Plastic jerry cansin Kyrgyzstan
You can buy plastic jerry cans in Kyrgyzstan right where they are made: at the HTI Group plant in Ak-Chiy village near Bishkek (Bishkek Free Economic Zone), straight from the factory warehouse. There are two jerry cans, 5 and 10 liters, each with a polypropylene body, a handle molded in one piece with it, and a screw cap. Our buyers include packers of car care and household cleaning products, oil mills, water bottlers, farmers, and car washes and auto shops in Bishkek, Osh, and other cities. Below you'll find dimensions, pallet quantities, ways to get your order, and a comparison of the jerry can with a bucket of similar capacity: for some liquids, the bucket is the better deal.
What else buyers order with jerry cansin Kyrgyzstan
Besides jerry cans, a car wash needs a bucket for water and paste, an oil mill needs packaging for sediment, and a household cleaning products plant needs containers for powder, while its canteen and first-aid station need food containers and yellow buckets. Here the plant's 30-product range is described the way jerry can buyers across Kyrgyzstan use it. Everything sits in one warehouse and ships on one truck.
5- and 10-liter jerry cans for water, oil, car shampoo, and household cleaning products.
Thick car care products, granules, and soda in retail packs.
Pastes, powders, and greases for auto shops, cafes, and farms.
Buckets for car washing, powders, and farm feed supplements.
Five containers, 250 to 750 ml: car care samples and shift lunches.
Yellow and red buckets for first-aid stations at plants, truck depots, and mines.
Packaging at the same scale: body width and height per factory spec sheets

Which is more cost-effective for liquids:a jerry can or a bucket
Liquid products go into both jerry cans and buckets of similar capacity: 5 liters versus 5.6, and 10 liters versus 11.5 or 8. The tool puts each pair side by side and compares the opening, the handle, grams of plastic per liter, and liters per pallet. The difference shows up not in the price per piece but in how much product ships on one pallet space.
Size pair
When a jerry can is better
The product is liquid and gets carried, tilted, and poured: detergent, antifreeze, oil, or water. The body is closed with a screw cap, and the product pours through the neck straight into a tank, dispenser, or bucket.
When a bucket is better
The product is thick or gets scooped out on the spot: paste, grease, or gel. A bucket has an open top and a removable lid, and a pallet holds many times more: 816 buckets of 11.5 liters versus 100 jerry cans of 10 liters.
What they have in common
One factory makes both the jerry can and the bucket. Both are in stock at the Ak-Chiy warehouse and ship on the same truck. Both can be labeled or printed, and both are sold by the pallet, so you can order both.
Choose a pair: a 5 L jerry can and a 5.6 L bucket, or a 10 L jerry can and an 11.5 L or 8 L bucket.
Compare the opening and the handle: a threaded neck with a screw cap and a molded-in handle versus an open top and a bail handle.
Check the grams of plastic per liter and the liters per pallet, since they drive your freight costs.
Dimensions
Dimensions and weightof 5 and 10 L jerry cans
The table has two rows, one per jerry can. The body has three dimensions: the jerry can isn't round, so it has no top or bottom diameter. Next to them are the empty weight and the units per pallet. Before you order, check the dimensions against your rack shelves, your car trunk, and the pitch of your filling line.
EPG500 and EPG1000 are factory codes, and the jerry cans are listed in the catalog under them. We measure height along the body, without the cap. HTI makes jerry cans in 5 and 10 liters only.
What goes inside
5 or 10 L jerry can:which size for which liquid
People buy 5 liters for themselves: at a store, a market, or a gas station. Businesses buy 10 liters: car washes, cafes, farms, and construction sites. Below is what customers most often fill each size with, based on catalog listings and orders. Your sales manager will confirm the right jerry can version for your formula.
A jerry can is closed and doesn't nest inside another, so a pallet holds far fewer of them than of buckets: 180 pcs of the 5 L size or 100 pcs of the 10 L size. The calculator takes the quantity you need, divides it by the units per pallet, and rounds up to a whole pallet. Then it shows how much of a truck your order fills. For pickup, that tells you what size of truck to send.

Enter the number of pieces, and the calculator converts them into pallets of 180 or 100 jerry cans.
We ship in whole pallets: any remainder is rounded up.
You can load buckets and containers on the same truck. They are calculated the same way.
Design
How a jerry can is built:handle, neck, and walls
Unlike a bucket, a jerry can has no removable lid across the whole top: the product goes through a threaded neck, and the body stays closed. That affects how you fill it, carry it, line it up, and brand it. Here are the four details buyers ask about when they order.
Handle molded with the body
There is no separate bail handle: the handle is one piece with the body. You use it to lift the jerry can off the floor, carry it to the truck, and tilt it to pour. The design has no fittings that could work loose.
Threaded neck and screw cap
The body is closed: you fill and pour through the neck, which a screw cap closes. According to the catalog listings, jerry cans come with a cap. Your sales manager will confirm the cap type for your application.
Flat walls
The 5-liter jerry can takes up 163×190 mm on a shelf, with a body height of 240 mm. The 10-liter jerry can takes up 201×234 mm, with a height of 296 mm. The walls are flat, so jerry cans stand tight together in a car trunk, on a rack, and on a pallet.
Your brand on the side
We apply a label or print with your brand name and product ingredients to the flat side. We approve the artwork with you before the run starts, and we agree on the body color when you order.

