sales manager confirms delivery cost and date when you place the order. If your order is small, combine it with a neighboring store's request and fill a truck together.

Containers for cottage cheese and deli foods and buckets for pickles and honey each have their own pages. You'll also find pages for your store's suppliers and related businesses.

Choose clear for products that sell themselves: pickles, nuts, honey, and cottage cheese. Choose white when your label goes on the pack and the product looks uniform, like sour cream or sauce. Many shops stock both colors for different departments.
Your sales manager prices your mix of items and quantities. A small store can build one order of containers and buckets in different sizes and get a single estimate for all of it. Call +996 222 600 292.
Yes. Buckets get a label or IML: the label is fused into the wall during molding. Containers usually get a stick-on label with the name, ingredients, and packing date. Discuss artwork and order volume with your sales manager.
When products are packed in advance and kept in a self-service fridge, customers take them without staff help. An intact seal under the rim shows the lid hasn't come off since packing. See how it works on our tamper-evident buckets page.
Product that arrives from the farmer in a can or sack is easy to keep in 5.6 L and 11.5 L buckets with lids, then repack into smaller packaging as it sells. The metal bail handle with plastic grip on the 11.5 L bucket lets you carry it from the back room to the counter with one hand.
Yes, by the pallet within the EAEU through a freight carrier: to Almaty, Taraz, Shymkent, Astana, and other cities. Containers and buckets ship in one order. Your sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when you place the order.
Our catalog lists every container, tray, and bucket with dimensions and weights. If your shop also makes products for other stores, check our pages for dairy plants and packers and wholesalers.
List the products you'll pack at the counter and your approximate daily sales. Your sales manager will match containers and buckets to each product and work out how much packaging to stock for the first month.
