Mangystau is a land of desert and chalk plateaus on the Caspian Sea, oil and gas fields worked by rotational crews, camel farms, and the railroad running through Beineu. Packaging here goes to very different jobs: shubat (fermented camel's milk) and kurt (dried cheese balls) from the farms, sauces and pickles for work camp canteens, grease for machinery, and building mixes for Aktau's new neighborhoods. The HTI plant molds buckets with lids from 560 ml to 21 L, and they arrive in Mangystau by the full pallet.

All fourteen of our sizes, each with what buyers in Mangystau Region use it for, from kurt on Aktau counters to grease at the oil fields. Click a card to see dimensions, empty weight, and photos.

Work camp kitchens, farms, and home pantries.
Oil fields, dormitories, and construction sites by the sea.
Containers for seaside cafes, delis, and work camp lunches.
Drinking water jerry cans for city homes, dachas, and drilling rigs.
Yellow Class B and red Class C medical waste buckets (by Kyrgyz sanitary classification) for hospitals, outpatient clinics, and oil field first-aid posts.

Sour cream sauce for fish at seaside cafes in Aktau: the tall bucket with no handle doesn't take up much space.

Korean carrot salad and khe (marinated fish) for Zhanaozen delis: with a molded-in handle, the bucket rides home in a shopping bag without trouble.

Shubat from camel farms for retail counters: shoppers take home the one-liter bucket with a handle and a tight lid.

Zucchini spread and lecho for shops in Beineu: the clear wall shows off the product's color.

Wholesale shubat for cafes and canteens: the 3 L bucket with a handle is easy to carry from the truck to the fridge.

Pickled sides for work camp canteens in Zhanaozen: the 200 mm opening makes serving with tongs easy.

Mayonnaise and mustard for oil field caterers: it holds about 5.3 kg of mayonnaise, and the lid can be opened and closed again and again.

Marinated lamb for toi feasts and family celebrations: the meat goes in layer by layer, with a tight lid on top.

Cleaning gels for rotational workers' dormitories in the desert: a bucket with a lid doesn't collect sand in the utility room.

Primer and exterior paint for Aktau's new neighborhoods: a roller fits easily through the 303 mm opening.

Grease for pumps and drilling equipment at the oil fields: the wide opening lets you scoop grease out with a spatula.

Plaster and tile adhesive for construction sites by the sea: the 21 L bucket makes it easy to mix a batch with a paddle mixer.

Dried irimshik and kurt for tourists heading to the underground mosques of Beket-Ata: the 250 ml hexagonal container.

Outpatient clinics in Fort-Shevchenko and coastal villages: ampoules and cotton wool, yellow body.

Oil workers get vaccinated before their rotation starts: syringes collect in a three-liter bucket with a valve.

Camel dairy farms producing shubat: hand wipes for the milkers come out through the 75 mm valve.

Oil worker camps in Zhanaozen and Kalamkas: at the oil field health post, a red 5.6 L bucket collects bandages from burns and cuts.

Hospital in Beineu: the ward serving the railroad fills 11.2 L a day.

Vets on desert pastures: syringes after vaccinating camels and sheep, plastic handle.

Regional hospital in Aktau: a Ø 332 mm body on every floor, with yellow and red kept separate.

Work camps far from town: a waste collection truck comes on schedule, and waste collects in the 21 L bucket between pickups.
All our buckets taper toward the bottom and nest inside each other. In a region where packaging often travels on to oil fields and farms in the desert, that saves space on the truck. Every lid has an OPEN tamper-evident tear strip, and the lid itself seats into a double rim.
Buyers in the region are very different: a camel farm, a work camp kitchen, a service company, and a construction crew. The table shows their products, the size they reach for first, and how many buckets fit on a pallet.
| Product | Where in Mangystau | Volume | Per pallet | Learn more |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Shubat | camel farms | 1 L | 6,480 | dairy products |
| Kurt, cheese | farms, Aktau counters | 560 ml | 7,200 | kurt and cheese |
| Mayonnaise, mustard | oil field catering | 5.6 L | 1,920 | mayonnaise and sauces |
| Pickled sides | work camp canteens | 3.8 L | 2,800 | pickles |
| Grease | oil fields, service companies | 18 L | 600 | grease buckets |
| Plaster, adhesive | Aktau construction sites | 21 L | 600 | construction mixes |
| Cleaning gels | work camp dorms | 11.5 L | 816 | packaging for cleaning companies |
A farm making shubat and kurt needs small buckets, which fit 6,480 and 7,200 to a pallet. Oil fields and construction sites need large ones, at 600 to 816 per pallet. If you need both, your sales manager will combine them on one truck.
In Mangystau, packaging works in tough conditions: sand, wind, and a long haul from town to the oil field or farm. That's why buyers here value a tight lid and a sturdy handle. Here are the four main buyer groups.

