Atbasar is the grain hub of Akmola Region: wheat fields, grain elevators, and the railroad that carries the grain out, with livestock kept on local farms. At harvest, buckets are needed in machinery yards and field camps; year-round, they're used on farms for premixes, feed, and dairy products. HTI Group molds buckets from 560 ml to 21 L and ships them to Atbasar by the pallet direct from the factory. Below: buckets for every job, a pallet calculator, and how to order.
Atbasar, Akmola Region: buckets across the region

HTI's 14 bucket sizes fall into three groups. In Atbasar they're used everywhere from the elevator lab to the feedlot, and each size comes with a local example. Tap a card to see dimensions, empty weight, and photos.

Sour cream and kaymak from local farms for Atbasar stores: the handleless bucket stands steady.

Homemade honey and jam for the district market: with its plastic handle, this bucket doesn't need a bag.

Seed samples for the field lab: the low bucket seals tight, and the sample number is written on the side.

Single-serve salads for machine operators' lunches in the field: the bucket has a molded-in handle.

Cottage cheese and homemade butter for neighborhood stores, in a one-liter bucket with a plastic handle.

Bearing grease for combines: the bucket with a bail handle rides right in the cab.

Composite grain samples for the elevator lab: the closed lid keeps dust off the sample.

Pickles for field camps: about 4 kg of cucumbers, brine included.

Marinated meat for the crew's lunch in the field: the metal bail handle holds a full bucket.

Goulash and prepped food for the elevator canteen: an eight-liter bucket fits on a fridge shelf.

Cleaning solution for equipment radiators and cab windows in the machinery yard, in a bucket with a bail handle and plastic grip.

Premixes and mineral supplements for local feedlots: a tight lid keeps out dust.

Micronutrient fertilizers and dry additives for fieldwork: the 332 mm opening takes a scoop.

Compound feed and grain screenings for smallholdings: the plastic grip on the bail makes a full bucket easy to carry.

Sour cream for borscht at the field camp: a single serving in the 250 ml hexagonal container.

A salad with a machine operator's lunch at harvest: the 385 ml round container with lid.

Homemade cottage cheese from the smallholding to the district market: the 400 ml hexagonal container.

Porridge or a side dish delivered to the combine in the field: the 550 ml round container with a tight lid.

Lunch for the crew at the grain yard: a cutlet with potatoes in a flat tray for each person.

Hydraulic fluid and oil for topping up in the machinery yard: the 5 L jerry can.

Drinking water for the combine crew and the field camp: ten liters, with a screw cap.

Atbasar District Hospital: the treatment room, a one-liter bucket, Ø 132.5 mm, with a needle remover.

The field camp first-aid post at harvest: bandages from minor injuries go into a yellow 2.3 L bucket.

Vaccinations for machine operators before sowing: the needle remover on a three-liter bucket takes off the needle.

The elevator health post: hand-cleaning wipes through a 75 mm dispenser valve.

Surgeon's office: harvest-season injuries, with dressings going into a red Class C waste bucket (by Kyrgyz sanitary classification).

Local farm vets: consumables after fall livestock vaccinations, 11.2 L.

Maternity ward: yellow 11.5 L buckets are taken out after each 24-hour shift.

Outpatient clinic: routine checkups before sowing and harvest, with exam room waste collected in 18 L buckets.

