You can buy plastic buckets in Konaev direct from the manufacturer. Konaev, formerly Kapshagay, is now the administrative center of Almaty Region, but it still lives by the water: every summer, resorts, beach cafes, and fish stands open along the shore of the Kapshagay Reservoir. The surrounding area is farm country, with orchards, vegetable gardens, greenhouses, and small plants that pickle and marinate the harvest. For these buyers, the HTI Group plant in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone makes food-grade buckets, containers, and jerry cans and ships them to Konaev by the pallet within the EAEU.
Nearby towns and villages: plastic buckets in Almaty Region.

Packaging buyers in Konaev are spread along the shore and across the region: cafes and fishermen by the water, and orchards, greenhouses, and small pickle plants farther from town. Under each of the 14 buckets, we name where it's used, what goes in it, and which body color buyers there usually choose.
Sauces, snacks, and honey for vacationers on the shore.
Pickles, salads, and spice-cured fish.
Fish for salting, fertilizer for orchards, and resort construction.
Containers and a tray for beach cafes, resorts, and delivery to the beach.
White jerry cans for greenhouse fertilizer and drinking water.
Yellow body for Class B, red for Class C (by Kyrgyz sanitary classification): for the hospital, the outpatient clinic, and first-aid stations on the shore.

Beach cafe: fish pâté and bread spreads, white body, no handle.

Roadside stall: lightly salted cucumbers by the portion, clear body with a handle.

Resort: ice cream by weight for guests, narrow white bucket.

Souvenir shop: honey from the region's orchards, clear body, molded-in handle.

Fish stand: dried and smoked fish in pieces, white body ready for a sticker.

Roadside stall: brined cucumbers and tomatoes, about 2.4 kg, clear body.

Highway fish stand: spice-cured fish at retail, white body.

Orchard farm: apple and apricot butter, about 5 kg, white body ready for a label.

Korean salad maker: carrot salad, khe, and eggplant, clear or white body.

Resort canteen: a day's prep and side dishes, white bucket with a plastic grip on the bail handle.

Smokehouse: salted fish before smoking, white body, about 12 kg with brine.

Fisherman: fresh catch for salting, a 303 mm top so the fish lie flat, white body.

Resort builders: paint and putty before the season, white bucket with a 332 mm opening.

Greenhouses and orchards: fertilizer and whitewash for spring, the largest white bucket.

A portion of sauce for shashlik and fried fish on the beach: white or clear hexagonal container.

Waterfront cafe: desserts and ice cream to go, 385 ml clear round container.

Beach delivery: fresh vegetable salad, 400 ml with a lid, clear body.

Fish shop: ukha (fish soup) to go for vacationers, 550 ml white round container.

Hot meals with sides from the canteen for resort guests: white tray with a lid.

Greenhouse and dacha: liquid fertilizers and plant feed, white 5 L jerry can.

Shoreline cabins: drinking water for guests, white 10 L jerry can.

Beach first-aid station: injections for burns and bites, the needle drops behind the valve, yellow 1 L bucket.

Reservoir lifeguard station: bandages for cuts from rocks and shells, yellow 2.3 L.

Konaev outpatient clinic: vaccination room, syringes dropped through the valve.

Resort medical office: disinfectant wipes from a dispenser bucket by the exam table.

An urgent care clinic in swimming season: dressings, red body for Class C.

Veterinary inspection of fish stands and smokehouses: gloves and supplies after inspections, 11.2 L.

City hospital: a ward's daily waste, yellow 11.5 L, plastic handle.

Regional medical centers in the new regional capital: waste from a whole floor, 18 L.

Konaev city hospital: waste waits in a 21 L bucket until the special collection truck arrives, 620 g empty weight.
Clear buckets win where buyers decide by sight: pickles and salads at a roadside stall sell themselves. White is for labeling: fruit butter going to stores and fish headed for the smokehouse. Beach cafes usually order containers and trays in one request, together with buckets for kitchen prep.
Konaev's economy has two faces. In summer, the town turns toward the reservoir: vacationers, fishing, cafes right on the sand. Year-round, the orchards and vegetable gardens of Almaty Region keep working, and by fall the harvest turns into pickles, salads, and fruit butter. That adds up to four jobs for packaging.