Shubat made from camel's milk is a traditional Mangystau product, and kurt is always next to it on the counter. For retail, it's packed in 1 L and 560 ml buckets, for cafes in 3 L, and for large buyers, 5 and 10 L jerry cans work too.
Canteens and caterers feed the oil field shifts. Sauces are kept in 5.6 L buckets, pickles in 3.8 L, and dormitories need 11.5 L for cleaning gels. The OPEN tear strip shows the bucket wasn't opened in transit.
Aktau keeps growing with new neighborhoods, and finishing crews need buckets for plaster, adhesive, and paint. For mixing, the 21 L with a 332 mm opening is the one; for paint, the 15 L, whose opening fits a roller.
The railroad and gas pipelines run through Beineu, and crews and service teams keep them running. They need 18 L buckets for grease and technical pastes: the lid keeps sand out of the contents, and the plastic grip protects your palm.
Choose a bucket and enter a quantity, and the calculator shows the number of pallets. Example: a camel farm buying 10,000 one-liter buckets for shubat for the season needs two pallets. An oil field caterer that needs 3,800 of the 5.6 L buckets for mayonnaise will also need just two pallets.
We sell buckets direct from the factory, in orders of one pallet or more. The process is the same for a farm near Shetpe and a kitchen in Zhanaozen.
Tell us the product, sizes, quantity, and your town. If you need your logo on the bucket, mention it up front.
Your sales manager will match the product to a size and handle, convert units into pallets, and send you one price covering the buckets and delivery.
Pallets are assembled at our plant in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ). For in-mold labeling (IML), the artwork is approved first, then the run is molded.
A freight carrier takes the pallets to Mangystau, with the shipment handled within the EAEU. The paperwork arrives with the cargo.

Every order takes the same route: from the HTI plant in the Bishkek FEZ, Ak-Chiy village, via a freight carrier to your town in Mangystau. The shipment goes within the EAEU, and once your order is priced, your sales manager will tell you the freight cost and when the pallets will arrive. HTI has no warehouses in Aktau or other towns; buckets are assembled for each buyer right at the plant.
Farms and work camp kitchens are better off keeping several months' worth of buckets on hand: the road to the oil field or winter pasture is long, and an extra trip for packaging costs more than the space a stack of buckets takes up.
If orders for Aktau and Zhanaozen are headed the same way, they can ship on one truck. Mention it to your sales manager when you order, and they'll suggest how to arrange the pallets.
Aktau, Zhanaozen, and Beineu each have their own page: follow the links for buckets matched to each town's needs.
Wind, sand, and long hauls call for a sturdy handle and a tight lid. And at the counter, what matters is how the product looks.
The flat lid grips the bucket all the way around. At the oil field or on the farm, that keeps the contents sealed off from sand and dust.
The tear strip under the rim shows the bucket hasn't been opened since filling. For shubat and sauces, that earns customer trust.
Kurt, lecho, and snacks on Aktau counters sell better when shoppers can see them through the wall. Clear buckets come in every size.
Your farm's name or logo is fused into the wall during molding and won't wash off. For a trial order, you can start with a label.

From the manufacturer: HTI sells buckets with no middlemen, in orders of one pallet or more, with delivery to Aktau, Zhanaozen, Beineu, and towns across the region. To order, call +996 222 600 292 or request a callback.
Your sales manager prices each order based on size, quantity, handle, color, and printing. The freight cost is included in the same estimate.
A freight carrier hauls them from the factory gate to your address. Your order travels on pallets, and the shipment is handled within the EAEU. Your sales manager will tell you the arrival date when you place your order.
No. Every order is assembled and shipped from our plant in Ak-Chiy village. You can also pick up the pallets yourself.
The buckets are molded from food-grade polypropylene and close with a tight lid. For retail, buyers choose the one-liter size, for cafes the 3 L, and for larger volumes there are jerry cans for kumis and ayran.
Usually 3.8 L for pickles, 5.6 L for mayonnaise and sauces, and small 850 ml buckets for the buffet. For more on food service packaging, see our HoReCa page.
The lid is flat and seats into a double rim all the way around, so it holds tight. Under the rim there's an OPEN tear strip: as long as it's intact, the bucket hasn't been opened.
Yes. A small order is easiest with a stick-on label, while for regular runs, IML is the way to go: the image becomes part of the bucket wall.
See the catalog for exact dimensions, empty weight, and photos of every size. Town guides: Aktau, Zhanaozen, and Beineu, and for the neighboring region, see the Atyrau Region page.
