The HTI plant sits right in the Chuy Valley, in Ak-Chiy village in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ). So buckets for the region never wait on a freight carrier: our own truck brings the pallets, or you pick them up from the factory warehouse yourself. On this page: 14 food-grade buckets from 560 ml to 21 L for farm dairy and meat, pickles made from valley vegetables, bakery fillings, and construction mixes, plus a selection table, a pallet calculator, and how to order.

The cards run from the smallest bucket to the largest. Under each size, you'll see what Chuy Region farms, food producers, and work crews use it for. Click a card to open the bucket's page with dimensions, empty weight, and photos.

Chuy Region buyers often pick up their buckets themselves, so it helps to know this: every bucket is tapered, so empties nest inside each other, and far more fit in a truck than the size of a single bucket suggests. Every bucket comes with a flat lid and an OPEN tamper-evident tear strip under the rim.
Each district in the region has its signature product, and buyers usually order one or two sizes for it. Use the table as a starting point for your request: which bucket people order first, how many fit on a pallet, and where to find a detailed breakdown.
| What you pack | Who orders | Bucket | Units per pallet | Guide |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sour cream, kaymak | valley dairies | 560 ml | 7,200 | dairy products |
| Korean carrot salad, salads | delis in Kant and Tokmok | 900 ml | 7,200 | Korean salads |
| Marinated meat | meat processors, shashlik cafes | 3.8 L | 2,800 | marinated meat |
| Pickles, sauerkraut | vegetable farms | 5.6 L | 1,920 | pickles |
| Fillings, fruit butter | bakeries and pastry shops | 8 L | 840 | pastry fillings |
| Putty, adhesive | dry-mix packers | 18 L | 600 | putty and primer |
| Feed, premixes | dairy farms and feedlots | 21 L | 600 | feed and premixes |
If you're picking up your order yourself, check the units-per-pallet column: 7,200 small buckets and 600 large ones take up the same space in a truck. An order that covers several rows of the table loads in a single visit, and our truck delivers it in one trip.
The Chuy Valley feeds the capital with milk, meat, and vegetables while building out its suburbs. Bucket buyers here fall into four groups, and each one does the packaging math its own way.

Valley farms send sour cream, cottage cheese, and kaymak to Bishkek every day, and meat processors send ready-to-cook products and marinated meat. For display cases, buyers choose 560 and 850 ml; for food service, 3.8 and 5.6 L, with a wide opening that makes the product easy to scoop out.
Fields in Sokuluk and Moskovsky districts grow tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, and carrots, and part of the harvest goes into pickles and Korean-style salads. A liter of pickles in brine weighs about 1.05 kg, so one person can easily carry even an 8 L bucket.
Flour mills supply the region's bakeries and pastry shops, and those need packaging for fillings, fruit butter, and condensed milk. That usually means 3 to 8 L: with a metal bail handle, the bucket is easy to carry from the worktable to the oven.
Villages around Bishkek are filling up with private homes, and finishing crews need buckets for water, mortar, and leftover mix. Putty and adhesive packers choose 15 to 21 L: the 18 and 21 L buckets share the same 332 mm opening and differ only in height.
Enter the size and how many buckets you go through per month or season, and the calculator rounds to full pallets. Example from a dairy near Kant: 20,000 of the 560 ml buckets for sour cream make three pallets. If the same dairy adds 1,000 of the 5.6 L buckets for canteens, that's one more pallet.
In Chuy Region, you have a choice that more distant regions don't: pick up the order yourself or wait for our truck. The other steps are the same.
Call us or leave your number. Tell us what you pack, which sizes and how many you need, and which town or village to deliver to. If you want your logo on the bucket, mention it on the very first call.
Your sales manager will suggest sizes and handles for your product, count the pallets, and quote the order price. If you need delivery, you'll get the delivery time and cost when you place the order.
Pick up from our factory warehouse in Ak-Chiy village, Bishkek FEZ, or have our trucks deliver to your location in the region. For pickup, your sales manager will tell you when the order is ready.
Pallets are loaded at the plant, and the order paperwork travels with the shipment. If your order includes in-mold labeling (IML), the artwork is approved first, and then the run is molded.

Chuy Region, together with Bishkek, is where HTI delivers buckets with its own trucks: the plant is right here, in Ak-Chiy village, Bishkek FEZ. The truck goes straight from the plant to your facility, farm, or job site, with no transfers at terminals. Your sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when you place the order.
The second option is pickup. Pallets are assembled at the factory warehouse, and you load them onto your own truck. For farms that already make regular trips toward the capital, it's an easy way to combine buying packaging with other errands.
HTI has no other warehouses in the region: not in Tokmok, not in Kara-Balta, not in the district towns. Every order is assembled at the plant, so different sizes, handles, and colors can easily ship in the same truck.
Towns and villages with their own page are linked: each page covers the buckets that place needs most.
Valley products go through three channels: Bishkek stores and chains, bazaars, and wholesale buyers. The bucket version is chosen to suit the channel.
For bazaars and counters: preserves, honey, Korean carrot salad, and pickles show through the wall, so shoppers can choose without opening the lid. Clear buckets come in every size.
The 1 L and 800 ml buckets have a plastic handle, the 900 ml has a molded-in handle, and the 560 ml has side lugs only. From 2.3 to 5.6 L, you can choose metal or plastic; from 8 L up, a bail handle with a plastic grip that won't cut into your palm.
OPEN tamper-evident tear strip under the rim: as long as it's intact, no one has opened the bucket since filling. For retail chains, that carries real weight when goods are received.
Your logo goes on with a label for a trial order or with IML for ongoing runs: the image is fused into the wall and won't wash off.

At the HTI plant in Ak-Chiy village, Bishkek FEZ, which is itself in Chuy Region. Buckets are sold in orders of one pallet or more. Place your request by calling +996 222 600 292 or through the callback form.
Your sales manager prices your specific order: the price depends on size, quantity, handle, body color, and printing. If you need delivery within the region, its cost is included in the same quote.