The jerry can production shop and warehouse share one site, the plant in Ak-Chiy, Bishkek Free Economic Zone, so orders ship without transshipment. Buyers in Bishkek and its suburbs can pick up an order themselves or book a plant truck, which delivers packaging around the capital and Chuy Region. Pallets for Karakol, Naryn, and Talas, and for Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken, go by freight carrier. The map shows the regions and cities of Kyrgyzstan that have their own page on our site. Jerry cans also go to Kazakhstan by the pallet, as a delivery within the EAEU.
Pickup from Ak-Chiy
Drive your own truck to the plant warehouse in the Bishkek FEZ and collect the pallets. Agree on the day and the order contents with your sales manager in advance, so the jerry cans are ready for loading.
Plant truck across Chuy Region
Our own delivery trucks bring jerry cans to Bishkek, Tokmok, Kara-Balta, Kant, and the villages of Chuy Region. A good fit for car washes, auto shops, and plants that need a pallet or two but have no truck of their own.
Freight carrier to the regions
The plant hands pallets for Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karakol, Naryn, Talas, and Batken over to a freight carrier. We count the pallet spaces in advance: jerry cans are bulky, and freight depends on the floor space they take up in the truck.
Regions
Jerry cans in citiesand regions across Kyrgyzstan
Each of the 7 regions and 33 cities of Kyrgyzstan, including Bishkek and Osh, has its own page on our site. It explains which liquids buyers in that city or district fill jerry cans with, what other HTI packaging sells there, and how it gets there.
What affects jerry can pricesin Bishkek and the regions
We don't publish prices on this page: we calculate them for each request. The same jerry can costs a different amount for a buyer who picks up a pallet in Ak-Chiy and for one who has it shipped to Osh or Karakol. Below are the four factors your sales manager includes in the quote.
1
Number of pallets
The larger the order, the lower the price per jerry can. A pallet holds 180 jerry cans of 5 liters or 100 of 10 liters, so even a small bottling run quickly reaches several pallets.
2
Volume and grams
The 5-liter jerry can contains 240 g of polypropylene, and the 10-liter one contains 420 g. Polymer weight is the basis of the cost: that is 48 g and 42 g of packaging per liter of product.
3
Color and branding
A plain jerry can costs less. Body color and a label or print with your brand are priced separately and depend on the run size and artwork.
4
How you receive the order
Pickup, a plant truck across Chuy Region, or a freight carrier to the regions: three different freight calculations. Per liter of product, jerry cans take up more truck space than buckets, so they cost more to ship.
Our sales manager quotes the order price: call +996,222,600,292, message us on WhatsApp, or send a request from the site.
Directly from the manufacturer. The HTI Group plant is in Ak-Chiy village, in the Bishkek FEZ, and we make jerry cans and ship them from the warehouse right here. The plant sells by the pallet, and a pallet holds 180 jerry cans of 5 liters. You can send a request through the site, message us on WhatsApp, or call +996 222 600 292. The catalog has a jerry can product page with an Add to cart button.
Yes. The finished-goods warehouse is at the plant in Ak-Chiy village. Agree on the order contents and arrival day with your sales manager, and the pallets will be ready for loading. Keep the volume in mind: a pallet of jerry cans takes up a full pallet space, so pickup needs a truck, not a passenger car.
The price depends on the number of pallets, the version, and how you receive the order, so we calculate it for each request. A 10-liter jerry can weighs 420 g, and weight drives the cost. Decoration and delivery are priced separately. Message us on WhatsApp or send a request on the site, and our sales manager will reply with a quote for your volume.
Only two: 5 and 10 liters. The 5-liter EPG500 measures 163×190×240 mm and weighs 240 g. The 10-liter EPG1000 measures 201×234×296 mm and weighs 420 g. Height is for the body, without the cap. The plant does not make jerry cans of 20 liters or more. For large packs of thick products, we have buckets up to 21 liters.
A jerry can has a closed body, a neck with a cap, and a molded-in handle. A bucket has an open top, a removable lid, and a bail handle. A jerry can is heavier: 420 g versus 307 g for an 11.5-liter bucket. Fewer fit on a pallet, too: 100 pcs versus 816. For liquid you carry and pour, a jerry can is more convenient. For thick products you scoop, use a bucket.
180 pcs of the 5-liter size and 100 pcs of the 10-liter size. That is 900 and 1,000 liters of product. For comparison, a pallet holds 1,920 buckets of 5.6 liters, or 10,752 liters, because buckets nest inside each other and jerry cans do not.
Yes. We apply a label or print with your brand to the flat wall of the jerry can: name, composition, volume. We approve the artwork before the order starts, so the finished run has no discrepancies. Tell our sales manager what you bottle and send your artwork. They will suggest the right decoration method.
Water, antifreeze, motor oil, car shampoo and other car care products, household cleaning products, primer, and agrochemicals: the catalog listings name these uses. Oil mills order jerry cans for vegetable oil. Whatever your formula, confirm the right version with your sales manager before you order.
Yes. Our own delivery trucks carry packaging around Bishkek and Chuy Region. Pallets for Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken in the south, and for Karakol, Talas, and Naryn, go by freight carrier. Pickup is from the warehouse in Ak-Chiy. Jerry cans also go to neighboring Kazakhstan by the pallet, as a delivery within the EAEU.
Catalog
Jerry cans and all our packagingin the factory catalog
The catalog pages for both jerry cans show photos, three dimensions, empty weight, and units per pallet. From there you can jump to buckets of similar capacity and compare the numbers. If you're choosing between a jerry can and a bucket, call us and we'll match the packaging to your product.
Tell us what you bottle, how much per month, and how you'd like to receive the packaging: pickup or delivery. Your sales manager will confirm the version, calculate the pallets, and suggest a bucket if it works out cheaper.
