Walnuts from Arslanbob, pistachios and almonds from the south, Batken dried apricots, pitted and whole (uryuk), raisins, sunflower seeds: these goods are dry, light, and valuable, and sellers worry about losing them to damp, dust, and moths. HTI molds food-grade buckets from 560 ml to 21 L and 250 and 400 ml hexagonal containers: the large sizes hold wholesale stock, and the small ones go to the counter and into gift sets. A clear body shows off the product, and the OPEN tamper-evident tear strip shows nobody has touched it.
For dry goods, choose the size based on how much a shopper buys at once and where the product goes next. Nuts for tea time or a road trip sell in small amounts, pastry shops buy by the liter, and warehouses by the sack. Below are the guidelines that bazaar stalls and repackers rely on.
Nuts and dried fruit are bought in large buckets and sold in small ones. Choose a bulk bucket and a retail pack, and the tool shows how many packs you get by volume. Weight depends on the product, so the tool doesn't convert to kilograms.
The rows come from this page's table: each one has its own packaging.
Calculated at the nominal capacity of the packaging: how many whole portions it yields.
Calculated by the top size of the packaging, in a single layer, with no gaps between neighboring items.

77 mmNuts and dried fruit are usually stored in large batches and sold in small ones. That's why repackers need to know how many small buckets and containers one large bucket yields. The table counts by nominal capacity, rounded down to whole units: from an 11.5 or 21 L storage bucket into retail packs of the same product.
| Retail pack | Model | Tare weight | From 11.5 L bucket, pcs | From 21 L bucket, pcs | What you pack |

| 400 ml | PHD400 | 16.5 g | 28 | 52 | nut mix, raisins |
| 560 ml | PKS560 | 23 g | 20 | 37 | gift pistachios and almonds |
| 850 ml | PKS850 | 32.5 g | 13 | 24 | dried apricots, prunes |
| 1 L | PK10 | 36 g | 11 | 21 | walnuts, whole dried apricots |
| 2.3 L | PK23 | 62 g | 5 | 9 | seeds and raisins by weight |
| 3 L | PK30 | 95 g | 3 | 7 | cafe and pastry shop stock |
One 21 L bucket fills exactly seven three-liter buckets or twenty-one one-liter buckets, and an 11.5 L bucket fills five 2.3 L buckets. These pairs are handy to keep together: the warehouse works with the large size, and the counter with a smaller size that divides into it evenly. Weight depends on the product: shelled nuts, dried apricots, and seeds each weigh differently per liter, so the net weight for the label is set by a test weighing.
Dried fruit doesn't leak or smell strongly, so it's often kept in sacks and cardboard boxes. The trouble starts later: sacks draw moisture from the floor, boxes get crushed, and pantry moths move into open containers. A rigid bucket with a lid removes these risks at every stage, from harvest to display.

The lid seats in the double rim and keeps out dust, storeroom damp, and the pantry moths that are always first to find open sacks of nuts. The bucket sits on the warehouse floor without soaking up moisture from below the way jute does. Before filling it with a new batch, just wash and dry it.
Orange dried apricots, green pistachios, and dark raisins seen through a clear wall work better than any sign. Shoppers can see the kernel size and the color of the dried fruit without opening the bucket or touching the product. Line up five or six different dried fruits, and the display builds itself.
Tourists take nuts, dried apricots, and honey home from the lake. A 560 ml bucket with the shop's name and a mountain design looks like a ready-made souvenir, doesn't get crushed in a suitcase, and doesn't tear like a bag. The OPEN tear strip shows the contents reached the family untouched.
A wholesaler takes in nuts by the sack, pours them into 21 L buckets, and then sells them in retail packs using the table above. Empty buckets nest inside each other: a pallet holds 600 of the 21 L buckets or 7,200 of the 560 ml buckets, so spare packaging doesn't eat up your warehouse.
Dried fruit has a short season: apricots are dried in summer in Batken and the Fergana Valley, walnuts are harvested in the fall in Arslanbob, and you need packaging on hand for those weeks. You can pick up your order of buckets from our plant in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ), Ak-Chiy village. Our own trucks deliver across Bishkek and Chuy Region, and we ship to Jalal-Abad, Osh, Batken, Karakol, and Cholpon-Ata via a freight carrier. Wholesalers at Almaty's Green Bazaar and traders in Shymkent, Astana, and Karaganda get their packaging by the pallet within the EAEU. Your sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when you place your order.

Next to nuts, vendors sell spices, halva, honey, and cookies in the same clear packaging, but sized differently.

Buckets for condensed milkcondensed milk, dulce de leche, milk spreads560 ml-21 LIn-shell walnuts are bulky, so for storage and wholesale, choose 11.5 or 21 L with a bail handle and plastic grip. For retail, 1 and 2.3 L work well, and for shelled kernels, 560 ml and 250-400 ml containers. The large buckets have 295 and 332 mm openings, so you can pour nuts straight from the sack.
At nominal capacity: 37 of the 560 ml buckets, 21 one-liter buckets, 9 of the 2.3 L buckets, or 84 of the 250 ml containers. Whatever is left over after rounding stays in the large bucket and goes into the next repacking run.
For the counter, clear is the more common choice: dried apricots, raisins, and pistachios sell on color. White is chosen for storage and for gift lines with in-mold labeling (IML), where the design and the shop name do the selling. Both colors are available in every size from 560 ml to 21 L.
Pour dry product into a clean, dry bucket and close the lid right after each scoop. Keep the buckets in a dry place, away from stoves and damp walls. Don't mix an old batch with a new one: use up what arrived first.
Our sales manager prices each order based on sizes, quantity, color, and printing. Call +996 222 600 292 and tell us which packaging you need for storage and which for the counter, and we'll quote both together.
Yes, with a label or IML. With IML, the image is fused into the wall during molding, so it doesn't rub off in a suitcase or peel in the wash. On a clear bucket, you can leave a window to show the product. Learn more on our IML printing page.
Yes, by the pallet within the EAEU to Almaty, Shymkent, Astana, Karaganda, and other cities. Your sales manager confirms delivery time and cost when you place your order. Small packaging is cost-effective to ship long distances: a pallet holds 7,200 of the 560 ml buckets.
Every bucket from 560 ml to 21 L and every container from 250 ml is listed in the catalog with dimensions and tare weights. For on-the-go portions, try the hexagonal 400 ml container, and for packing spices and grains alongside dried fruit, see our buckets for spices and dry goods page.
Tell us which nuts and dried fruit you sell, to whom, and in what portions. Our sales manager will suggest a set of sizes for storage, the counter, and gifts, work out the pallets, and advise where to place your name and the product window on the bucket wall.