Fish from the reservoir is salted in layers, which calls for wide packaging: the 15 L bucket has a 303 mm top, so the fish lie flat and come out whole. The metal bail handle with a plastic grip makes it easier to carry a full bucket across the sand from the boat to the car.
At the roadside, pickles, Korean carrot salad, and fruit butter sell at first glance. The clear wall shows off the cucumbers and tomatoes, so the seller doesn't have to lift the lid for everyone who pulls over at the stall.
Beach cafes have no time to hunt for packaging in the middle of July. Empty containers and trays nest inside each other, so several weeks' supply fits in a corner of the back room instead of filling the whole storeroom.
A cafe that buys salads and pickles from an outside supplier checks each bucket by the OPEN tear strip at the edge of the lid. If the strip is intact, the bucket hasn't been opened since packing, and receiving takes seconds.
A handy rule for sellers by the water and along the highway: one open bucket per shift. That way the product doesn't sit half-used, and customers always see a full bucket. In a plant, the logic is different: the size is chosen for the batch and for the weight one person can lift without a cart.

Choose an item and quantity, and we'll show the pallet count, units rounded up to full pallets, total nominal capacity in liters, empty packaging weight, and the truck you'll need.
HTI has no warehouse or pickup point in Konaev, and we don't call ourselves a local supplier. Every order ships from our plant in Ak-Chiy, in the Bishkek Free Economic Zone, and travels to Almaty Region by the pallet within the EAEU via a freight carrier. A resort or plant with its own truck can pick up pallets at the factory. Your sales manager confirms transit time and freight cost when processing your order. It's convenient to split containers for the beach season and buckets for fall canning into two deliveries: one in spring and one in late summer.
For sauces, the 250 ml hexagonal container; for salads and snacks, the 400 ml; for hot meals with sides, the 750 ml flat tray. All come with lids and stack for storage. More on our takeout food containers page.
For salting and smoking, the 11.5 and 15 L work well: a wide opening, a bail handle with a plastic grip, and a tight lid. Finished fish is sold at retail in 3 L buckets. See our page on buckets for fish and caviar for details.
A clear 2.3 or 3 L bucket: shoppers can see the cucumbers and tomatoes through the wall, and the 2.3 L size holds about 2.4 kg of pickles in brine. An intact OPEN tear strip on the lid tells shoppers the bucket hasn't been opened since it was packed.
Our sales manager prices the packaging for your specific order based on sizes, quantity, handle type, and printing. Delivery time and cost to Konaev are confirmed when you place the order. Call us: +996 222 600 292.
By the pallet, through a freight carrier within the EAEU, shipped straight from our plant in Ak-Chiy. If you have your own truck, you can pick up the pallets at the factory gate. We don't have a warehouse in Kazakhstan.
Yes, with a label applied to finished buckets or with in-mold labeling (IML), where the image is fused into the wall during molding and survives washing without scuffing. See how it works on our IML printing page; you'll go over the artwork with your sales manager.
Yes, our white 5 and 10 L jerry cans with screw caps are used for liquid fertilizer and water. Empty cans don't nest, so a pallet holds 180 of the 5 L or 100 of the 10 L. Packaging for plant feed is covered on a separate page.
The catalog lists buckets from 560 ml to 21 L, containers, trays, and jerry cans, with dimensions and pallet quantities. For cucumbers, tomatoes, and cabbage, see our page on pickle buckets; for salads sold by weight, see deli containers.

Tell us what you sell (fish, pickles, salads, or hot meals) and roughly how much goes out each day. Our sales manager will suggest sizes and body colors, convert units into pallets, and help you split the order into spring and fall shipments.