In winter, when snowdrifts close the roads, waste waits for pickup in a 21 L bucket.
Empty buckets nest inside each other, so your harvest stock takes up little room in the truck and the farm storeroom. Every bucket has a flat lid, a double rim, and an OPEN tamper-evident tear strip.
A grain farm uses packaging in waves: for fertilizers in spring, in the machinery yard and field camp at harvest, and for livestock in fall and winter. The table shows the season, the job, and the right size.
| Season | Task | Bucket | Handle | Learn more |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Spring, sowing | micronutrient fertilizers | 18 L | metal bail with plastic grip, or plastic | fertilizer buckets |
| Harvest | combine grease | 2.3 L | metal or plastic | grease buckets |
| Harvest | lunch at the field camp | 5.6 L | metal | marinated meat |
| Grain intake | lab samples | 3 L | metal or plastic | dry goods |
| Fall, winter | livestock premixes | 15 L | metal with plastic grip | feed and premixes |
| Year-round | farm sour cream | 560 ml | no handle, side lugs | dairy products |
| Year-round | compound feed for smallholdings | 21 L | metal with plastic grip | packaging for agribusinesses |
It pays to order spring and harvest items in one shipment before the season starts: there's no time in the field to wait for a packaging truck. Livestock buckets get used at a steady pace, so it's easy to top up by the pallet as needed. The 3 L buckets for grain samples are needed by the start of intake, so include them in your harvest order.
Around Atbasar, nearly everything revolves around grain and livestock. Four groups of buyers order buckets for their own work, and each has its own go-to size. What they share: the bucket lives in dust and wind, so the lid has to seal tight and the handle has to hold a full load.

Samples are taken at grain intake, and they're easy to store in closed 3 and 3.8 L buckets or small 850 ml ones. The lid keeps dust off the sample, and a lot-number label sticks easily to the white side.
At harvest, machinery is serviced right in the field. Grease travels in 2.3 L buckets, cleaning solutions are kept in 11.5 L buckets with a plastic grip, and in spring, micronutrient fertilizers are mixed in 18 L buckets.
During harvest, crews eat lunch in the field. Marinated meat goes out in 5.6 L buckets, pickles in 3.8 L, and single-serve salads in small 900 ml buckets, while elevator canteens keep prepped food in 8 L.
Both large farms and families keep livestock in the district. Premixes go into 15 L buckets, compound feed into 21 L, and farm sour cream sells in small 560 ml buckets.
Choose a bucket and enter the quantity, and the calculator shows the number of pallets. Example: a large farm near Atbasar orders 2,500 of the 11.5 L buckets for its machinery yards and field camps. A pallet holds 816, so 2,448 buckets make exactly three pallets, while 2,500 need four.
Buckets are sold direct from the factory, in orders starting from one pallet. For a farm, the best time to send a request is before sowing or before harvest.
Make a list: which buckets, how many, for what jobs, and the delivery address in the district. Call us or send a request on the website.
Your sales manager will go over your needs, pick sizes and handles, work out the pallets, and quote the order price with delivery.
Pallets are put together for your order at our plant in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone (FEZ). A label or in-mold labeling (IML) with your farm's name is approved before molding.
A freight carrier delivers the order to Atbasar. The shipment is processed within the EAEU, and the cargo documents travel with it.

HTI has no warehouse in Atbasar or anywhere else in Kazakhstan: orders are put together and shipped from our plant in the Bishkek FEZ, Ak-Chiy village. Farms in the district's villages can take delivery right at their machinery yard or warehouse: just give your sales manager the exact address and truck access details.
It's best to order packaging for sowing and harvest in advance. At the height of the season, machines and people are busy in the field, and you'll rest easier knowing the buckets are already on site.
If your farm needs both buckets and water jerry cans for the field camp, they ship on one truck, with each model on its own pallet.

A farm operation cares about a sturdy handle and clear labeling, while a dairy farm selling sour cream cares about how the bucket looks on the counter. Here are four decisions you make along with the size.
From 8 L up, buckets come with a metal bail handle and plastic grip. You can carry a full bucket of feed without getting blisters.
A label with a sample number or farm name reads clearly on a white body. For ongoing runs, there's IML: the image is fused into the wall during molding.
The tamper-evident tear strip under the rim shows that a bucket of samples or premix hasn't been opened since it was sealed.
A clear bucket shows the level of feed or grease, so you can see what's left without lifting the lid. Clear buckets come in every size.
